We had a wonderful stay in this cozy house. The house is beautifully decorated with stylish and trendy furniture. The living room and bedrooms and extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of appliances as well as the basics ingredients for cooking. With views to the golf course and a large garden with several nice areas, we enjoyed our time outdoors as well as indoors. Our host was extremely nice, polite and flexible. He surprised us with welcome drinks in the fridge. We plan to return for sure!

We returned from Lisa & Daniels beautiful villa last week. Had an amazing stay, its so quiet & peaceful. The villa is stunning with everything to create a real home from home. Exceptional! Our stay here absolutely exceeded our expectations. From originally booking this wonderful home we were met with nothing but great communication from our host. This is a true home with a peaceful ambience and well maintained. A fantastic location to visit surrounding areas such as the local towns, mud baths and nature reserves. Words cannot describe the serenity felt we felt here. We will always be grateful to have been given the opportunity to stay here. This is our second visit to David's Villa as the family really enjoyed the space last time. It is a great place just to relax and enjoy your holiday. Very peaceful but only a 15 min walk to Villa Martin Plaza, where you are spoilt for choice of restaurants and bars. This is definitely a 5 star villa if you like to relax, so go book and enjoy. Joana is a wonderful host! She always put our needs and convenience first and that made our stay feel like home away from home. She’s very responsive, respectful and has such a sweetheart. When we had an issue at night(it was around 10pm), her husband came right after we addressed the issue and fixed things. The villa is huge enough to fit 11 people. 4 bathrooms are perfect for the big group and everyone enjoyed the bed and all the appliances available in the kitchen. Also, BBQ pit was AMAZING! The best time during the stay was when we cook dinner over fire together and sit and talk around the fire after dinner. It was really memorable. We had a 20months old toddler and he also enjoyed the villa very much. Joana prepared for a high chair, a cot and there were also a pool tube for baby and sand toys! The host is also very considerate when it comes to safety for little children. There were baby gates for stairs too. We will definitely come back. I can’t recommend this place enough.

What a wonderful villa, just minutes from the beach. The villa had everything you could need and really lovely communal spaces. The balcony on the first floor was our favourite! Alex was always quick to respond and really helped us with our arrival - from transfer referrals to being on hand to help receive - and unpack - our online grocery order! We really appreciated the flexibility on our arrival and departure time too. Thanks again Alex - we had a fabulous time in your wonderful villa!

The treatment was exceptional from start to finish and the house was exactly what we were looking for. They gave us ease both at the entrance and at the exit, leaving us a lot of flexibility (which is very much appreciated). We would repeat without a doubt.

A beautiful house with lovely swimming pool. Plenty of space and it's neat and cozy in the house. Everything is there. It is close to the airport, but you are also quickly in Alicante. 👌👍

Villa to recommend to all who want to relax in peace, quiet & luxury. The house is beautiful. Very modern, glazed with lots of light. Super comfortable for a group of 8 people. A large table for eating meals together & playing cards. Large terrace on which you sit, read & drink Prosecco basking in the sun. Beautiful pool, only the water as for me too cold but it is a matter of individual feelings. The host super helpful. He was waiting for us at home, despite the late arrival time. He bought for us basic groceries because it was too late for shopping. Appreciated. He recommended local attractions, restaurants and places worth visiting. He was helpful throughout our stay and prepared a delicious surprise at the end. I highly recommend staying at the villa owned by Pronemusa.

Silvia was an absolutely phenomenal host! She was so responsive and went above and beyond on any of our queries on the lead up to our stay and during our stay also. The villa was stunning and very clean, exactly as pictured and the pool was bigger than expected. The villa was extremely family friendly (we were a party with kids and babies) and everything was set up as discussed ahead of time (baby cots, highchairs and baby bath). The villa had all the amenities you would need and more! We did 3 BBQ's whilst there. The beautiful Mucha Vista beach is very close about a 10 minute walk. A Mercadona supermarket is also about 10 minute walk which had everything we needed though we did get a taxi to a Carrefour once. Silvia also helped us to make reservations at restaurants as our party was quite big! We would 100% recommend this villa and Silvia as our host!

The house and location are fantastic. Inès was very welcoming. The villa is perfectly equipped, there is everything you could need. We will come back without hesitation!

Ideal place to stay on the Le Torre resort. House big enough for 6 with all the bits you need to live comfortably Pool looked good, garden and patio ideal for sitting out. We used it for a boys golf trip and was ideal

Very nice and functional villa, large private pool with several relaxation areas and meals, nice garden in a quiet area close to golf. Well air-conditioned villa appreciated especially in these high temperatures. Very responsive host. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Benko is a very helpful, pleasant and responsive host. Everything was very clear for our arrival. The villa is very pleasant to live in. There were 10 of us as a family and everything was perfectly functional. The bedding is clean and cozy. Exteriors are great. The young people enjoyed the foosball available. The sauna was very nice too. I highly recommend for a stay, holidays with family or friends. Thanks again to Benko for his kindness and hospitality.

We stayed for two weeks in June 2024. During this time we felt very comfortable in the house. Questions or concerns were answered and resolved promptly, kindly and reliably by the responsible administration. The house is well equipped and was handed over to us in a clean condition. The pool was cleaned once a week. We would definitely have another vacation in this beautiful and spacious house.

Nice place plenty of room and really clean

This is a very spacious Villa and it is well equipped. Many places and levels to enjoy the sun. The town centre is a 5 minute walk. Natali and her husband were friendly and helpful.

Great place. Great location. Perfect for us as a family of four with a 12 year old girl and 15 year old boy. Pool was pristine and visited by maintenance once during our 7 day stay. The cover on the pool made a huge difference to keeping it heated and being able to use it every day. Ashley was consistent, enthusiastic and friendly in all communication. Many restaurants and eateries within walking distance and Pharmacy and Lidle were especially useful as within walking distance or 2 minute drive (Pharmacy staff were particularly helpful and friendly). The heating in the house was very efficient and a great relief from the cold February evenings. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would consider booking again in the near future!

Apartment is much nicer in person than on the photos, it’s very spacious and clean. Great communication from host. There was plenty of towels, Glad we picked this villa! A great find
