Great place, super quiet and comfortable

My husband and I own an apartment in this building and love it here. We were happy to find this apartment in the building when we had a new floor put in and had to be out of our apartment for 5 days. Eliana communicated well with us and we enjoyed our stay. She was very responsive to a recommendation we made also. This is a very nice apartment and location.

A nice place to rest if you want peace and quiet. Although if you want movement, it is close to malles, downtown or Turi by car 12min. Easy to tour, very safe place, quiet neighborhood, tentitas nearby and up to a health center. Mrs. ANA who welcomes you is very kind, even the dogs in the area are friendly (I love the animals🥰). Don Richard is very attentive and quick to respond. We had a great time, relaxed, happy with the good atmosphere. Everything was as described in the listing. It has all the comforts of a pleasant stay.

Great location, in the heart of Cuenca's old town, very lively during the day yet quiet at night. Henry is very helpful and friendly. We will definitely make it our home in Cuenca whenever we go there. Thanks again Henry! See you soon!

Excellent accommodation very warm, comfortable and with good finishes, it has recreational spaces and a spectacular view of the city. Both Betto and his dad were very attentive and helpful, they were ready to help us, we undoubtedly had the best vacations in this accommodation. Recommended⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything is very good except the mattress in the main room, it is too uncomfortable.

Excellent place very cozy and well located close to restaurants of varied food, pharmacies and everything you might need. The kitchen, its decor, and the view is a movie. Out there maybe some cold at night, but the heater they include and the extra blankets a 1000. I recommend it!

Darwin's house is like being in one's house. Comfortable rooms and many things to do around. It's definitely one of my favorite places. 100% recommended.

I've stayed in many places in Cuenca over 35 years. This is by far the best location, apartment and amenities.
