We had a great stay at Paula's apartment. It is very pleasant, bright and well located in relation to the city center. Paula is very kind, available and attentive.

Totally recommended, and communication with Eusebio has been fluid, making it accessible at all times. As for the accommodation, the location is quiet and in a very accessible location for most points of interest in the area. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, and is as comfortable as being at home. A plus if you're traveling with a dog. We'll be back!

Silvia's house is cute . Perfect to spend a few days there. Quiet and well-connected area . With everything you need and a perfect terrace for summer . It has been a pleasure.

Our stay was truly wonderful, thanks to the incredible experience we had at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by its charm, comfort, and the warm welcome from our hosts. Located in the most quiet and upscale neighborhood, the house provided the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. It was just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the stunning coastline. The home itself was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with four comfortable bedrooms and an inviting layout. The kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze, and the living areas were cozy and stylishly decorated. Our favorite spots was the living room and balcony, which overlooked lush gardens and and a bit of the ocean, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The hosts were incredibly kind, attentive and responsive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The large covered garage made parking hassle-free. Cant wait to return! Loved all of it!

I spent one month in Esther's flat, and I'm happy with my experience. First, Esther is very friendly, gave me great recommendations for places and villages to visit in the area, and where to buy some specific products I needed, and she was texting from time to time if I need anything or if I feel comfortable in the flat. I felt comfortable in the flat. It is spacious, well equiped, modern design and equipemts, the bed is comfortable, the windows help with outside noise insulation, and the flat keeps a good temperature inside. There are several supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants at few minutes walk. There is a mall and premium cinema in the town at 20min walk; and a sport club at 10min. The bus station is at 1min walking from the flat and the train station at 7min. It is easy to go to Santander, and well connected to villages and towns if you want to be in nature, hike, or discover the region.

It's been a great stay. The flat was clean and tidy. They had the detail to turn the heating on us before arriving which was appreciated because it was very cold on the street, in addition the sheets were winter and there were blankets for the sofa. Regarding the location, it is a very quiet urbanization on the outskirts but very close to the urban nucleus, even for walking. Very good communication, at all times she was aware of us and made very good recommendations. If we were to return to Comillas we would definitely repeat with Luis, it was a pleasure!!

Everything was very correct, we felt right at home, nothing was missing. Access to good restaurants, the beach and the promenade... all a minute walk away. The communication by road to know the perfect Cantábra area, dreamy corners. M.Belen is a charm... close, always ready to help and make everything very easy. The possibility of storing the ten car. The house is spacious, the living room perfect for eating and being 4 people. the beds are new and comfortable. The garage is easily accessible. And the house is in the center, nothing from the beach. Sergio quickly answered all our questions and Pilar gave us a good description of the local restoration. We'll be back if you have it available

María José's apartment is perfect for both a short weekend stay (like ours) and for a longer vacation. It has everything one needs smaller details that make a difference as cooking ingredients (salt, oil, sugar…..etc), as well as bath and kitchen utensils such as soap, scouring, new ballet For those of us who tend to cook in accommodations, these small details make a big difference. In how many spectacular and luxurious places we would have been that they did not have a gram of salt, no soap or a sad ballet to wash the dishes. We will definitely repeat if we go back to Santander. María José is very friendly and attentive and her lovely daughters. Carmen…..the restaurants of the fishing district…..ufffff!!!! Thank you a thousand for your recommendation.

My stay in the apartment was exceptional. From the time of booking, Alfredo and Patricia proved to be attentive and helpful hosts, responding quickly to all my inquiries. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm welcome and provided me with detailed information about the apartment and the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped, up to my expectations. The decor was modern and cozy, which made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The location was ideal, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and work location. The accommodation is very well the perfect location,very clean,with fantastic views,Maria is very nice and very attentive if we return to Noja ns would love to come back to Maria's house.

The apartment is very comfortable, fully equipped and decorated with taste and personality. It has free parking area right next to it and the neighborhood is very quiet. There is a supermarket less than a 10-minute walk away. Also, the location is ideal for visiting Santander or Cabárceno, as both points are less than a 15-minute drive away. Last but not least, to say that Esther was very friendly and attentive.

It was a one-night stay, very nice, definitely to repeat, the guy from the bar and the lovely reception and very nice, always attentive. The apartment is impeccable and certainly highly recommended, a quiet area but close to the rest of villages.

We really enjoyed our stay with Marina. Everything was just right and she was always available if needed. It’s a really beautiful location, so peaceful and full of nature.

The apartment is well located, in the city center. It's big, a first one without an elevator but there are few stairs and they are comfortable. The landlady responds immediately, is friendly and attentive. If we had to put on a glimpse it is to the noise of the bar downstairs, although we were barely bothered to see the beautiful town of Santander. It has been a good experience and we left happy.

She is very sorry! We have been staying in the Budokan apartment and it is as it appears in the first photo. The place is very quiet and very cozy. It is also located in a very good area with which it allows you to move to several locations in a simple way. Contacting Miguel Angel is very simple, he responds very quickly and makes it easy for you to have any questions you have effectively. The check-in, stay, and check-out has been all on its own with the help of their directions and it's all really straightforward. A place I keep for a next time! Great place!

The place was spotless. I had put the heat on us so that when we arrived we were not cold. We are very happy with our stay here! I would respond super fast and give recommendations for things we could do all around the area. Very grateful! I have no doubt that we will be back😊

The apartment is beautiful, ample and bright. It's spotless and nicely decorated. It makes you feel like home. The perfect location, a 5-minute walk from the City Hall. I would always recommend it. We were able to leave the floor on the day of departure after eating, no rush. One detail. Having a fundamental garage. Very grateful.
