Fantastic stay with amazing views The apartment was in perfect condition, very clean and well cared for. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the spectacular views. Communication with Gabriele and his team was excellent. They were always attentive and everything I asked for was provided with taste and very good predisposition. As an improvement, it would be helpful to have a clothes rack and a washing machine. Also, the WiFi sometimes doesn't work well. The place is somewhat far from downtown, so it is necessary to move by taxi. Even so, the experience was very good and I would definitely come back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (4.5/5)

Very nice accommodation with a very nice view, the staff is welcoming and the setting is beautiful!! Everything was fine we had a great time with my family and would recommend this place! Having come for the 2nd time, I am still so satisfied and I will not hesitate to rent this accommodation again during my next visits to the island of Sao Vicente!

Without words I recommend anyone will not regret it. I felt at home the person in charge 1000 very very helpful I just have to thank and say that I will go back

Big appartement with a beautiful view. Close to beach and restaurants.

Spacious, beautiful bright apartment with great views over the beach The apartment was more than spacious for 2 people! The great balcony was unique, you have a great view of the beach and the city. Walking in 15-20 minutes you are in the city center, alternatively you can also take the bus. Shopping, including a bakery, are in the vicinity. A very nice tour provider (Eco Tours) is on the ground floor, where we booked a day tour to Santo Antao. The apt. has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. There is enough storage space for the things in the 2 bedrooms, there are 2 bathrooms, good Wi-Fi, internet TV. Very nice contact person on site (via Whats App) and Bruno was always available. Overall a great stay! Thanks to everyone involved! We would come back. Unfortunately, there was a lot of dog noise at night, but that's a problem on the islands overall....

I stayed at Jailza's apartment for a month and worked as a digital nomad of Mindelo. Everything was available for a long stay. The location of the apartment to the city (shopping, markets, restaurants) was great and after a short walk I was on the magnificent beach of Laginha. Internet was very stable and working was very pleasant due to an extra office chair. I felt very comfortable in Jailza's apartment and can only recommend it.

Perfect, perfect location right in the heart of it all, yet because of the big picture windows, high floor and gorgeously view it always felt relaxing. Marise is the best just you cld ask for, super attentive to any small problems that might arise ( remember this is still an island, so things will break down now and again) . Honestly couldn’t have asked for better stay:)

Very nice space, in the center of the village, which gave us a good stay and good times, despite needing some maintenance. We were greeted by Gabi, who was available when we needed it. We leave a thank you to Veronica (Bar Pedra Balea), Gabi's sister, for her culinary gifts, the fish mass was divine. Thank you Odile.

Liliana is a very heartwarming host, quick to respond to your questions and helpfull in aiding your trip around Saõ Vicente. Couldn’t have wished for more. About the appartment. It is located right on the sea board. A beautiful and tranquil place to enjoy the ocean, read a book and at night you have an amazong view of the stars. There’s a garden with a lot of shade and place to relax. Right next door there’s a small turtle sanctuary and you can make a roundtrip by foot around the vulcano. So enough to do for everyone. Inside the appartment is very clean, tidy en cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Incredible views from the villa. Ten minute walk down to Paul; 15-20 minutes back up again from town. (Taxis available too.) Excellent base for us for a couple of days walking Santo Antoa hiking routes.

Karl and Jörge are very welcoming and caring hosts. There are always touches at your disposal in the kitchen! They are available to inquire and respond to your needs. The room is not very large but the outdoor areas (shared) are fabulous and the view is exceptional! You have to like to fall asleep with the sound of waves:). Thanks again:)

We really enjoyed this place, quiet, authentic with great sea view. With small shared buses, Mindelo is 15 minutes away .

The house is very nice, large, comfortable, it has everything you need for cooking. It has a nice view from the balcony. Getting around is important to get transportation but that happens in most places on the island. Highly recommend hosting. Thank you

Olavo is a treasure and has taken care of everything. It's fantastically beautiful, you can even hear the sea rustling. We would always book again!

Perfect. We had a really good stay. The flat is calm and comfortable. I recomend it definetly!

the accommodation is very nice , well-equipped, as described with beautiful sea views and it is close to restaurants . the neighborhood is generally quiet so you'll be very happy there. only small downsides: - windows (although new) insulate badly from noise and sometimes dogs start barking at night.... -The total price is a little high but Armanda is not the only one responsible because the Rbnb commission is not negligible .

The stay could not have gone better. After a stressful flight, Sr. Maurits' hospitality helped us embody the spirit of the island. He recommended the best restaurants and attractions to us, helped us and was available for everything we needed. As for the apartment, excellent location in a prestigious area, newly built, all amenities, products and decoration heavy on detail. 5 stars aren’t enough, Mr. Maurits and his apartment deserve every blessing coming their way. nice, spacious and clean stay. you have no locked feeling due to the many light inside and the balconies available. Everything you need is available. you walk to the beach in no time. If you want to explore the area, you can get on the bus that stops in front of the door or grab a taxi. Plenty to do in the area: restaurants, playground, museum and the city center can be reached within 5 minutes by taxi. + clean + friendly and helpful + security available + lively environment + supermarket nearby - high stairs to get to the apartment building. (There is an elevator in the building itself. Would get a key to be able to take the elevator downstairs via garage due to the stroller. In the end, it was not necessary. - can be heard a lot of wind in the house on windy days. solved with a cloth for the grate so it could no longer be heard in the house - balcony doors couldn't be locked (no problem was 8 high)
