The very good location, and being inside a hotel, is very safe, good garage. Super i recommend it.

I had a great stay in this apartment! - Quick and easy communication with Gustavo - Clean, safe, modern building (24/7 security but easy access with facial recognition, great amenities) - Great location (easy walking to Frei Caneca, Augusta, 20m to Av Paulista) - Very quiet (I am very sensitive to noise and I never heard any sounds) - A/C worked great - Hot, strong shower - Sleek, clean, modern decor inside the apartment - Loved the balcony The only small downside I can think of is that the check-in with the building staff was fully in Portuguese (I'm not sure if anyone at the front desk spoke English) and a little disorganized, but it all worked out fine in the end!

We loved our stay at the apartment! Clean, well-organized, super easy checkin and superb location! The building has a wonderful physical structure and around it has pharmacy, restaurant and markets! Communication was great, as soon as we requested something, we were promptly served! Excellent stay!

We stayed 6 days in the studio, all working well and as described, only the hairdryer did not find and the broom to clean the environment. The condominium very well equipped as already described! We had a problem with the kitchen sink that was clogged. Thank you Vanessa!

Maria's apartment is very well located, a 5-minute walk from the Museu de Arte de São Paulo, in a set of residences whose common areas are perfectly maintained. The residents of these residences have a gym, sauna, outdoor pool, and a large indoor swimming lane that we enjoyed after the long days of walking in the city. The apartment itself is very clear, quiet, perfectly equipped and tastefully furnished. We felt really good there and it is with pleasure and without looking elsewhere that we will return if we return to São Paulo one day. Maria gave us all the information we needed to access the apartment on its own. Everything is clear, accurate, and thought out so that visitors have no questions to ask themselves. Finally, Maria was accommodating. It allowed us to stay beyond the scheduled time on the day of checkout. Thank you very much to her!

I stayed in this apartment in December and since I liked it, I came back and stayed again in January. The apartment is the same as the photos. In the building, guests are able to use the playground, the open swimming pool and the penthouse, the court, which helps a lot for those with children. If you have someone in the playroom, they usually open the door for you in a good place. We are unable to use the gym as guests. There is also a little market on the -2 floor that makes it much easier to buy something fast. The apt now has a screen in ALL the windows, which made me very quiet since I have a 2-year-old son. The kitchen is well equipped. It has a washer and dry in the laundry in the apartment. The apartment does not have air-conditioning, but even if it is summer, we were able to take it easy, since we opened the windows and circulated the air. It also leaves a fan for anyone who wants to use. What I liked the most, besides the items I mentioned above, was that Nicolas is super responsive. I was texting and he would respond on time. Very attentive. Super recommend!

We've been staying in 4 adults plus a 1 year old baby. The apartment is well furnished, with cookware, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, it is very close to the beach (just cross the avenue) and with a market on the side which is very practical. We very much liked the information provided by Andressa and it was very clear and quiet. I recommend it!

The site is extremely like the photos of the ad, super clean, bedding and fresh towels and smells, were incredible days, although the seawater is unsuitable for bathing, the condominium pools are wonderful, all the employees of the condominium super helpful and cordial. We will definitely return.

Perfect location, size suitable for those who were at work, quiet and quiet neighborhood, but the bed was without the linens and in the bathroom there was no toilet paper.

We used the space for company fraternization, Day Use modality, everything was excellent from the beginning of the hiring until the end of the event. We spent wonderful days as a family. The house is great. The view is beautiful. All very clean. We were very well served by the host and the housekeeper.

The house is wonderful better than in the photos, complete house, everything working perfectly stove, oven, refrigerators, fans, TVs, internet! Cibele and Carlos are great hosts, quick responded was very easy to talk with them, during the stay they were always available !!! The pool is a great size my kids loved it! Close to the beach🏖️, we went walking is about 4 blocks, they have beach chairs, cooler and an umbrella which saved us a lot on the beach by not using those from the kiosks, as we stayed 5 days. Markets and wholesalers are a 5-minute drive, the best I found was the Wholesale Tent has great prices and is huge. I had to take my son to the hospital at night due to an emergency and it was quiet Igesp hospital is a five minute drive and has a very good service, at 1:30 am he passed the doctor, performed blood and image tests and we came home. We will be back for sure, they were wonderful days, thank you for welcoming us 🙏🏻
