Antonio was fantastic in replying to my questions and concerns. Very prompt and detailed. The house in Saratoga Springs is gorgeous and was exactly like the pictures and description. If you plan on visiting Saratoga Springs, Antonio and his properties are the way to go!

We had a lovely Labor Day weekend stay at Julie’s house. There was lots of space indoors and out. The hot tub, pool, fire pit, and grill were all put to good use and made our stay so homey and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools and appliances needed. The location is excellent with easy access to 87, SPAC, and the race track.

Melissa was a very responsive and helpful host. The airbnb was very inviting and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the layout of the place was very user friendly. We are already to book again for next year. Honestly one of the nicest airbnb's I've stayed at. You can't go wrong.

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

Laura was a great host. House was exactly as shown with all the amenities listed. Big fenced in yard for the dogs and a relaxing hot tub that took the chill out of the cold winter days. When there was an issue with the internet she was quick to respond with the fix. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a weekend getaway with the dogs and a great hot tub. I’m sure it would be a great spot in the summer for Saratoga!

Artemis Lakehouse was perfect! With a beautiful lake view, the home was spacious, immaculately clean, well-appointed, and impeccably maintained. It was the ideal venue to celebrate our mom's birthday. (And our mom appreciated the downstairs suite with a walk-in shower.) Anh was responsive and gracious. ~ We look forward to another visit.

Suzanne's place is amazing. Everything you need is available and the home itself is just beautiful. We will definitely come again.

The pictures posted on the listing of this house do not do it justice. This house was beautiful. While located on a convenient road, there was not another house in sight for a nice sense of privacy. The mud room itself is a huge bonus to off load gear and supplies and keep them organized without cluttering up the entire house. The ensuite bathroom in all 3 bedrooms was a pleasant surprise with the master bath being one of the best I've ever experienced. The state of the art TV, lighting, thermostat and surround sound system does take some getting used to and would definitely be a challenge to the elderly and non tech savvy. Great overall experience. Would love to stay again when the pool is open.

Chris and Jess were very accommodating. They let us check in early and responded to our messages very quickly. The house was so cozy and nice. Very close to downtown Saratoga and many things to do! I would definitely recommend a group of friends or anyone to stay at this Airbnb!

Joshua is home was perfect for our stay. We were especially grateful to him as he stepped up when our initial Airbnb had a pipe freeze and so we had to do a quick switch to a new Airbnb. Joshua was responsive and extremely helpful. His home is beautiful and exactly as described. We felt like we were in the lap of luxury with quality linens and towels. The home is within five minutes to everything in downtown Saratoga, which was also wonderful. There was an unexpected ice storm while we were visiting, and Joshua came and not only sanded and shoveled, but worked hard to chip away ice to ensure our safety walking to and from the driveway. We would love to come back another time and would definitely recommend Josh's home to anybody considering staying in Saratoga.

We were a group of 6 couples who spent a weekend at Kathleen's house. Everything was top-rate; 6 comfy bedrooms, a great open living area for talking and hanging out; a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen for group meals, and with a dining table large enough to accommodate all of us; a lovely neighborhood for walks, and a very short drive into downtown Saratoga Springs for walking, shopping and restaurants. Kathleen was immediately responsive to any questions we had, and communications in all other respects were great. I can't think of a single negative to say, and would return in a heartbeat (and hope to do so next year).

We absolutely loved Kenneth's place. We were on a girls trips and found the house and location to be perfect. Spent evenings around the kitchen island and mornings on the couch with the fireplace. It was perfection. Would definitely come back to this exact place. We also loved how close it was to the downtown and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This was a very inviting venue. 1) When we walked in, we several times exclaimed, "It's really beautiful in here!". The downstairs open-plan kitchen/dining room/living room feel very light-filled and spacious. There are abundant windows which make the upstairs also feel light-filled. 2) I sometimes prefer to talk live on the phone, and Becky was very accommodating about this. 3) There was a problem with the WiFi router, and Becky's parents were quite gracious and worked hard to get it fixed as soon as possible. Overall, I highly recommend this as a place to stay. 😊

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

What a lovely place to stay! We had a great time. Check in was easy with clear instructions. The house was adorable and very clean. We were able to walk to all the restaurants on broadway. Safe neighborhood. We loved our stay, we would absolutely stay again. Thanks for hosting!!

Natasa is great host. Responsive and succinct. The home is well located to much of what Saratoga has to offer. From outdoor activities, to the shopping and dining on Broadway, to walking trails, to a short 1.3 mile walk to the track, and so much more, this home in the art district is fairly centrally located, particularly if you are up for strolling just a bit. Great backyard for your pet, for grilling as well as sitting by the "fire pit," the house is both spacious and cozy, all at the same time, and has all the amenities you would want in a short term stay. Would certainly stay again, next time we are up in Saratoga.

This was our third stay with Dave - the past two years at his other Saratoga location which we loved. Once again, we were presented with an immaculate house with all the touches that made it feel like home. It was extremely spacious, yet somehow still cozy. We were nervous about an impending snowstorm, but Dave put us at ease offering all he could to help if need be. As for location: that snow I mentioned? A family member walked home from town in it, so location can’t be beat. Great house, superb communication! We’ll see you next year!

Super easy booking and checkin. John was super quick with communication and the place had exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely look into staying again for our next trip.

We loved the unique characteristics. It was fun to explore, Erin even included a scavenger hunt with a prize. We were looking for a peaceful weekend escape and there was everything we needed to stay in and still have plenty to do and all that we needed for food prep. We would definitely stay here again.
