I have to say , I have traveled the world , stayed in many different types of housing , Mr Charlie’s place was one of the best places I’ve stayed , you just can’t get a better deal , the plaice was clean , peaceful and the view was fantastic, also access to a small but well organized gym , pool on rooftop , it’s now listed as my favourite and next time I’m in Santo Domingo , that is definitely where I’ll be staying . And the staff was extremely courteous and helpful with me the whole stay (weekend) . Thank you for a pleasant stay Mr Charlies ! 😀

Jose was very responsive. The place was clean and had what we needed. We were there to work with a local baseball league. The location was within walking distance. We will be back as the host and the place were perfect for our needs!

This place is great if you want to go with a group to enjoy. It is beautiful inside, immense and has many spaces to be able to recreate. The swimming pool is very good and deep, excellent for swimming. There is no time limit to listen to loud music, and it has its horn, domino table. We went super, and the place definitely played a role in this. I recommend it to 100.

we went with my wife's family for celebrating her birthday. 10 people in 5 very comfortable rooms, clean apartment and nothing was missing. lattencion from Mr. Fernando was super, always asking if we were missing something. the phenomenal host, writing and asking every day if everything was Ok Linda pool, the green around spectacular. i recommend everyone.

The villa was great, cozy and clean with everything you need. The complex Beautiful and serene. Valencia was very welcoming and responsive to all our needs and very accommodating . Total experience 10 out of 10❣️

the price was great, we had a superbowl party, there were things to do for nonsuperbowl watcher to do such as domino table and chairs kitchen fully stocked, much better than a hotel room, I fully enjoyed myself.

Great place to relax in a peaceful setting. Plenty of space for large groups and the Pedro was very responsive during our stay. Would certainly recommend.

Loved it and highly recommend Place is very nice and close to zona colonial. You have 2 rooms available as well as dining room and kitchen. There is couple corner stores where you can buy basics and a restaurant where you can have good lunch.
