What’s special about our house ? We’ve got two spacious floors and each has a large living room a bathroom, bedroom and big terrace with view to the ocean . So it is a perfect vacation place for 2-3 couples/families where everyone could have a bit more privacy while enjoying their time together, meet the sunrise and explore the near by attractions . Farm House is located in nice and quiet village called Pilar da Bretanha it very well equipped with every thing you need to fell at home It is very close to Mosteiros that has a small beach, to Sete Cidades and to Ferraria this a place that you can have a hot bath in the ocean when the tide is low. I guess this is the perfect place to stay and relax.

Have a great stay. The home has its own vibe. It has a lot of space. The kitchen is well-equipped. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms, but if there are more than 8 people, they can also fit. You can stay in the living room, you can spend time in the kitchen, you can in the garden. Recommended!!!

We stayed here for a long weekend trip and loved it. Right in Sete Cidades, the house was so peaceful and close to many hiking trails. Pedro was an excellent host, he provided many great recommendations for the entire island. The town is quaint and beautiful, this is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation!!

Accommodation true to the photos, 50 m from a public parking lot and a black sand beach so very good. Numerous amenities, in good condition. Check-in instructions are extremely clear, secure and the host is very responsive. Well located place because it's 10 minutes from the airport. Only point to note, the environment can be noisy in the evening between 9 p.m. and midnight due to the proximity of the bar next door and cars passing quickly in the street.

This apartment is nicely located near beaches and a short drive to the downtown center (20/25 min to PDL). It’s close the town square which has cute bakeries and a delicious chocolate shop. Kitchen was very clean with all new appliances. We cooked breakfast each day which was great. I visited in first week of January, and there’s not as much to do immediately in the area in bad weather; however the nature and beaches were beautiful. Many things like surfing and e-bike tour of Sete Ciudades were cancelled bc of weather. We enjoyed Sao Miguel, especially the restaurants (lourve, ta gente). New Years in PDL was wonderful. Please note it does get cold in January in the house in the main kitchen/living room so I suggest wearing layers. There were heaters in each bedroom (not in common rooms), and I triple layered blankets in the bedroom which added warmth. Mattresses are very firm… The neighborhood is super cute…would be cool to see in summer.

We were very satisfied with our accommodation. The flexible check-in and check-out were greatly appreciated. The host responded very quickly and clearly. On the downside: the common areas aren't heated, so they could be colder depending on the outside temperature. We can hear cars on the street outside from the bedrooms. The mattresses are relatively hard, and the car gate is very slow to open. But that wouldn't stop us from returning to the same place. The location is great. A car is highly recommended for getting around and to the nearby supermarket.

Amazing place, sparkling clean, well maintained, you can see that they put a lot of thought and effort in details. We were really satisfied with everything. If you have kids they even prepare different toys and baby chairs for you- that was a huge hit with ours, they played alone for quite some time every day 😆 and I have to mention a welcome box with amazing local pastries! The place is even better than in photos and really spacious. The outdoor area is also amazing. Would stay again!
