Vacation rentals with a patio in São Roque

With an incredible price, the studio is beautiful and functional. The location is excellent for those who want to be close to the main cultural points of São Paulo. The building is comfortable, extremely secure and offers various services to guests, such as luggage compartment, laundry and swimming pool. The hostess, Dani, is very proactive and attentive. It was one of the best calls I've received since I started using Airbnb.

Manoela’s apartment has been the highlight of my trip to Sao Paulo. It is the perfect apartment for a couple or solo travelling, has all of the amenities one could ask for, and to top it off is in the most beautiful area that is near the centre while still being safe and residential. My favorite bakery and cafe is one block away, as well as the Patio Higienopolis and so many other great shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and luminous. The building is an architectural jewel and the energy from the entrance to the apartment, the bathroom etc everything is just magical. If you have the chance, you should definitely book this apartment. Cannot overstate the happiness and comfort it brought me and having experienced manyy other airbnbs in the city, I can safely say this is the best you can find. Thanks Manoela for everything and for the clear communication throughout.

I highly recommend the apartment! Just like the listing! It served me and my family super well ( two adults and two children). Well divided space, all new and super clean, the bed linen smelled!! Great for a couple, or alone, perfect and beautiful location on the top floor. I highly requested host. Reception staff very attentive.

Beginning by hosts Angela and Marcelo were very cordial, always pro-active and managed to get everything ready even by renting on short notice. Clear and flexible communication. The house is more beautiful than the Photos. Complete in everything. Wonderful, heated pool, flawless kitchen and complete with everything we needed. Clean and spotless home. Comfortable rooms for everyone, well clean and equipped bathrooms. Very cozy outside space. My family spent a wonderful weekend. We will definitely be back.

An escape in SP! Home is exactly like in the pictures, it was amazing family days, we took advantage of everything the house has to offer! Heated Pool was sensational, still for my 3-year-old son! There is no house in front. What gives privacy is a splendid sunset. Casa has everything we need for stay, bad just having to leave. Everyone wants to come back!

What a beautiful place, it is even more beautiful in person! Very green, animals like butterflies, birds, dogs, chickens and even miquinhos. Very quiet and quiet, we went to escape the noise of the end of the year and it was very nice. :) I read the tips in other guests' reviews and helped a lot. I took a merrinha knife, we walked to the Spani (but we returned from uber with hahaa shopping), we went to thrift stores, we walked through the farmhouse and in the Itaim park. And in the house it has absolutely everything you need to cook, blender, shape, frying pan, etc. And Mr. Alê, a sweetheart, said that not having something, just request that it is arranged. We want to come back more often. ♡

Sandra has welcomed us well since before the stay. We arrived early in the city and she was quite flexible with the check in time. The house and bed/bath linen were very clean and smelling. The site is easily accessible and very well located, perfect for those who go to an event in Allianz Parque.

Amazing place!! Right in full Oscar Freire super silenced!! Impeccable bedding, we bedded super well with a big family!! The air conditioning in the bedrooms was the salvation in the midst of the heatwave that we face in Sao Paulo!! Hope to come back more often!!!

Beautiful duplex apartment in great location with everything you need for a great stay ! Very attentive Pepe, he gave me a lot of important information including restaurants and one of them that we were very close to Ap was really wonderful. Ap very clean and organized.
