The house is very well laid out with ample space. Cristina left the pool open and this was enjoyed by the younger memebrs of the party. The house is close to the main road which impacts on the external enjoyment at the busiest times but inside there is no impact. We were repeatedly delayed due to fog in London and she could not have been more helpful. We made mistakes with the garbage as the standards are far higher than in the UK and perfectly reasonably she remonstrated with us. We were clearly in the wrong and lessons learnt. One small point, I think the pillows need renewing as very soft.

Our stay at Villa Olympia was simply fantastic! As soon as we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the very friendly landlord Fabrizio, who showed us everything and was available for questions throughout the stay and made sure we felt right at home The villa was absolutely clean and well equipped – we really didn't miss anything. The crowning glory was the breathtaking view: from the terrace and the pool area we were able to enjoy the panorama over the sea, the hills and the Lago di Massaciuccoli. The outdoor area and pool are a highlight in themselves and perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. If you're looking for a place where luxury and nature harmonize perfectly, you'll find it here. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our vacation and look forward to the next visit to Villa Olympia! We can fully recommend Villa Olympia!

We had an excellent stay. It was very relaxing and a beautiful property in a wonderful location. We ventured out a few times but mostly relaxed by the pool. We had a bit of trouble finding the place as it is secluded and down a fairly rough trail and we approached from the wrong direction. I suggest this is clarified for future visitors. Paola was great though and came to meet us and guide us to the property.

The villa was so beautiful, very large and spacious with an incredible outdoor area. The place was very clean, as was the linen, and the showers worked well. Brian was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We opted for the home-cooked dinner one night, which was great. All in all we had a really enjoyable stay and I'd definitely recommend this place.

This villa is a gem, pictures don’t do it justice. The views are absolutely breathtaking….The house is fully equipped with everything we needed. We managed a trip to Florence and surrounding beaches which was recommended by the host. We could have stayed longer. I would definitely be back. My kids loved the pool and the little surrounding walking trials surrounding the villa. Only 1 hours drive from Pisa airport.

The house is even more beautiful than the listing shows. Set in beautiful private and quiet garden. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms updated and luxurious. Our family of 7 plus an infant had a wonderful (but way too short) stay . We did not want to leave. We cooked meals at night and enjoyed the many beautiful spots to sit and relax. High recommended, we would love to come back again. We are a family of artists and especially enjoyed the art works, libraries, furnishings and decor. 3 of us are also master gardeners , and really appreciated the chance to enjoy the many layers of this garden. All is set on a hilltop in a quiet and beautiful area of Tuscany with easy access to highways. Livia is responsive and great to work with

We had an amazing stay at Roberta's apartment. We stayed 5 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. It was a nice apartment with plenty of space. The apartment was clean, the beds good and the kitchen is well equipped. The garden and swimming pool are amazing! The apartment is only a few minutes from Pietrasanta which is a cozy little town with nice shops and cozy restaurants. The sea and beaches are only 10 min away. Took trips to Pisa and Lucca (about 30 min by car) and cinque terre ( a good hour by car). Roberta was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Responds quickly. Got great tips on nearby restaurants and events. Adriana who greeted us lived in the house next door. She was very nice and helpful. She served us lovely Italian breakfast two mornings. Thank you for us, We would be happy to come back. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect getaway for our family. We had 8 people, two families - and the home was a perfect size for us. Everyone had their own space and the communal areas were large enough for us all. It was private (gated), serene and the pool area was as enjoyable as it was beautiful. We really appreciated the amenities - washer, ac, private parking. The location was perfect… easy drives to Pisa, the beach, Lucca and Florence… and was a perfect retreat after the busy days. We cooked a huge family meal and the kitchen + grill worked out perfectly… my wife and I joke that AirBnbs should be judged on the sharpness of their knives bc we cook alot - Paolo’s place passed the test! All in all this was the perfect place for our Italian getaway. If you are thinking about this spot, no hesitation needed - it was a fantastic place to call home for a week. You won’t regret it.

Nestled in the mountainside is the Tuscan stay of your dreams. In a villa designed by a renowned architect, you are surrounded by not only incredible views of mountains, valleys and the sea, but also have stunning accommodations. Every detail has been thought of in this home from comfortable living spaces, to luxe fireplaces and high quality beds. We highly enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous villa. One of the best parts of the time we spent here, though, was our wonderful host, Letitzia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. She went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic when one of our guests was ill, bringing meals to her while the other guests were out. Additionally, we can't recommend enough joining the dinner sessions they offer for guests throughout the week. The food was incredible and the atmosphere was exactly what you would want from a home cooked meal in Tuscany.

Lovely villa and perfectly set up for several families vacationing together. The views were stunning and we loved that we were away from the city centre. The pool is a real stand out feature and having it on a separate level and gated was very helpful with little ones running around the property. Hosts were incredibly clear with instructions and their communication was always friendly and quick. Highly recommend!

Even better than we were expecting - plenty of space!

We were a group of 10 including 3 under 15 and found Enrico’s place very roomy and easily able to accomodate us all. The bathrooms were all very clean and the beds were a more traditional Italian style but still comfy. The outdoor area was lovely and where we spent most of our time (as there was no indoor lounge area). Enrico was a gracious host and very responsive to any questions we had. Location wise, the house is easily walkable to the town centre (which is very quaint and picturesque) and to get on and off the autostrade. Would recommend staying here!

We just returned from a weeklong stay at this beautiful villa, two families with kids ranging in age from 2 years old to 9 years old. The villa is fairly secluded but we had no problems finding it just through Google maps. The property is essentially fully enclosed so we did not have to worry about the kids wandering onto the roads. The house was extremely clean. Both kitchens were fully stocked with all the pots, utensils and serveware that you need. The outdoors was the best! Beautiful pool cleaned daily; not sure if pool was warmed but it was hot enough outside to keep the temp extremely comfortable. Behind the pool is the beautiful vineyard and volleyball area. The owners were so friendly; they gave us giant baskets of garden veggies and another basket of snacks and so much homemade wine. Elena/Ester were so helpful. The Conad is within 8 minutes away and had lots of fresh produce. We drove into Aulla for coffee and pastries (10 min away). Great base to stay with kids!

Amazing place to stay! Our expectations were exceeded. Great service and very friendly hosts, the week in Chiozza was perfect! Everything was available in the accommodation. The surrounding area is very quiet and perfect for switching off. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice vacation at Claudia's place. The house and pool are actually much nicer than the pictures show. There is enough space and the garden and pool are opaque. There is a dog who screams something in the evening, which has rather led to amusement with us. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful setting and stunning views. The owner explained very clearly how to get to the house and was very welcoming. The house itself is stunning and pool was a great addition. Would recommend for people who want to go away from everyday stress

The pictures do not do this location justice! The view from the outdoor table, pool, and many balconies is unbelievable. The house is nestled in a very quiet, secluded spot and is perfect for relaxing. Kitchen is fully equipped, beds are comfortable. Marius is the most helpful, responsive host, helping us with any questions we had and providing excellent local recommendations. We didn’t want to leave!

Perfect fit for our group of 8. Extremely spacious gorgeous villa just west of Lucca and close to several small wineries. We may have been the first to rent as it appeared to be recently renovated. The Gardner on site Luigi was extremely helpful in troubleshooting some minor issues we had after check in. Plenty of room, spacious outdoor area set on several beautiful acres. Would definitely stay again. Perfect location to relax or explore some of the surrounding cities and sites in Tuscany.

Marco is the perfect host, we felt very welcome and comfortable. The house is perfect, nothing is missing and I have never met such a nice and accommodating host.
