Excellent stay in an amazing place. Apartment super comfortable and very well equipped for the winter months. Everything was perfect. Since we arrived at the place, during our stay and until our last day at the place our host "TUNCAY" was always with a smile and excellent chemistry with us, he was attentive to us at all times for what we needed, he made our stay more pleasant. For me "TUNCAY" who is usually at the reception is a great example of what is a goog host. This place have an excellent location, close to supermarkets,pharmacies,restaurants,etc. I recommend this place 100% and even more with hosts like him ;) I return again for sure.

Nelly was a great host. My husband and I stayed in the first bedroom up the stairs (2nd floor, below her 3rd floor flat). Our bedroom was more like a studio; we had a queen sized bed, two bunk beds, a couch and sitting area, TV, kitchenette, and private bathroom with a shower. It was very clean and comfortable. It was so quiet at night - I didn't even know until the last day that she had a newborn! The area is a couple blocks from the nightlife, easy to stroll to, but far enough away for it to be quiet. Nelly couldn't have been nicer. She let us in at 11:30pm, was helpful with ideas of what to do in Istanbul, gave me advice on shopping when I called her mid-day, and served me a great breakfast on the last morning. Thank you so much Nelly! All the best to you and your family, and especially 8-day old beautiful Arya!

The location is in the most central place of Istanbul and you are walking in an environment where you feel peace in that movement. It was a stay that met my expectations very well and well, thank you so much to everyone who contributed 🙏🏼

It was a really nice flat in a residence that almost works like a hotel. Very clean facilities, although lack kitchen equipment (maybe because it is like a hotel?) Very nice and clean pool, but unfortunately the pool is under shade of the building, thus without water heating it was freezing to dip in even at over 30 degree weather.

It is nice to have the ability to move directly from the living room to the terrace, the view and location are amazing. Although the lounge is small, it has a cute interior design. Very clean. 7-10 min walk to Ortaköy center, central location. Its location is very peaceful. I will choose it again when I want to stay in Ortaköy. Thank you!

There was a mix up / communication problem with my transfer from the airport- but it was my fault. I didn’t have my data roaming switched on - and missed the info on how to meet up with the driver

The hotel is the perfect place to stay in Istanbul, it is close to everything, it is comfortable, the very complete and classic Turkish breakfast, the heating works perfect and comes with several amenities included, apart from always having water at your disposal and a nice human team, we would definitely stay again

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marmara Guesthouse in Istanbul! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality, the staff were incredibly friendly, communicative, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, yet tucked away in a peaceful spot. I loved how easy it was to explore Istanbul. The breakfast was a highlight fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety. Enjoying a tasty meal with a beautiful view on the terrace was the perfect way to start the day. It’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming, and well located stay in istanbul.

I have never used Airbnb before. Service that Yusef provides is beyond then expectations. I have never felt that much supported by hotel. This place has to be the most underrated place I have ever been. Place located at the center of a lot of touristic attractions. Like, The blue Mosque, Topkapi Place, Bayazid Mosque, The Hagia Sophia, The Grand Bazar, The New Mosque and Bosphorus Tour. You can literally walk to those places… Yusuf and his dad treat you like they owe you. Super polite, very informative and they give the best advices… Place looks amazing and kitchen feels like traditional Turkish Restaurant. They make one of the best Turkish breakfast in the town. ( and it’s free 😬) Thank you for everything! For sure I will be back to the same place!

The main highlight of the accommodation is its location for sightseeing, near the metro, in addition to the room cleaning that is carried out daily. On the other hand, the area is busy and a bit noisy.
