A very cozy house. I stayed at this house in early April, and it was warm and comfortable. There were no issues with taking a hot shower. The house is spacious and provides easy access to downtown. There are also restaurants and cafés nearby. Everyone was kind and friendly.

The kitchen and dining area are characterized by wooden cabinetry and a spacious dining table surrounded by several chairs. Bright light fills the room, accentuating the neutral color palette. A mirror reflects the light, and a framed artwork adds a touch of color to the wall.

The house and the owner of the house are top and beautiful. I recommend that the pictures of the house do not describe the house in a lot more beautiful than the pictures and the house is very comfortable and enjoying the wonderful view. The owner of the house is very friendly and cooperative in all things and he helped me to carry the suitchens to the apartment. Thank him for everything beautiful and I will return with God's will for this beautiful house

During our recent family vacation, we stayed at a lovely place that provided a great experience overall. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and at home. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool; it was well-kept and provided a fun spot for the kids to play and for us to relax. Additionally, having a barbecue available was a fantastic perk! We enjoyed cooking our meals together as a family, which added a nice touch to our dining experience. The only downside we encountered was the Wi-Fi connection. It was quite unreliable, making it difficult for us to connect at times. This was frustrating, especially since we wanted to share our vacation moments with friends and family online. Overall, despite the Wi-Fi issue, we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to others looking for a clean and enjoyable family getaway.

We are staying at Izzet Bey apartment for the second time. Mr. Izzet's son and wife helped with everything. We felt like we were in our own home, I would really recommend it to everyone again:)

Excellent stay at home and everything we had on request was close to mashouki, only the sound of dogs was kind of annoying thanks to brother Samih, his aunt and his father. They were very kind to them.

Everything was as it appeared in the photos. The host was caring and friendly and helped us barbecue in their garden, the house was generally useful and very clean . We left very happy as our group of friends.

The brushes are very clean, new and tidy The apartment is magnificent, quiet and friendly The apartment location is excellent for visiting a lot of places Nearby The host is a good person in communication and his mother and father lives on the ground floor and they are more wonderful and friendly people I really enjoyed it again. it is wonderful quite place friendly and clean good for families location is very good and near alot of beautiful places the host is wonderful people helpful and friendly thanks for everything

During our stay, Mr. Barış was very caring and answered all our questions in a short time. The house is in a very peaceful and quiet location, much nicer than it looks in the photos. If you are coming to places near Kartepe or nearby, you can easily choose this place.
