Loft vacation rentals in Polvilho

The flat is small but has everything, including lava and dry. The bed linen was clean, the mattress and shower in the bathroom were great. The host left with little sugar, salt, oil and soluble coffee, which made all the difference when preparing small meals. Perfect location, on Rua Augusta, right near Av. Paulista. The windows drown out the noise well and you can rest. Great accommodation for leisure and work. Would recommend.

Identical the images and description. The street is a charm apart, it has some stools right in front that you can see the street. About the apt, it was very clean and with cold water we expected to miss an airfryer or an oven, but everything else is right, people there are very polite and friendly. Letícia was very solicitous, friendly and polite.

The apartment is beautiful, all very clean and organized, comfortable beds, complete kitchen, with all the utensils available. the space is really like the pictures and the perfect location!!!

Whenever we go through SP we stay there, the place is very well located, the space always very well taken care and the Tonny always kind and attentive with us.

This place was wonderful, clean, and well provisioned. We loved the layout with the double height ceiling and glass wall. It felt incredible safe with the doorman and gate entry system. It was well located in the neighborhood with a grocery store around the corner and nice restaurants and coffeeshops nearby. Ana was also great to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful loft in the heart of Jardim Paulista, a safe, walkable neighbourhood. 5 min walk to several restaurants, public transit and shopping. Apartment has all the amenities and a great view. Mini split kept the place cool and confortable in the summer. If I'm in São Paulo again I will definately book.

Good location, building with good structure and insurance (always when entering we have to speak our name and doorman's document open the door). Pleasant apartment, however we stayed a little while, as we were just passing through the city. We had a communication problem when entering, as we hadn't picked up the lockbox code, but since we booked with less than 24 hours of attendance, we forgot to ask more details as well, and the problem was quickly resolved. We loved the place, and would come back again to stay longer.

Daniel always helpful, the loft is impeccable, with modern planned furniture, very comfortable. It has hot and cold air conditioning. The bathroom shower is very good, the condominium has a gym, sauna and swimming pool. The leisure area has a lot of nature, birds and a feeling of great peace! I and my family thank you very much for the months we live in the loft. Daniel is a great host!

An extraordinarily helpful and attentive host.

Edison was very helpful. I stayed with him for two months and the apartment was great. He was very helpful and would always respond quickly if I needed anything. the apartment was great, with a beautiful and peaceful garden with palm trees and banana plants. I had plenty of privacy and the house was very secure in a very secure neighbourhood. I would definitely stay again if I have a need for accommodation in the area.

Apartment very well located, ideal for those who want to stay for a while in São Caetano. Air, TV, kitchenware, washing machine, shower and bed, all very good. Marcos was very clear and cordial in his communications. I recommend and intend to return.

The apartment is small but cozy, accommodates a couple well. It is 200 meters from the APCD Theater, which was what led me to stay. The street has car movement almost all the time, but I didn't see a lot of people walking around, maybe because there was no nearby trade, but even then my husband and I went and went back on foot from the theater.
