The house is very nice, the view is amazing, a very pleasant place to relax and from where you can visit the surroundings. Silvia was always very kind and available to give directions and to adapt to our needs.

Great place if you want to get away from it all but at the same time close to many lovely villages and sightseeing spots. We were received with the best lasagna we ever had and a refreshing Grechetto wine. Francesco gave us great recommendations for where to go, what to see, where to eat. We definitively recommend Casa dell’Arco as an ideal place to stay when visiting Umbria.

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a great week. The apartment is spacious,clean, tidy,nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very comfortable for both the beach and the surroundings,the area is wonderful and worth a visit. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this place to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

It was my second stay at "le farfalle". It is a wonderful place, waking up in the morning and have a coffee looking out at the beautiful surroundings is the best way to start your day.. Nicolien is a great host, discreet and resourceful, couteous and always available. I will always recommend this place !

Our stay was everything we hoped for -- truly beautiful surroundings. The weather was somewhat cold to enjoy the pool but we had wonderful meals outside looking at the stunning view. Beatrice is a kind and attentive host. We are already making plans to come back.

The home is in a very nice place. The infinite pool is huge with amazing views. The house is very well maintained and the garden beautiful. We were welcomed by Stefania but spent the stay with Pia and Agno who are Stefania's parents. What happiness, a wonderful meeting, very touching and human. They were very attentive to us. We are really touched by our exchanges and if we come back to the area, we will be happy to see them again.

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

I stayed in Elio's house from September 14 to 23 and it was a wonderful stay. The photos don't make enough, because the house is even nicer. The rooms are spacious, very bright, everything is new and well furnished, and with every comfort: air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, washing machine, table and iron, hair dryer. In addition, both on one side and the other, the house enjoys a wonderful view of the Marche hills, characterized by a delightful silence, which for those looking for a little peace from the daily hustle and bustle is a real treat. Montelupone is a nice village, and nearby you can visit a lot of interesting places, and renowned destinations, as well as reaching the most important sea areas not far away. Elio, to whom I send a hug, is an exquisite person, as well as an impeccable host, always available for every need. I recommend this house at 100 x 100, you won't regret it...

We felt at home. In the beautiful centre of Lapedona, you can live like an Italian. Sea view and view of the Marche. The house has everything you need. Beautiful details. Everything is good.

Alessandro welcomed us into his home warmly and amicably explaining the services and directions of the house, an available person, giving us full freedom in compliance with the rules. The house itself is beautiful, clean and with all the air-conditioned rooms, in summer it's definitely a positive note. The large manicured and fenced garden with an evening atmosphere to enjoy dinners in company, and for those who also had dogs, well I let you imagine their joy (mine was very happy!!). Thank you again Alessandro and his whole family!

Great place to stay in the Marche countryside. Tiziana is a very helpful person. House very thoughtful in details, the pool is a plus not to be underestimated. Go back.

Vrinda’s place has all the amenities that you need because it is a real house very comfortable. The cost benefit of this property is five stars. It is a small Italian mediaeval borgo, very quiet and close to the immaculate umbrian nature, and also very close to Gualdo Tadino and Nocera Umbra. The hosts are just incredible and amazing because they are very responsive and helpful all the time. We definitely recommend Vrindas house!

Very nice and new house, you are very quickly at the sea and at good restaurants. The nearby train tracks were still disruptive at night, but we really liked it. Nice kitchen and everything very clean. Aldo also helped us a lot and immediately provided us with important information and tips😊. It was beautiful stay

The view the view bloody hell this view is gorgeous. Better than any Tuscan hillside I’ll tell you that. What’s more Paolo and his whole family with their Italian charm made us feel connected to Le Marche. Beautiful lakes nearby & incredible beaches in the national park an hour away in the ancona province. Notable restaurants to recommend would be: Bar-Chiosco-Trattoria Valleverde at a nearby lake or ristorante dal Silvio which is where the best beaches are. We finished the trip with a pizza night using Paolos oven. The whole family came as well as our neighbours from Milan. Great place definitely recommend 💎❤️❤️

Unforgettable experience in a dream farmhouse We spent a night in this farmhouse with my friends and I can say that it was a very special experience. The property is beautiful, surrounded by greenery and perfectly cared for in every detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, ideal for those looking for a break from the daily routine. Upon our arrival, we were greeted impeccably: the fireplace was already on, which made the entrance even warmer and more welcoming. We immediately felt a feeling of "home" and the courtesy of the owners helped make the stay even more enjoyable. Every room of the farmhouse, from the rooms to the living area, is perfect to spend moments of conviviality and relaxation. The location is ideal for those who love tranquility, but also for those looking for a starting point to explore the surroundings. We'll definitely be back soon to relive this magic. I can’t say enough about what an amazing host Anya was for our group of 11, ranging in age from 6 to 82. From her clear and responsive communication to her perfect recommendations (restaurants, beaches, nearby towns/wineries, truffle hunt, private chef dinner) she helped our family make the most of what was an amazing week in a truly memorable accommodation. Our stay opened our eyes to what an amazing region Le Marche is - we’d be thrilled to visit again!

This is the third time we have returned to the coast of the conero and we are very happy with this choice. The house is very comfortable but we were almost always in the beautiful garden with sea views, cool and ventilated even on hot days thanks to the elevated location with respect to the sea. The comfortable beach of Marcelli is a few minutes away by car but if you want a little adventure there are many wildest beaches within walking distance.

My friend and I had so much fun staying here. We were in the city to visit some old friends and Patrizia and Maurizio were so incredibly sweet and messaged us throughout our stay with places they recommend and to check in with us.

The house respected the description We had a great time and Mrs. Patrizia was super kind and helpful. We stayed with 3 children who also found themselves very at home because there were several games from the youngest to the largest ones!!! We definitely recommend this place
