A cozy, clean space has been welcomed as informed. Communication is fast, everything was as discussed. We've received ample information about the neighborhood and things to do.

Balazs was a great host, showed us around in his 16 apartment paradise. It’s a perfect hideaway with pool and jacuzzi. We’ve messed up the reservation, so he accomodated us in a more suitable room for no extra cost. Absolute 5 star.

Kristina is a wonderful hostess! We arrived at 12 am by car, we were met, shown where to park, showed the apartment, treated to cakes) There is parking near the house, the house itself is very beautiful. You can rent a bike, and the price is 2 times lower than in the city center. The lake is 10 minutes - 15 minutes walk. 5-10 minutes to several restaurants. So stop, you won't regret it!

We were allowed to spend a nice week in this unique accommodation and immediately felt very comfortable. The house is idyllically located on the edge of the forest, surrounded by nature, but still very well connected to the infrastructure and thus ideal starting point for hikes and exploring. A particularly beautiful view can be enjoyed from the terrace, which has been lovingly built on a hill and constantly invites you to enjoy peace and relaxation. The property is very comfortable, well equipped and offers everything to feel comfortable. We were welcomed warmly and provided with good tips for excursions and activities, communication went remarkably well and quickly, from minute 1 of booking. :) Paul and his mother are loving and committed hosts, always helpful and available. At this point, a big thank you to both for a nice relaxing time as well as the trust to have shared their idyllic treasure with us.

The apartment was nice and spacious Gabor was very nice It was close to the road but it was quiet at night and i'm a little sensitive about noises. I would come back again next time in the area

It all worked out. It was important for us that it is quiet for our dog on New Year's Eve, and that was it. The fenced garden is also ideal and you have the opportunity to take great walks from there.

The house has a very unique athmosphere, the garden is very nice too. We were taking trips by car in the region, but I could also imagine going back by bike. We spent autumn holiday here with 4 children. Lia was super nice host, answered quickly to any questions. Thanks a lot.

We had a wonderful 12 days in Thomas's house. The quite rural location enabled us to really relax and chill out when we wanted to, with the pool, table football, table tennis and the fire pit to keep our teenage boys amused both day and night. The location is also a great base for visiting Vienna, Bratislava and Budapest and there is also loads to see and do in the local area to really get a feel for Hungary. Overall a brilliant holiday and one we will always remember. A big thanks to Thomas and Gabi for their warm and friendly welcome.

We had the pleasure of spending 4 wonderful days in Andres Airbnb together with our family and are absolutely delighted! The pool and garden were simply exceptional - a real paradise where we spent many relaxing hours. The amenities of the house exceeded our expectations; there was everything you could ask for, and more. We really had our peace and could enjoy the time to the fullest. Andre was an excellent host, always kind and helpful. We can highly recommend this place and look forward to our next stay!

We were with a group of 8 people for a writing retreat in Paul's beautiful home. Everyone felt comfortable instantly, the charm of the building and the surroundings is unmistakable and lets you get creative and unwind. We found everything we needed to create fine dinners together or to enjoy our breaks in the large garden and adjacent forest. Although it is an old house, the rooms and bathroom are modern, very clean and beautifully furnished, so you have the best of both worlds. We would love to come back, it was unforgettable.

The property is beautifully designed and the cottage is lovingly furnished. You can tell that it's a bit outdated, but that also makes it charming. It's small but nice and you don't just sit inside all the time anyway. The pool was bigger than it looks in the pictures and the kids loved it!

It's always nice to come back to Emoke and Janos. The house is very good as is the living environment. It really has everything you need and Balatonederics is a very pleasant little village. It feels really good, that's why we're coming back.

We were with a group of friends and small children. Spacious living room, dining room, breakfast, dinner was a real family experience. We had a lot of trouble. Everyone had a good time. Thank you so much!
