Vacation rentals in Sardoal

Helen's place is extremely quiet. We're doing great. There are opaque shutters that allow you to sleep in the morning without being disturbed by the light. The heater works great when the days and nights are wetter. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We spent Christmas as a family in this house and couldn't have gone better. The owners are quite affordable and the house is perfect for large groups. Finally, I would like to thank the owners for the Christmas decoration they left in the house and how quickly they answered our questions.

After a week of hotel stays it was so nice to decompress in a home and do laundry! It was just the 2 of us and the space was much more than enough. A bigger party would be very comfortable. Appreciated the welcome email which included instructions on how to use all the appliances. Request- add in a true American coffee maker. The fact that the home is completely updated added to our comfort level. There are great spaces to relax and we enjoyed what the home offered and loved the showers. This location in Central Portugal is in a sleepy hood. There is a corner market but it doesn’t offer much. Arriving late, we were able to get a few essentials for our first morning such as milk & bananas. The 2 towns we decided to day trip to were Coimbra & Aveiro. Both are approximately 1 hour away. While it was a bit farther than I hoped, it was a nice chance to see the countryside & the A17 is so easy to drive. We were quite impressed with the freeways. Would consider a return with more guests!

We had an amazing time at this wonderful property! It’s even more beautiful than the pictures and Erica and her husband are excellent hostes. If you’re searching for a private, calm and in touch with nature stay, you’ve found your place! We will definitely comeback! Thank you for having us and for the stroopwafles!🙏

The impeccable and realistic space with the announcement. The host, Pedro, super responsive, of course in the explanations and friendly. I had to check in late and made it easy to get the keys and entrance. Was proactive in the instructions 👍🏻👍🏻 Recommend*****

We had a wonderful stay! We were very well received, with all the attention and sympathy. The accommodation is beautiful, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The cleaning was very good, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back soon!

Great place, amazing location. Pedro was a great communicator and the maintenance lady was wonderful and kind as well. Highly recommend this place - lots to do around town!
