The cottage was exactly as described and met our expectations in every aspect. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by a winter storm, which limited our enjoyment of the surroundings. The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided a cozy stay during the harsh weather.

This was our second year at Carrie and Dan's cottage and once again my family and I had a fantastic time. The house is perfectly situated on the river with a nice beach and it has all of the amenities needed. Dan communicated regularly and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. This is a beautiful property which anyone would have fun at.

Well equipped cottage, close to the beach on a quiet street. A fire pit, BBQ and 2 outdoor spaces. A second bathroom would have been handy but overall it worked well for us. Host was very responsive and provided lots of details.

The place was very clean and the location it’s amazing, you are close to a lot of trails and to Blue Mountain Village. Jennifer and Keith were very responsive and friendly. It was a great experience!

Jane and her husband Steve are simply amazing hosts! The location is simply perfect and was easy access off the main road. The loft was clean, spacious and well equipped and we felt very safe and welcome! Would definitely repeat visit here!

Michael is a very gracious host. He met with us and showed us around the house and even offered to let us stay another night for half the price. The weather was not the greatest but Michael’s kind generosity letting us stay the next day a little past check out because his next guests were not arriving till the day after, so we had more time without the rain made it worth the trip. We will definitely be coming back next year if the place is available when we plan our next trip there. Thanks Michael😊

Lambton Place was great - the suite was large but very cozy and the location is extremely walkable, close to the water and other amenities. Would absolutely recommend!

This was the nicest Air Bnb we have ever stayed at. Very clean and homey. It was fully stocked with all of the things you could think of. It’s beautifully decorated, has lots of towels and blankets available and makes you feel right at home. Nina was super responsive and kind. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose this place when I’m back in the area. This place is a gem!

Our stay at Christina and Mike’s place exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is even more stunning in person than in the photos. Our family had a fantastic vacation at Paula and Chris’s cottage on Lake Eugenia. This beautifully rustic and well-loved cottage is perfectly equipped for guests of all ages and interests. Although the weather started off cold and rainy, and not good for swimming at first, we took the opportunity to explore the nearby Bruce Trails, just a short 5-10 minute drive away, where we enjoyed spectacular views. Back at the cottage, the fire pit made our evenings cozy and memorable, and the hot tub was an amazing bonus while we waited for the weather to improve. Once the sun came out, the kids couldn’t wait to jump into the lake, and they had an absolute blast! The Lily pad was amazing- hours and hours of uninterrupted fun. Lake Eugenia is a stunning spot perfect for swimming and just the right size for exploring by canoe or kayak. A big thank you to Chris and Paula for being such wonderful hosts!

Had a great stay at Fateh’s Airbnb! Beautiful location, right on the water. Cottage was clean and all amenities were as listed. The cottages is close to a 15 minute drive from Wiarton.

I had a fantastic time at David's cabin! It was adorable, cozy, and just what I needed. It has a great view of the water, a fireplace, TV with Roku, a cozy main bed, and is well-stocked. All-in-all, I loved it and would definitely go back. A couple of notes: 1) There is a steep hill from the parking area down to the cabin - this was a bit rough to traverse in sneakers in the snow - my bad. 2) There are two cabins that are rented separately and are very close to each other. I could hear the other visitors when they were outside, but not when they were in their cabin.

amazing spot! the views and beach are magical. perfect for a wintery getaway with a pretty backdrop. the cottage was well appointed and warm.

This cottage is very charming and homey. Our kids loved the second floor bedrooms. The kitchen is remarkably well furnished. If you have kids then you could teach them how to use a woodstove (as noted by our youngest son). The second you walk in, you feel like you've been there for ages, and it reminds you of childhood Summers and other loved cottages.

Great place in a beautiful location! Perfect for our two families to get together and enjoy the outdoors in winter. The kitchen is well-supplied and it’s great to have towels and sheets provided. Carrie is friendly, flexible and well organized. Thanks so much!
