Amazing stay very close and convenient

Wonderful, spacious home with everything you need for feel at home. We loved out stay in Assmannshausen. The ferries were just across the street, so it was very convenient. Quiet and comfortable. Michael was super professional, responsive, and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future!!

Apartment that is good for a small family. Well thought out space even if in the 2 parents + 2 children configuration, the sofa bed being deployed there is no more armchair or coffee table. Would not recommend this property for 3 or 4 adults. Ideal base to discover this beautiful region (scenery/ransomed). Available and responsive host if you need anything!

If you're 1-2 people and looking for a base to do some cycling along the Rhein and / or Mosel, Patricia's place is great. The cycling trail is only about 100m away and it's easy to follow that to Koblenz and beyond. I had a great stay and it was exactly what I was looking for.

I personally can't complain in the least. I was able to live well on the property for my 3 week stay. It was clean and well set up. You quickly found your way around, especially since the host was easily accessible and quickly gave you information. I also liked the fact that parking a car did not cause any problems and that there was also a washing machine. So all in all, I can recommend the place with a clear conscience!

The space was super cute and spacious. Everything was super clean and there was a lot of amenities. Beyond that, we felt very good in the accommodation, superb light because a lot of windows, beautiful spaces, beautiful dishes... we had a great stay feeling at home. Thanks to the host who is very welcoming!

Very clean and well maintained space, perfect for both short and long stays. Walking distance from bus stops, trams and train stations. Both Tony and Jiang were very responsive and had sufficiently stuffed the apartment with all that is required.

The detailed directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants were particularly helpful. The location was ideal, and we immediately felt comfortable. Great apartment for exploring Luxembourg. The apartment itself was great. It was also right next to a bus/tram stop that made getting anywhere quick and easy. Lots of great restaurants and shopping really close to the apartment.

Great place. Many walkable places to eat and bus stops right out front. We also rented a car and parked in a near by neighborhood. There is parking out front but during certain hours you can only park for 2 hours at a time and they do check. We had to buy a parking wheel at the gas station or would have been ticketed. But parking in the nearby neighborhoods was easy. It was great for our needs visiting family in Bonn. Instructions were in German so we were unable to understand but good value and a great retreat in between activities. So many rustic places to eat. For dinners make sure to get reservations or you may need to jump around to find a spot. Grocery very close as well.

It was a super nice weekend at the property. Udo was very helpful and very friendly. A quick response was always relied on. Our highlight was the Alpkas. 🤩 The ambiance of the sauna and hot tub was also super nice. The area is ideal for hiking. Overall, we can highly recommend the place. 🔝

Very nice place, cozily furnished and the roof terrace was great for New Year's Eve! The hosts were also very friendly and always responded quickly. ☺️ We had some problems finding the place at first but Oussama helped us directly!

We had a wonderful week with our family. House Spirit is very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The surroundings are very quiet, we loved it. Amenities and excursions are a little further away but easily accessible. Only tip is to clearly indicate in advance that the sauna costs extra money.

We arrived on Saturdays and were able to check in flexibly. We were expecting a beautiful, preheated place with a small gift. In general, she left nothing to be desired. With comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, small oven and a hot tub, you have everything you need for a break. The decor is also child-friendly. Sandra convinced us as a very accommodating and friendly host. Communication was smooth and you always got back to you within minutes. Even at night, she came briefly to bring something by. Thanks again and see you soon.

Communication with Jan and Philipp was straightforward and friendly and we felt totally comfortable in the place from the start. The apartment is very spacious, bright and clean. Our little son was always on the lookout for our hosts' dogs and was totally delighted when they walked through the garden. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay here. The apartment is super well appointed- the jacuzzi and sauna were such a treat- and well located, walking distance to town where there are several nice cafes and restaurants. Wonderful wineries are also within driving distance. A perfect stay!
