Villa vacation rentals in Sarandë

The villa is spacious, clean and the pool is gorgeous. Outside seating is perfect for all parts of the day - tables for the sun or shade and plenty of lovely sun loungers to do the same. The view of the sea is stunning. The area is peaceful - one other villa behind locked gates but far enough away to maintain privacy. You will need a car to be able to get to the beaches. Local shop, bakery and a couple of tavernas in walking distance if you don't mind the walk back up the hill. Only difficulty was not getting any response from the host in the lead up to our trip - a few hours before we were due to leave I had to contact AirBnB to get them to help - a bit stressful!

Really wonderful villa. We had great time. There is plenty of room inside and in the garden for 8 people. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Sea is about 5 min walking distance, also many good restaurants nearby. We recommend to choose the place while staying in Ksamil.

Upon arrival in the village we thought... when opening the fence a lovely house. It is nice and quiet and the house sparkling clean A good location for trips to Butrint, blue eye and Gjirokaster. There discovered a top restaurant where we ate 2x and also as a vegetarian it was a freestyle. Go do this: The Barrels Ms. There you will eat among the grapevines overlooking the chickens . Every evening and morning a flock of sheep through the street, also super nice and wonderful that village feeling. The host was flexible and responded quickly to our questions. If you like peace and still authentic, we definitely recommend it. Which was also nice, the downstairs neighbor greeted us every day when we went out with Hey Hey Kalimera. And she was super proud that we took a photo of her. All in all, it was a nice stay

The location of the house is what makes it really great. You have nice views of the water and green trees from the upstairs terrace, and can walk to Avlaki beach in 2 minutes. There are also some nice walking trails just behind the beach that take you through olive groves and to other small lovely beaches. The taverna on the beach has really good food so you don’t have to drive for dinner or lunch. The town of Kassiopi is only 5 minutes away by car and has lots of restaurants and a big supermarket. The only critiques I have of the house is that the furniture was a bit basic, the kitchen was small, and the sofa looked a bit worn out and dirty. The beds are a tad hard but you get used to them! The pool area is really great. Because of the orientation of the house, there is sun near the pool from about 11 am / noon to around 6 pm. We were there in early Sept so maybe there is more sun in summer. The AC is great and so are bathrooms. Overall we loved it and would come back!

Mimoza and Jimmy were superb hosts from beginning to end. Very attentive to all our needs and great to stop for a chat with. They have a lovely villa and are clearly very house proud judging by the way they look after it. The villa is perfectly located for exploring the area with pretty Kassiopi a five minute drive away and Avalaki beach a 7 minute walk with two super Tavernas and a boat rental on the shore there (a great way to explore the north east coast). Could not recommend Villa Sania more highly.

We just cam back from 9 gorgeous days in this villa. We didn't want to leave. From start to finish we had help from Caroline re booking taxis renting a car. Directions etc. The cleaner cam twice during our stay. The villa was pristine. Our bed was comfortable. The walk into kassiopi took us about 20 minutes and if in tbe evening i would bring a torch for tbe walk home as it is dark. The pool is large, well maintained and there are several seating areas. There were only 2 of us staying but it would easily suit a larger family. The garden is huge and partly shared with next door in the bottom section. We had no one in the villa next door so it was extremely private and quiet. There is a little restaurant 100 meters from the villa in katias apartments which was great for food. The little beach is almost deserted and accessed through the gate at the bottom of the garden. A little jetty to moor off. Was absolutely magical watching boats passing by. At night a yacht or 2 would be opposite.

The villa had a beautiful view. We loved the terrace and the pool area. It was also a nice short walk down to the beach and the recommended taverna had very good food. There were also many other nice beaches, restaurants and a supermarket were never far away. Would very much like to come back at some point, loved it very much.

We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Serena - everything was as described and as we’d hoped. The pool was lovely with some welcome shade at certain times of the day. Being able to walk to a practically private beach was just amazing! Everything we needed was in walking distance which was just what we wanted for a relaxing holiday. Periklis is a great host - super responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back again.

The villa itself was perfect for 6 adults with plenty of room for a weeks stay and absolutely spotless. The villa was cleaned mid week, with new towels and sheets changed which was amazing. The pool was much bigger than most similar villas and was clean and warm and absolutely perfect. The villa is in walking distance to tavernas and the beach, and a short drive to bigger towns so a great location. They were able to accommodate a late check in, and were always responsive with any questions, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Lovely and well appointed villa and walkable to a few great tavernas, bars and a small supermarket. Would definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Kalami. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained, and the villa was well-equipped with everything we needed. The view from the yard was absolutely breathtaking, and the nearby beach was one of the most beautiful on the island, with calm and peaceful waters. Sofia was incredibly responsive and helpful, assisting us with anything we needed. We will definitely be coming back..

