Located nearby either train stations, and a few steps away from a more local commercial street (with lots of good food), but still keeping an arm,s length from the frenzy of the historic centre, it gave us the perfect blend of convenience and peace. The house itself is warm, fragrant, and cozy replete with delightful furnishings and objects (also yummy tea and snacks and a super comfortable bed). We have been thoroughly rejuvenated after spending the past few days at Silverio's!

This was our third time staying here. We love the location and the flat has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Communication with Mariangela is always prompt and helpful. We hope we will be able to visit again.

Apartment with a small garden located in an elegant and quiet neighborhood, with a beautiful park in front. Not far from the center and the sea. Very well divided between living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. Equipped with every comfort. We had a pleasant vacation and we hope to return

Daniela's apartment was lovely with magnificent Duomo views! Extremely spacious and better than could be depicted in the photos. And comfortable beds! The location is also wonderful for getting around to everything you need / want to see in Florence. Lots of great food options nearby. We had an issue with one of the bathrooms when we checked in and Daniela responded immediately and helped get the issue resolved right away. There are many rules around parking and check in / check out timings on Daniela's apartment - everything is outlined just will want to get through it as there are parts we missed. The only other thing I would note is that there are small steps coming out of two bathrooms and two bedrooms - this was not an issue with our group, and we had my mother in a bed and bath without a step, just a caution in case an issue for travelers in your group. Overall, I would recommend Daniela's apartment and would stay here again without hesitation.

Nice apartment in a very good position. Close to the beach, on the street full of trees and shops, but in a calm area. Great benefit is a big terrace with you private space. Francesco is a great and welcome host. He provided us with a tips for walks, restautants, shops... He introduced us the rules, everything great prepared a sent details by phone. We had about 3 extra requests to solve and he was always kind and ready to fulfill our wish.

Simple apartment but with necessities. Well located for visiting the main places of interest in Romagna. Peter is a very welcoming and responsive host if you need anything. It offers a very convenient map for visiting the area and is a good ambassador! Great value for money.

Great place to stay in Florence! Out of the hectic centre but it was easy to walk to sights like the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. Roberta was incredibly responsive and super understanding about our train delays. Would 100% stay there again!

Casa "Chimera" is located in a great and quiet location, but at the same time well served by every service and next to a large green area with ample parking for the car. It is about a 10-minute walk from Porta di S. Lorentino or Porta del Foro, one of the entrances of the medieval walls to reach the wonderful historic center of Arezzo. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, ideal both for a visit of a few days and for an extended stay to visit this beautiful city and the surroundings, even for those who have a loyal four-legged friend! Stefania and Gigi were very welcoming and available for all our needs. Truly perfect

We stayed in this apartment for 2 days and had a great time. Already from the entrance with a nice little garden it is to be considered very cozy, as well as the apartment suitable for 2 people,modern and relaxing. My partner was thrilled at first sight! The area is very quiet and in any case it moves well. The host has to say very helpful to every question and without letting you wait a lot for an answer,whichis much appreciated. Very accurate check-in and checkout description. We had a very good time and I've already talked about it to other people, definitely to consider

We had a wonderful long weekend in Marin's Firenze home. It was upscale, with a comfortable king bed, balcony, and a nice family room. We had questions about the heating, and Marin was super responsive. Just be aware that the upstairs is accessible with a spiral staircase which was fine for our young adult children, but would have been hard for me and my husband. It's a great place with a kind host. Bravo!

Loved staying at this place. Lorenzo was extremely helpful and responsive during the stay if we had any questions. Amazing location that was walkable to practically everything!

I cannot put to words how beautiful and perfect this apartment was for our family which included three couples. It is in the absolute best location and the layout is ideal. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted but when we needed a cab, there is always a line of them one block away. Cristina was truly amazing. We had to change our check-in time at the last minute and she accommodated us without complaint. We only had one issue with the home but as soon as I sent her a message, she was there in 15 minutes and fixed the issue. She checked in on us periodically throughout the week to ensure our stay was amazing. And it was! The views are to die for. I realize this is not attributable to the apartment or Cristina but our first morning we opened the shades to see three hot air balloons floating by. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This Airbnb was great! Such a nice locations and the apartment itself was so beautiful. It was about a 20 minute walk from everywhere we went, but we loved the nice and peaceful neighborhood it was in. Massimiliano was very responsive and helpful to us throughout our stay, great host!

Luciano’s place was fabulous! A wonderful experience from start to finish. Gorgeous, welcoming space easy walking distance to all attractions. Perfect for our family holiday. Felt like a home way from home.

This first thing I can think to say about Guglielmo and his amazing home is WOW. Perched up on a hill. You're away from the hustle and bustle of Florence, which gives you time to rest and recharge when you get back from exploring the city. As an avid plant lover I was very impressed with his garden and I hope to have something as beautiful as his one day! On your way down, you get a beautiful view of Florence. With local shops available for late night dinner and snacks that are more true to the local palate. I highly suggest exploring the area. I will mention that the taxi services in Italy are not the most reliable and there is about a 7-minute hill climb to get back to the Airbnb. So if you have mobility issues I suggest being aware of that before booking. But the climb was more than worth it to have a nice, quiet place to recharge and plan your next days adventure. Guglielmo was extremely accommodating and had an absolutely amazing home. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Our trip to Tuscany was unforgettable, and Gio’s villa was large, beautiful, and well equipped. Giovanni was a friendly, helpful, host and always accessible.

Perfect place for families with kids. We stayed for New Year's Eve in 2 families: 4 adults and 4 children and the attic room with 4 single beds turned out to be perfect for kids. The garden equipped with games for them was very much appreciated! Tiziana was very friendly and helpful and responsive in her responses. Flexible also for check-in and check-out times. If I have to look for a hair in the egg, it was not clear in the listing that the heating system depends for the floor below on a fireplace that needs to be continuously fed. Upstairs, on the other hand, there is an air conditioner in the double bedroom, which can also heat the other rooms. The fireplace creates a beautiful atmosphere, but since there is no monoxide detector, we always preferred to turn off everything before sleeping (as a result when we woke up the house was very cold)

Our stay was kind of long which made this place perfect. Close to my daughter’s campus as she is studying abroad in Florence. Easy to get to all the attractions. Host was super helpful and super responsive at every point in our stay. We would stay here again.
