A nice place to rest if you want peace and quiet. Although if you want movement, it is close to malles, downtown or Turi by car 12min. Easy to tour, very safe place, quiet neighborhood, tentitas nearby and up to a health center. Mrs. ANA who welcomes you is very kind, even the dogs in the area are friendly (I love the animals🥰). Don Richard is very attentive and quick to respond. We had a great time, relaxed, happy with the good atmosphere. Everything was as described in the listing. It has all the comforts of a pleasant stay.

Excellent accommodation located in this great city of Cuenca. Nothing more to add. Everything was impeccable, organized, a strategic place for getting around and tourism. Contact with the host is always timely and quick, both on arrival and departure. Congratulations on this good place to stay to Henry.

One of the best stays ive ever had on airbnb, especially within ecuador. John and Miguel were very responsive (within minutes) and allowed us a late check out to accommodate for our late flight. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and in a safe neighborhood that you can walk to many coffee shops and restaurants. It is very close to the metro train which you can pay 1$ per person to go to the centro. Overall, I was very impressed with this stay, I will be staying here again when I return to Cuenca!

Everything is very good except the mattress in the main room, it is too uncomfortable.

Excellent place, very cozy and conveniently located near restaurants with a variety of food, pharmacies and everything you might need. The kitchen, its decoration and the view it offers is like a movie. It might be a little cold at night, but the heater they include and the extra blankets are a 1000. I recommend it!

The house is very nice and great for a multi-day stay. It is close to the Monay Shopping and on the corner tmb there is a shop. A quiet place to relax. The host is very friendly.

I've stayed in many places in Cuenca over 35 years. This is by far the best location, apartment and amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, we were always in contact with the hosts, nice and quiet place, definitely recommended.

The only problem we had was that we couldn't get hot water in the shower, everything else was excellent

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Anthony's. The apartment is on the 8th floor and there is an elevator that takes you up. The 24X7 guards in the lobby ensure security. There is parking in the basement of this building which was very helpful. It easily accommodated our big vehicle (for those who are new to Ecuador - that is not always a given) and was easy to get in and out. Anthony and his wife were very friendly and accommodating. We needed a slight change to our itinerary and they were glad to help us out. We will definitely return to their apartment.

It was a very nice stay. The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to make meals at home. Irma is responsive and helpful.

The place is as beautiful as the photos, it is cozy and offers a home-like accommodation experience. The location is very good, surrounded by food establishments, pharmacies, shopping malls. Excellent experience and the hosts were very friendly all the time as were the staff who work in the building. I would definitely come back!!