We were a family of 10 ( all adults). There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. Everyone felt comfortable and enjoyed the stay.

The house is great ! Without a doubt, the best building in Sarandë. The treatment is very good and the view is unbeatable. The house equipment is very nice. To spend the days I do not recommend the beaches of Ksamil or Sarande , many people and few amenities , it is better to travel more and get away. The best was the Himare area and from there the tours in Barco to the beaches. More cute , less people and good restaurants. Without a doubt the time we spent inside the house was very relaxing and fun, we would say that even better than the one we passed through the beaches that I do not recommend the nearby ones.

Great place to stay at when you love sundowners. House has all needed amenities but floor was not clean on arrival.

Situated on a hilltop with the most incredible panoramic views over the surrounding countryside to the Ionian Sea and Albania, Thresher’s House was an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The house is comfortable and spacious and the garden and outdoor spaces a peaceful haven. We enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the birds every morning, soaking up the view while dining on the terrace and making the most of the lovely pool. The children particularly loved exploring the garden and picking berries from the trees. The nearby beaches, though a bit of a drive on winding roads, are also gorgeous and well worth a visit. Aristidis was a kind and thoughtful host and made us feel very welcome in his lovely home.

We loved our week at Villa Irini & didn’t want it to end. Napoleon is a wonderful host - gifting us sunhats, slippers, toiletries & lots of fresh food & drinks. Midweek he arrived with delicious chocolate cake & ice cream! He answered qus v promptly & he & his wife were v helpful arranging medical support for our son. The villa is in a pefect location, close to Nissaki beach, tavernas & supermarket, but secluded so you're not affected by noise/ traffic. There's boat hire 2 mins walk which we used for a fun trip up coast. Spacious, charming villa, clean & well equipped. It was N's family home growing up & is being lovingly updated. Everything you need incl. washing machine (not listed), midweek cleaners. Pool area is fab - good sized pool with loungers & inflatable lilos. Verandah great for meals & games of pool in the shade. We took N's kayak out for trips along the coast. Perfect place to relax &/or use as base to explore Corfu. Thanks SO much Napoleon, we'd love to come back!

Had a magnificent stay at Villa Petros. It was an idyllic getaway for our group of 5. We were able to get to the nearby beaches (with a car) and also unwind beside the beautiful pool overlooking the coast. The recommendations from Callum were so helpful and well thought out. I could not fault anything about the Villa. It is such a magical place and has provided such wonderful memories for us.

Tatiana is an excellent host; she was very responsive and checked to make sure that we had everything we needed. The outside area is very big with plenty of space for our group to spread out and enjoy the sunshine. The swimming pool is a nice size, certainly big enough and deep enough for a good swim. The town of Kassiopi is about a 20 minute walk, take some torches, (mobile phones), for the walk back. The nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes away, the owners are very friendly. The location of the villa is perfect, one of the best we have ever experienced. It is set well back from the road and is not overlooked. At the end of the pool there is a lovely view over the bay below the villa. The villa is very spacious and clean although a little dated in places, but this adds to its rustic charm. Many thanks for a great stay.

Wonderful stay at the Olive Tree House, it was certainly 'heaven on earth'! The whole property was beautiful, the layout was perfect for 3 families; 7 adults + 3 kids, providing ample space and privacy for everyone. Location was very peaceful. Super pool with amazing views & great outdoor space with plenty of shaded areas. Having my elderly parents & grandchildren with us we found that taxis were a must due to the distance into Kassiopi and the lack of pavement until halfway there. Annalize was very responsive and always helpful. We look forward to returning and would definitely recommend.

Had a great stay here for a week despite the thunderstorms & rain we had ! The villa was lovely, so clean, perfect location and friendly host! Wouldn’t recommend for a baby/ toddler like we did as the pool is too deep & lots of hard floors but was perfect for all of us adults ! Location couldn’t be more perfect and loved being able to walk into the harbour every evening ! 🇬🇷

Secluded villa surrounded by nature with a lot of privacy. Exceptional sea views with Albania in the background. The sunrise is terrific. Very friendly and responsive hosts. Spotlessly clean property. A car is needed to access the villa, the shops, restaurants and beaches in the vicinity. Be sure to rent a boat to explore the amazing north eastern coast. Would certainly return. Advice: Switch your mobile phone manually to a greek operator or else you risk hefty roaming fees in the albanian network.

Gorgeous House with stunning view!!! me and 3 friends had an amazing week in that villa! the view is just awesome the pool is awesome you can walk down to the next bar and have drinks, easy 15 min walk. it was clean, it has the perfect location what else do you want?
