Excellent stay. Airbnb is well equipped and is brand new. Good bed, good bathroom, safe condominium, with good location and easy access. I will come back for sure.

Had a great stay, we felt at home. A super cozy apartment, very well equipped with excellent quality accessories, washer and dryer, all air-conditioned. Great location, there is a great mall across the street and other options around. And the main highlight was the courtesy, sympathy and spontaneity of the Willians. We got all the directions, all the attention, it was a real friend. I highly recommend staying in his apartment.

Great accommodation! even more beautiful in person than in the photos. All perfect! Alexa for those who want to hear a sound, samsung projector (extremely good), has a gas cooktop, minibar and wine glasses (in addition to leaving wine too!) The view from 26: wonderful. Free of any building. Some points to consider in this stay: 1. the control of the Samsung Projector is damaged - it only works if connected to a USB C charger. 2. The ducha mars the entire bathroom very easily and if it doesn't take care of it, it goes to the hallway. Overall we love!

Great place, 100% equal to the photos; very well organized and clean. The view of the barbecue very beautiful! We could even see some fires at the turn of the year. It would surely come back!

Excellent location in the heart of Vila Olimpia, close to the Metro and to several restaurants, shopping malls, Parque do Povo etc. A great host Raul, I felt comfortable at your property. I highly recommend it!

Great choice! The apartment is cozy, clean and well located in the heart of Vila Madalena. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of options for bars, restaurants and shops. The stay was perfect for exploring São Paulo. I recommend it!

Super recommend, would stay again. Limpo, easy access to enter the very friendly gatekeepers. Mini market in front. Very close to the Estadão cafeteria also from a street full of restaurants including the well-known Famiglia Macini Tratoria all this very close by.

His place was definitely worth 10/10 everything was perfect he communicate very well and answer me right away the only thing I didn’t like was the location other than that everything was perfect!!

Great value for money, Hanna and Bia are helpful and attentive, Marco Tbm was able to accompany me from the beginning when I booked. Although it is a shared accommodation we can have privacy, the place is always clean, has a beautiful view, I was able to easily access the areas of the condominium, has very good and safe places around and I met wonderful people. My stay in the penthouse was very good, when I return to São Paulo I will definitely return.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location is unbeatable, with everything you need just a short walk away – shops (Eldorado Mall), restaurants, and easy access to public transportation. The apartment corresponds exactly to the pictures. Very well located. Staff of the building very helpful and the hosts very kind. Great cost-effectiveness. The only thing I missed was a table and chairs for meals, as I had breakfast in the apartment. Despite this detail, I recommend the accommodation.
