The apt. is as advertised, everything very organized, good structure, super clean, has everything you need and more, as we were by car the location was great to go to the tours. The security at the entrance and exit is perfect. The family atmosphere, the way we wanted it. My family loved, you can choose without fear. Thank You Ismar and Neli.

Mariana's apartment is excellent. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is great (close to almost everything interesting in Ponta Negra. Little we use Uber), in view is incredible, the apartment has a bathroom and a suite (which makes it much easier for those who go with children (my case) or more than two people. Mariana responds extremely quickly and the team that manages the site is also very efficient. When we return to Natal, if the site is still listed here, it will certainly be our first option to stay.

The impeccable apartment with a breathtaking view. The listing photos are exactly the reality we found in the AP. The lighting is amazing, super comfortable mattress with quality pillows. The drying washer expedited our stay. We felt at home and had joyful days in this apartment. We recommend this experience at this place.

The apartment is excellent, close to the restaurant (building in front of one), bakeries, pharmacies, etc. And also very cozy. I recommend it to everyone, and I want to return soon!

The apartment is excellent. It has everything someone on vacation needs, plus a wonderful view. Well equipped with furniture and utensils, and water pressure is a very positive point. Great location, a few meters from the middle beach. Very quiet to walk. Several bars, restaurants and markets nearby, as well as beach and other leisure activities. Gustavo was a great host, always quick and proactive.

Flat very well located, with all the necessary utensils and a wonderful sea view We were greeted with some goodies, which made a total difference, because our flight was in the early hours… Everything was perfect!

The accommodation itself is wonderful, home super comfortable and the condominium is very tasty. However, lack of air conditioning in the house due to the extreme heat of the region, a large mirror was missing too, but the rest ok. Worth the price.

We passed - me and my boyfriend - some days staying in Vila Sorriso and were very welcome! The location is good, to walk quietly during the day to the busiest part of the city, at night, I recommend that Uber be ordered for safety, which is in the R$6 range around Ponta Negra. We love the stay, Edilenia and her husband were very helpful and friendly all the time, they gave us some good tips. The room we stayed had air conditioning, cable TV, bathtub, wardrobe, safe, balcony and comfortable bed! Breakfast featured several delicious options! They helped us by adjusting coffee and checkout times to match our tours. The pool is very clean and a well wooded area. We also love the company of Bartolo and Jolie! Large and quite comfortable accommodation. The building is old and therefore bears the marks of time. It features various amenities and environments that allow a comfortable stay for large groups.

Spending the end of the year at Vanessa's apartment at In mare bali was wonderful with the family.The apartment was complete,everything we needed to cook was there. When we arrived everything was clean and neat, there was plenty of bed and bath linen. Everything was perfect and the host was very kind.

Dona Francisca welcomed me and my family very well, we felt at home during our 2 week stay. The communication was very fast and Dona Francisca was ready to clarify our doubts at any time. Our accommodation in Marta was just amazing. A place that exceeds expectations; very cozy, all very impeccable in the matter of organization and cleanliness; very quiet and pleasant place also.. has everything close, all very close (bakery, market, post office, lottery box, barbershop, gym, lava jato) I went to the market until walking about 5 minutes from the apt… it answered me in everything I needed. Marta is an amazing person, we received it very well and it was very requested in all aspects … he indicated us great places to walk and was always willing to solve everything we needed. Certainly deserves a maximum score and I want to go back 🤩 I particularly thought it was better than staying on a straight black tip. It is close to the beach with black tip, however, it is a quieter area and where I was looking for it was resting, it was perfect.
