The accommodation is very large and at the same time cozy. We had a very nice few days and a special thank you goes to Ms. Eule, who was available at all times. Although the villa is right on the street, you won't hear from it. Our favorite was definitely the sauna, which we used daily. The only downside is the location on the road, so you depend on the car. This can be detrimental, especially with a small child. But overall we are very pleased with our stay and look forward to next time. :)

We arrived with 4 adults 1 toddler and 1 baby. There was a toddler travel bed. We brought another one ourselves. The children could sleep in separate rooms. This allowed us to end our evenings in the living room in a relaxed way. Which we found very positive. We also loved that there were games for infants and some toys in the living room closet. Our son was very pleased about that. Downtown Chemnitz was within a 15-minute walk from there. There was a bakery right across the street and an Edeka was around the corner so we could get everything we needed. Overall a great stay. We would come back.

Fully equipped, spacious and clean apartment to feel good. Fly screens on the windows and on the door to the garden were great. Everything you needed every day was already available and prepared with attention to detail (from baking paper on the baking sheets, to salt, to differently colored towels for each family member :-). Very family-friendly furnishings (games, table tennis, trampoline, etc.). Very nice, totally open-minded towards children and absolutely reliable landlady. Highly recommended! Thanks for a great vacation.

We felt very comfortable with Peter and Anna. The place is very centrally located and the amenities are perfect for a short self-catering trip. We had a very wonderful turn of the year in the accommodation. Day trips for hiking, a cozy oven, deer and cattle in sight have sweetened our time and also my child. The wooden railway borrowed from our hosts was the unrestricted highlight of the property for my son. Everything was clean and well maintained, our hosts very warm, incredibly eager and always there for us. So I highly recommend traveling to Auerbach. Thank you for the great time!

My stay at the apartment was super good. The location is great - close to the river and the trendy district of Dresden Neustadt. Supermarket and train station are right outside the door. The apartment was very clean and the check-in was flexible and straightforward. Only the kitchen was very minimalist, which is sufficient for simple meals, but not ideal for more extensive cooking. Overall, I would definitely recommend the apartment :)

I really have to admit I like to come back again and again. Exactly as described, perfect for business trips. Very cozy and tastefully decorated. Everything very well thought out. Wonderfully quiet balcony + small tiled "garden" just a dream and that for the price.

Very spartan, but as described... Has served its purpose! i only booked the studio half an hour before,communication was fast! One small drawback: Espresso coffee maker available,but not a single capsule for it... otherwise great,as described!
