Beachfront vacation rentals in Sarasota

Our stay in Indian Shores Beach at the Beach Cottages was great. The condo is spacious, clean and has all the amenities described. We loved the convenient location off the beach and easy access to the pool and hot tub. We used the shared grills a few times. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms made for great accomodations with our blended family of grandkids, parents and grandparents. Would stay again without hesitation.

This place was the perfect getaway to get the best of both worlds of beach and poolside! Would love to come back!

We stayed at Charlie’s place for a week in March. We traveled with our daughters, their husbands and families, which included a 7 month old, 1 year old, and 4 year old. When I tell you this is the perfect place for families, I am not kidding! Charlie had everything you need for the littles. On day 2 we asked if the pool could be a little warmer and he was there within 15 minutes to turn the heater up. The location was perfect. Easy access to all the beaches and too many restaurants to mention. I could go on and on, but believe me when I tell you we couldn’t have had a better week! We will be back!

Lovely home, well equipped, very comfortable and the beach is at the end of the street. Less than 10 mins walk.

Beautiful place, great amenities, amazing location. Everything was walking distance, the pool was awesome - nothing but such great things about the place!

The house had everything we needed and more. I enjoy cooking for guests and so often the kitchen is lacking. This kitchen had everything I needed. Everything from measuring cups to storage containers. The beds were super comfortable. Plenty of seating for the family. Great television options when it rained. Lots of space for us to spread out and get quiet time. The back yard was a real treat with hot tub, pool, chairs, games etc. And the roof! So nice. Parking was so easy and plenty for our needs. Great for kids - We had a 2-year-old with us and the house had everything we needed from a crib to a beach wagon just filled with toys for the beach. A great playground a short walk away. The raised pool was important to us for safety reasons. Beach supplies were plenty - chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels. We didn't need to bring a thing. Beach was very close, an easy walk. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed in. Jimmy was a great host. Welcoming and quickly responded to our needs.

My family has stayed at Liz Lizard's beach bungalows for 10 years and we hope to continue to stay there for the next 10 years! Many years we have rented all of her bungalows. Liz keeps the bungalows super clean, and stocked with everything you need. Any questions/issues are answered very timely. LIz is VERY responsive! The beach area is beautiful, and the sunsets never get old. I can't say enough positive things about this place. We LOVE it!

The space was very clean and we saw manatees outside our window everyday, and dolphins at the beach! This is a great space for a small family to enjoy.

This place is wonderful! There is so much to do and all within walking distance! Pools, dolphin viewing, bird watching, gym, playground, beach and food! There is also ice and a filtered water bottle-filling station nearby. My teenage son and I really enjoyed our stay and Simone is a wonderful host!

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

What a great place to stay! Just as described, beautiful setting, close to the beach with lots of room and all the amenities! This unit was spotless and we felt at home instantly. Thanks for a great stay!

We're a family of 5 from Chicago and had a fabulous spring break here. Sunset grill on the property and Los Amigos a few miles away were the highlight restaurants and the beach right on site was perfect. We day tripped to St Pete's beach (arrive before 10 am to get a parking spot) and Busch garden - both about 40 min away.

Ryan’s Flip-Flopper cottage was perfect! Ryan’s communication was prompt and thorough. Everything we needed was there from toys and games for our children to kitchen supplies to items for the beach. The home is in a fantastic location! North Captiva Island is a magical spot—we cannot wait to return!

Our stay at Indian Rocks Beach was wonderful, this place is truly a gem! Very thoughtful and beautiful design - fit our family of four very well and was in such a great location! We walked to the beach every day - multiple times a day - soaked in the jacuzzi at night - had meals and ice cream right next door a few times as well! Couldn’t have asked for anything more - loved it so much and hope we can come back again next year!

Just as listed. The unit is a little dated and could use some cosmetic repairs/updates, but it had everything my daughter and I needed. Being right on the beach was perfect.

We had such an amazing time staying at Eric’s rental. The place was perfectly sized for the two of us and was filled with anything you could possibly need from utensils, bathroom toiletries, (special shout-out for the free feminine products that really wowed me!) and plenty of kitchen appliances. The location is an easily walkable distance from the beach and a few places to eat but the bikes Eric provided allowed us to ditch our car for a few days and explore! The town was wonderful. The residents and locals are extremely friendly and welcoming. Great places to eat and shop around, and the places recommended by Eric were phenomenal. Overall, a wonderful stay in a pleasant town. I would definitely book again with Eric, we greatly appreciate the lovely trip you’ve helped us have.

Everything was seamless and I would recommend to others.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Great location for us. Happy to be able to walk to restaurants. Beach is very close. I would stay here again. Mike and Javier were very responsive. Easy to get off island and to another destination. This destination will be better when they are more recovered from the hurricanes. They have already made a lot of headway.

From the moment we walked in, I knew it would be hard to leave. This beautiful historic cottage envelops like a warm hug! Our days were spent moving from the covered porches, to the sun porch, walks on the beach, cooking in a kitchen that truly had all that was needed! The cottage is clean and tidy, beds and furniture are comfy. Plenty of towels and beach chairs, really almost everything is thoughtfully provided.
