The accommodation is relatively close to Amsterdam, being very easy to get to the center. Compared to other places, this is the cheapest. It is also comfortable and close to various amenities. Martijn is very friendly too :)

Martin is a very nice person. He has no problem in helping his guests. Also the place is nice and close to Amsterdam. Will definitely choose this place if I am in Amsterdam again.

Perfect for a stay in the Rotterdam

A perfect solution. Felt welcomed, comfortable, and safe. Had easy access around the clock. Bed was comfortable with good quality bedding. The place was clean and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. A bargain for the price and great option for avoiding the inflated prices in Amsterdam whilst being a short €4 train ride away which runs regularly. The town centre is also stunning with colourful buildings, lots of shops and plenty of people around. 10/10. No complaints. Thank you for having us ❤️

Great stay, very happy with the place which is just spotless. Pleasant reception nothing to say about the organization, convenient placement for public transport and activities around. I recommend it. Very good experience I hope to be able to come back!
