Definitely a comfy apartment, good communication with host, well located. Important detail: at night temperature gets cool / cold but inside the apartment stays comfortable also thanks to double glazing and warm air conditioning (heat mode) . I would definitely choose this apartment again

We feel at home, the apartment is very cozy and close to everything, a few blocks from Rua Coberta and consequently from the center, making it much easier to do things on foot. We will definitely return!

Apartment exactly as described is the same as the photos. Modern, cosy, comfortable, clean, quiet, air conditioning works great. The shower is the pinnacle of the experience! The best bath I ever took outside the house, strong shower, easy temperature regulation, the Junker worked 100%. Easy access to the attractions of Gramado if you are by car. For those on foot it is further away, but it is still worth it because it is easy and inexpensive to get an UBER. We will certainly be back.

Perfect location, a street after the main street of Gramado, all on foot. Market less than one block, pharmacy in the condominium, shops restaurants, all very accessible. The fact that it has a covered garage included is also a differential and a tranquillity. Apt equal to the photos, well decorated and with what you need for a stay. The improvement point would be the cleaning, I found some powder and a piece of biscuit under the curtain of the room.

Excellent apartment, extremely clean and everything new, I really liked it, excellent place to stay with family, extremely calm neighborhood and close to bakery and supermarket, as well as close to the city center, a Blessing of God.

EXCELLENT stay! The host sent videos informing all the details of the apartment in advance, and was on standby over the phone for all needs. Carla, responsible for the delivery of the key, was also at the agreed place and time. The location of the apartment is a privilege, in the heart of Gramado, with nearby restaurants, shops and sights, as well as easy access on foot and Uber. The apartment is large, clean, with kitchen utensils, clean towels, blankets, heaters, hot shower. Anyway, the lodging was amazing and it served us perfectly. Only gratitude to Bel for all concern, pro activity and sympathy. When we get back to Gramado, we will certainly stay in the apartment again!

The impeccable House, close to the main street of Gramado. Dona Natália, mother of the host was extremely zealous and attentive. Bed linen and towels in excellent condition. All utensils and appliances at the disposal of the guests, was a differential. Super recommend it.

The house of Seu Luis is a charm, inside a gorgeous condo, in a central area of Gramado. Both the check-in and the check-out were totally quiet, which makes it much easier, after a long and tiring trip and whenever we need it, the host was very attentive. The accommodations are comfortable and the kitchen is complete, with barbecue and all available utensils. The condominium is wooded and in front of the house there is a lake, with ducklings and fish, which was a separate attraction for my daughter. It was days of great tranquility and peace... exactly what we needed. Sure, we'll be back!

By far the best option in Gramado. We rent a car for private reasons, but the place is PERFECT! Practically next to Rua Torta, Aldeia do Santa Noel, in the center of Gramado. I went to the supermarket on foot. Pertinho do Alice. Simply excellent. I had a mishap in the apartment and surprisingly resolved everything in midnight. I recommend it a million times over. Presteza, attendance, cleaning, location. Another thing, there is a direct exit from the condominium to the Canela road. We were and we returned in the tours because it was all perfectly close. Better location and value.

New and cozy apartment, extremely polite concierge staff. The high point for me was location, literally a street from Coberta street and all the amenities of the center, but at the same time the street is quiet. I found the small but functional toilets (photo look bigger). In the kitchen we miss an AirFryer. We love our stay and together with the city Gramado made me think when we will make the next one. Great apto, host Karen note 10, Dona Chica who welcomed us and dismissed us, note 10.1 kkkk, close to the center, on the return there is a climb, but nothing so exaggerated.
