Absolutely stunning location and amenities. The stay was like heaven — the only small issue was that check-in was a bit difficult at first because the door handle was slightly broken and required strong wrist force. Probably not a problem for most people, unless you have weak wrist strength like me 😅 Still highly recommend regardless!

Its absolutely amazing the way Ranee hosted and kept the apartment so clean. It was very easy to locate and we enjoyed the apartment a lot. The entire layout of the space was so perfect that me & my wife would want to live there again :)

The location is good in the centre of Pattaya, the room is very well set up and practical and tidy for a good stay.

The apartment was as described, clean and spacious. It was on the 29 floor, stunning views from the room. There is an infinity pool on the 31 floor and a great gym. Mickey answers quick when I have a questions. I give this the best recommendation 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

In comparison to the other five units I have stayed in over the past two years, Mrs. Supin’s condo unit was undoubtedly the most comfortable and well-appointed. The unit had undergone recent renovations and was elegantly decorated, complete with all the necessary kitchen amenities. The combination of comfort and tranquility made it an ideal choice for my stay. In contrast, the condo I occupied the week prior was of similar size and layout but lacked the superior quality and amenities of Mrs. Supin’s unit. As a Superhost myself, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the quality of the finishing work. The communication from Mrs. Supin was also excellent. I highly recommend booking Mrs. Supin’s condo for your next stay. Her exceptional hospitality and attention to detail make it a truly memorable experience.

The exceptional service truly stood out. The staff, especially Fai and Zen, were extraordinarily accommodating, ensuring all needs, including food, drinks, and laundry, were met with excellence. Given the remote location, I recommend arranging transfers or renting a car for ease of access. Lounging by the pool was the epitome of relaxation, offering a peaceful respite from daily life. Wonderful apartment with a really nice sea view! The apartment itself is cozy and pleasant, fully equipped, perfect value for money. The hosts were also friendly and responsive, promptly answered questions. The neighborhood is perfect in terms of transport, sea, entertainment, food, everything is nearby! I am a digital nomad and have to say that yours was one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in. There is everything you need in the accommodation soap, toothbrush, hairdryer, iron, washing machine including detergent, everything has been thought of. It was clean and exactly as in the photos. The building is also unique and couldn't have made a better choice. Modern, clean, good location, pools on the roof, sauna, work room, gym. Reminded me a bit of Bangkok and dubai buildings. The price/performance ratio is great.

Excellent place! Everything was good! We stayed a family of three. All of us were happy. We shall definitely recommend this apartment. We want to stay here next time we visit Pattaya.

Ignore all the negativity in other comments. This condo is well worth the money you'll pay for it. Its a baht bus ride away from everything you'll ever need. I'm definitely booking again in the future. Go to the sky lounge for amazing views. I never used the gym because everything was out of order. The pools were too overcrowded. But this isn't the hosts fault. End of the day, it's a condo to sleep in at night, and has a shower to keep clean.

There are convenience facilities such as pool pocketball. Transportation is convenient. There is a washing machine in the room and a dryer function, so it's good for swimming and washing.

If you are looking for a very Nice place to stay, in a quiet area of Pattaya, this is the place. Great access from the garage if you have a motor bike. You really feel like you are in Heaven.
