Vacation rentals with a patio in Satellite Beach

Erin was always quick to respond to our questions. Our unit was ready and she allowed us to check in early. She had also offered to store our luggage if it wasn't ready as we arrived from our cruise early. Erin is very accommodating, friendly and on top of everything! We highly recommend her accommodations!! You won't be disappointed!

Rob is a fantastic host! I would go back in a heartbeat! The ocean is just a block away to the east and a few blocks from the action west. I hope Rob will take us up on our offer to visit Hawaii 🙏 😀

What a gem!! The pictures don't do the place justice! It was even better than anticipated and the view was great! So many big windows to take in the views! Right on the ocean! Beautiful big covered deck to hang out on and watch the storms. I only wish we could've stayed longer. It was super clean, had everything we needed and I'm sure Kris would've helped us had we had any needs. It seemed like there could be other rental units on the property but it felt very homey, private, and very peaceful. I loved the uniquely landscaped areas and beautiful flowers. If I was brave enough I would've inquired about the surfboard things I saw there. Maybe a Minnesota girl could've learned to surf?? Definitely recommended Kris' place and will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

We had a great time! We were looking for a view and to be near a space launch. We enjoyed the peaceful sounds of the waves, while laying on a soft comfy bed. Wish I could live there. Though the weather was not as amazing we felt safe and cozy. Thank you for everything and we hope to visit again with better weather.

Quick trip to Cocoa beach… and a wonderful stay at Marlene’s place. It is equipped with everything you need for a nice trip.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was everything we needed for a one night stay after returning from our cruise. The price was extremely reasonable, it was walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, and things to do.

Had a wonderful few days here! My kids enjoyed just hanging out at the house while I enjoyed time on the beach (it was a tad chilly in January but lovely none the less). Very relaxing and the local restaurants were great!

Anytime I reached out to Adriana she responded promptly & was very patient & kind. The property was just as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet & we were surprised by the friendliness of the neighbors. We spent two months & have already booked two more weeks so very pleased with everything.

Traveled for spring break with my high schooler and 2 young 20’s daughters and their boyfriends, and dog. Host responsive and communicative. House VERY clean, comfortable, and spacious for everyone. Backyard was spectacular with large pool, large grass area, completely fenced in and private, and large table for outdoor dining and games. Loved, loved loved that you could walk to beach or drive with multiple beach accesses with parking within a few minutes. Area exceeded our expectations - not too crowded or touristy, multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, ice cream places within couple minutes drive. Also easy 1.5 hour drive to Orlando - some of us went to a NBA game one night and some of us went to Disney World for a day. EVERYONE in our group said they would happily return to this rental and area in the future!

We had a wonderful family stay at Tim’s place- it was the perfect getaway. The home has all the amenities needed, the views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious and the pool was a plus when kids wanted a break from the ocean. It is far enough away from everything that it’s peaceful and relaxing but close enough for grocery trips and restaurants. Best part was the stars at night and catching a rocket launch. Truly felt like we were staying with family, warm and inviting. Would definitely return!

The place was extremely clean and comfortable. As a person who travels a lot it is always nice to have someplace comfortable to rest even if it’s only for 1 night. The neighborhood seemed great and safe- overall very pleasant stay.

Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

We really appreciate the detail Charles used when listing the house. It was perfect for our party of seven. The entire family enjoyed the wildlife viewing from the screen porch. We would definitely book again.

Natalie and Joe were great hosts, easy to communicate with and very accessible. The subdivision where the house is located was very nice, clean and quiet. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. The location was great for our needs as it was just 5 minutes from family we were visiting and a short drive to stores, restaurants and Cocoa Beach.

I value security, comfort and cleanliness above all. This house provided all of this. I highly recommend

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

Host was extremely helpful, assisted with getting wheelchair from a local supplier. Also, helped us arrange the drop off and pick up with medical supply. The views with the dolphins and rockets were amazing to see from the balcony. We had everything we needed to be comfortable in the condo. We were able to make breakfast, lunch or dinner. The beach chairs, towels and supplies were an added bonus, we took advantage of having those to use! Thank you again!

Great experience, very clean, wonderful host. The location wasn’t as private as I thought it was, the unit is part of a 4 unit building and the backyard is a common space for everyone. If you are looking for somewhere more private, seek elsewhere. Location was amazing directly on the beach though. I would stay here again! It would be helpful if the parking lot had designated parking spots.

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

We had a comfortable stay. Easy walk to the beach. Short drive to the Kennedy Space Center. An added bonus was that we were able to see two rocket launches from the beach.

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Sarah was very nice. Easy directions to follow. Good place with great parking. I recommend this spot if you’re wanting to explore downtown cocoa beach!

We had the best stay! The place is so cute and clean. Being steps from the beach was the best thing ever! Both Kaitlin and her husband were great to work with and supper accommodating. Will be back for sure.
