Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. It was amazing! We were so close to Downtown Saint Augustine and the Airbnb was amazing. It was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Great place to stay for a weekend stay and exploration of St. Augustine with the dogs for a weekend.

My husband, pup, and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Shauna & Anna’s beach house! The location could not be more pretty or convenient. The drive to and from historic downtown is a breeze. The home’s private property offers a large gated downstairs patio with bar and grill, beach shower, abundant seating, and the upstairs porch has lounge chairs and a large table where you can relax and take in the stunning view of the ocean. The upstairs porch also has a locking gate at the stairs so we didn’t have to worry about our pup going down to the beach without us, this made hanging out on the porch relaxing and stress free. The house was well equipped with clean bedding, kitchen amenities, bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies, beach and watercraft equipment, beach towels, etc. Everything was very clean and we could not have been more happy with our stay here. After we showed our family the pics/videos of our stay, they already started planning a big family trip to stay at the Coral Sea Cow!

This is one of the loveliest Air BnB stays I've had, and I've had quite a few. Tiare's apartment is perfectly located for a quick stroll to a pristine and inviting Atlantic Beach. Coffee on the deck surrounded by lovely plants and the sound and sight of beautiful birds made each morning a treat. The house itself is comfortably appointed with great beds, chairs and couches, all in lovely beachy blues and greens. It felt impossible to be anything but happy in this space. We found loads of places for delicious meals in both Vilano Beach and St. Augustine and particlarly loved sunset at Cap's, breakfast at Sunday's and the Blue Hen, and more. I would love to make this a regular vacation spot and want to thank Tiare for sharing her much loved space with us.

Carley was a perfect host. Checked in with us on arrival and also throughout our stay. The location can't be beat. We travel with our dog and the neighborhood is great for walking her. Also an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. We went to Zaba's, Beachcomber and Coneheads this trip. The St. Augustine Historic district is only a 10 minute drive and The Nights of Lights is always worth the drive.

Highly recommend Liz’s place! It was our anniversary trip & this apartment was perfect for us! We loved how close it was to just park the car & walk everywhere! We stopped into the taproom every night! The apartment itself was so cute & cozy, the sunroom patio was definitely a plus! Liz was so helpful & such a sweet soul. We really enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back!

Susan's place was great! Just as advertised, next to the beach, close to a bunch of good restaurants, clean, well appointed, and homey. I had a wonderful stay. Just what I wanted.

I recently stayed here while visiting Mayo Clinic for the week. Michael’s place was just like staying at home away from home. His place is very clean and well kept up. It is furnished well and very welcoming. Michael was very hospitable and easy to reach with any questions I had. His responses are always prompt, including checking in mid week to ask about my stay. The location is great for a lot of things; both Mayo and St. John’s center are less than 10 minute drive. The beach is around 15 minutes. I highly recommend Michael’s place to those coming to the Jacksonville area and looking for a great place to stay. I will definitely be staying here again if I’m back in the area!

Edward and Glenna's place is a great holiday home. It's cozy and welcoming (located in a very peaceful area). I absolutely loved the balcony. I could not get enough of admiring a picturesque view and birds singing. Edward was super responsive and helpful - we asked him to turn on a hot tub ahead of time to be able to soak in warm water after a long walk..he did it, and it's been so enjoyable (thank you, Edward :)) Hosts provided us water, tea and coffee, and even a few toothpastes. Despite being a quick visit, we really enjoyed our time at their house. Highly recommend :)

A delightful location, a beautiful waterside property, and a simple, elegant little apartment in the main house. Lovely classical decor. Very serviceable., everything one needs for simple meals and easy enjoyment.

This is the quintessential example of a “great Airbnb” and was wonderful in all aspects. The location was great, apartment was spotless, comfortable king bed, thoughtful amenities, lots of proactive communication. The hosts were also very accommodating and nice. Would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was exactly as pictured and immaculate. Location very close to everything. We would have walked more had it not been historically cold- but even so, close to everywhere and it’s easy to park in st Augustine. Lots of closeby charming restaurants. Excellent host and quick response!! We’ll go back again in summer. Very satisfied, great small place with charm but also updated modern amenities

Paulo was a great landlord, even came to condo to fix minor problem with one TV. Condo was clean, spacious and perfectly located. Only issue we had was there was no walk in shower, it was tub shower, and we had difficulty as 80+ year olds getting in and out of tub.
