Santa Ponça vacation rentals

We had a wonderful week in Joan's beautiful apartment. Top: the location is really a 2 minute walk to the beach and multiple good/ nice restaurants/ coffee bars. Also view over the sea and the mountains from the roof terrace and balcony. In front of the house there is a large clean playground, during the day it is a very cozy hangout for parents and children, you can hear that in and around the house, but did not bother us. It was actually always quiet around 8:30pm. The apartment is much bigger than the pictures on airbnb suggest! There are two very comfortable cozy bathrooms with soap and lots of towels and a large kitchen with lots of utensils. Also, there are some beach attributes in the basement. The only downside for us was the two single beds instead of a double bed. The mattresses are also a bit saggy. In short, the apartment is really highly recommended! Tip: a stair gate for the little kids would make the house even more child-friendly

Gabriel's place was in a great location within the Port de Soller. It was beautifully appointed and clean, and was located on the promenade with access to abundant restaurants and shops. It was also conveniently located to the tram stop and nearby parking. The balcony had beautiful views of the harbor and promenade without sacrificing privacy. The place had an appealing rustic 'vibe', and the careful placement of local pottery and artwork added to its Mallorcan character.

We were there in the preseason. 80% of the shops and restaurants on the water were closed and there were hardly any tourists on the island. The apartment right on the water had a parking space (for a small fee). Thus, we were able to park our rental car there at any time and did not have to look for a parking space. Perfect in the main season. In the village of Sant Jordi, there are a lot of “dilapidated” or “run-down” buildings in the side streets. We didn't like that much. Within walking distance was a sandy beach several kilometers long. You could walk along there for hours. However, you couldn't get into the hinterland. The entire coastal area was surrounded by a fence. There were 10 m - 30 m accessible along the water. In the village itself there is a small marina, a wide sandy beach and no big hotels. Very pleasant.

Amazing stay! Beautiful apartments and a really peaceful place. Next to the ocean and pools that you can swim to. The area is private and peaceful but there’s not a lot to do in that city.

I really loved my stay in Biniaraix and the apartment was perfect. Beautiful surroundings and the perfect hideaway.

Beautiful apartment close to two of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. Quiet little place with a few great restaurants. We got everywhere quickly by car from there. Josep was accessible at all times and responded and responded firmly. Thanks for the many tips and ideas for the area. The child loved the pool:) Thank you Josep for the lovely stay. :)

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.

The place was with very good location, beautiful view to the river and the sea in a short walking distance. Barbara was very helpful and it was easy to find the place. Own parking space was an extra + with us having a car. The pool was great and and air-condition in every room also very useful. The place was very clean and all the necessary things were there. I recommend highly +++.
