I spent the end of the year with my family and friends and the experience was wonderful. Mr. Floriano, who received us, supported us all the way to the house and during the stay, it was extremely welcoming. The house is very cozy, has many kitchen utensils, I was able to perform the supper with a lot of tranquility. In addition to the incredible landscape, the sunset is beautiful, at dusk, being away from the center of the city, it is possible to see the totally starry sky. The furniture, bedding, towels all clean, smelling, comfortable, really felt at home. I highly recommend it and when I have another opportunity I will be back for sure.

Zetinho from the beginning was a great host. Very attentive and available for any unforeseen events. No doubt it would return there for the delicious location and possible tours from there.

The stay was amazing, at the property has everything you need and a little more. Extremely cozy, I felt at home. The only drawback is just getting to the property, but the experience in it itself makes it worth the effort of having to face dirt road.

Very comfortable and spacious apt, we were in 6 adults and we loved the place. The decor and the furniture are beautiful. The gatekeepers are very polite and helpful.The location is great, you can walk to the Capivari Park and restaurants.

We do not use anything from the condominium other than the playground, but it is all beautiful and impeccable. the apartment is extremely well equipped, good beds and covered, appropriate heater, all utensils, appliances and appliances you can imagine. Right near Capivari, we just walked out. The building is on a climb, but it was still worth it in relation to the traffic, since it was the closing fds of the winter festival. We'll be back for sure!
