We really enjoyed our stay. Our family felt right at home for the 2 nights we were there. The place was very clean and cozy. Would definitely book again.

This was an amazing find very accessible to snowbird/alta and solitude /brighton both by car or bus. The house is incredibly comfortable Troy has not missed one thing. It has a fully equipped kitchen with every pot/pam appliance and serving item you may need. Even coffee pods, foil,Saran wrap lots of paper towels. Things that make a difference at an Airbnb stay. The beds are very comfy, nice linens and towels and the bathrooms are immaculate. There is a large sectional sofa and large high end tv. This place feels like a home away from home. We stayed in this house for a spring break ski trip with 2 other families. This was the perfect home base for everyone as the commute to skiing was easy but those that didn’t ski were comfortable staying back. The back yard was one of the best attributes. Nice hot tub, great view, and spacious enough for our dogs to run off some steam. The host is the best I have ever experienced as a seasoned renter. Highly recommend!

This is one of our best Airbnb stays. The townhouse was very clean and well appointed. We appreciated the small touches like abundant towels and fresh kitchen sponges. Very well located— close to the slopes and SLC restaurants.

For context, we stayed here for 1 month with a dog and would recommend it. If you're browsing and trying to make a decision, here's a summary of the highlights: 1. Attached garage - very helpful in the winter and uncommon in SLC where houses are older 2. Safe, walkable area with parks - must-have for those with pets 3. Investment in things that matter - Excellent Purple mattress and huge TVs 4. Fantastic host - Brett was very accommodating and responsive. E.g. he helped us get workstations set up, replaced the garage remote, etc. 5. Smart use of space - It's a 1 bedroom with a flex space downstairs. Brett made it very functional with touches like fold-up TV tables I'd strongly recommend this spot! If you're unsure about anything, reach out to Brett. We enjoyed getting to know him when he replaced the garage remote and may consider his other cool properties too next time we're in SLC (love his WabiSabi property!)

Best stay I have had. The view over looking the lake with a snow cap mountain. Deer in the field behind the house. The furnace had went out. With in 2 hours Matthew had someone out there to fix it while we were out in park city. Best host ever are ready planning our next trip to bring some friends Right in between Park City and Sundance 20-30 min drive either one

Everything inside is pristine and tasteful, from the floors to the furniture to the decor. Very thorough and professional, obviously very experienced and thoughtful. I felt very comfortable.

The location is phenomenal! Easy to find, easy check in, right off a main road but situated back in a quaint and very quiet neighborhood. Many great options for restaurants and things to do within 5-15min. Plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. Kitchen has tons of spices, coffee/tea, everything we needed to make some home cooked meals. TWO washer and dryers! Extremely comfortable beds/bedding, great showers/water pressure, comfortable furniture. It is truly set up for guests to just show up and relax. The amenities were a delight. The yard and game room were great for the kids to play, plenty of space for the adults to chat in the large livingroom. Our group of 6 enjoyed the sunrise views from the hot tub every morning. The hot tub is very well maintained! Justin is a gem of a host. Easy to get a hold of, extremely responsive and very thoughtful. We could tell right away why he's a 5 star host; very well-desereved!
