Fantastic stay with amazing views The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the spectacular views. Communication with Gabriele and his team was excellent. They were always attentive and everything I asked for was provided with taste and very good predisposition. As an improvement, it would be helpful to have a clothes rack and a washing machine. Also, the WiFi sometimes doesn't work well. The place is somewhat far from downtown, so it is necessary to move by taxi. Even so, the experience was very good and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

The accommodation is very spacious and bright. Easy to access with shops close to 1 km to the beach. Access to the city center is easy with buses that pass regularly. Recommended

Giordano has a great apartment just outside the city centre of Mindelo, very close to Laginha Beach. With a balcony you can enjoy sunset every day. Apartment was clean and had everything you need. There was some construction work in the building and the area but only during the day so if you are away you will not notice. Take the taxi driver Giordano recommends so you will get to the right place directly!

Stayed 3 nice nights in this spacious apartment with extensive facilities and everything works well and is also clean. It is important that you speak Portuguese when you contact the lady who has the key and arranges check-in. And you have to ask in advance whether the neighbors are not busy with a renovation. We were woken up by the construction workers at 8am on our last morning. With these conditions highly recommended!

I stayed at Jailza's apartment for a month and worked as a digital nomad of Mindelo. Everything was available for a long stay. The location of the apartment to the city (shopping, markets, restaurants) was great and after a short walk I was on the magnificent beach of Laginha. Internet was very stable and working was very pleasant due to an extra office chair. I felt very comfortable in Jailza's apartment and can only recommend it.

The apartment is very well located, 5mn walk to the ferry terminal and close to everything there is to see in Mindelo. It is on the 4th floor of a brand new building, with views of Mindelo Bay and the sunset. Everything is very clean, spacious (two toilets and two dressing areas on both sides of the bathroom). In addition, Marise and her mom were very understanding and helpful despite our 5-hour delay due to a plane problem. Really a big favorite! Thanks again!

Very nice space, in the center of the village, which gave us a good stay and good times, despite needing some maintenance. We were greeted by Gabi, who was available when we needed it. We leave a thank you to Veronica (Bar Pedra Balea), Gabi's sister, for her culinary gifts, the fish mass was divine. Thank you Odile.

The house is very nice, large, comfortable, it has everything you need for cooking. It has a nice view from the balcony. Getting around is important to get transportation but that happens in most places on the island. Highly recommend hosting. Thank you

Olavo is a treasure and has taken care of everything. It's fantastically beautiful, you can even hear the sea rustling. We would always book again!

We spent 10 days at Carlos's. The village of Eito is very pleasant as well as the people who live there. Carlos will be very responsive if you have any concerns. The house has everything you need to have a good vacation. Feel free to discover this beautiful village and participate in the Sunday evening festivities.

Karl and Jörge are very welcoming and caring hosts. There are always touches at your disposal in the kitchen! They are available to inquire and respond to your needs. The room is not very large but the outdoor areas (shared) are fabulous and the view is exceptional! You have to like to fall asleep with the sound of waves:). Thanks again:)

We really enjoyed this place, quiet, authentic with great sea view. With small shared buses, Mindelo is 15 minutes away .

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is of exemplary cleanliness, bright and well-equipped (kitchen, bathroom). This is a neat and well decorated apartment, which makes the space immediately warm. The view from the balcony is a wonder... at the forefront of the sunset and in the morning for the departure of the fishermen who brave the energetic waves around the harbor. We are fortunate to meet the charming owners who were able to answer our questions and give the useful information. Ponto do sol, a very nice place, starting point for beautiful walks and very well connected to consider hikes. Restaurants that are best booked in advance all around. Need we say more... go for it! You'll appreciate it!

The stay could not have gone better. After a stressful flight, Sr. Maurits' hospitality helped us embody the spirit of the island. He recommended the best restaurants and attractions to us, helped us and was available for everything we needed. As for the apartment, excellent location in a prestigious area, newly built, all amenities, products and decoration heavy on detail. 5 stars aren’t enough, Mr. Maurits and his apartment deserve every blessing coming their way. nice, spacious and clean stay. you have no locked feeling due to the many light inside and the balconies available. Everything you need is available. you walk to the beach in no time. If you want to explore the area, you can get on the bus that stops in front of the door or grab a taxi. Plenty to do in the area: restaurants, playground, museum and the city center can be reached within 5 minutes by taxi. + clean + friendly and helpful + security available + lively environment + supermarket nearby - high stairs to get to the apartment building. (There is an elevator in the building itself. Would get a key to be able to take the elevator downstairs via garage due to the stroller. In the end, it was not necessary. - can be heard a lot of wind in the house on windy days. solved with a cloth for the grate so it could no longer be heard in the house - balcony doors couldn't be locked (no problem was 8 high)
