Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Santa Marinella

Luigi's house is great! It has plenty of space inside, is well equipped and a wonderfully large garden. Many very pretty transmissions grow in it, but they have poisonous berries. Here you have to be careful with very young children. The beach was unfortunately not very tidy because of the low season, but the sea was still great. We were on site without a car, there are many shops, restaurants and two bus stops nearby. Unfortunately, the buses often arrive too early or too late and you have to buy your ticket in a point of sale or in an app, the bus driver is only exceptionally and then much more expensive. To Anzio (12km) it usually costs €1.30 for the bus driver but 7€. Natalia's care was warm and great and we were able to make arrival and departure flexible.

We had a nice time with friends in Tarano. Communication went smoothly, the house was fine, the air conditioning was a plus and the pool was very pleasant. 1 small downside: there are no umbrellas as shown in the photos. Definitely recommended to stay here.

We spent a month in Paolo's house with my wife and two little kids and we really enjoyed everything about that! Paolo was a great host and the house has everything that you can wish – well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, AC and nice garden with a grill. As a parent, I also appreciated the reliable fence around the garden, which makes it safe for the kids. :-) The neighborhood is very calm and friendly, the shops, restaurants and bars are nearby and there is plenty places to visit around – the sea, Nettuno, Anzio,... And Rome's main train station is less than 50 minutes away by a comfortable and cheap train. I highly recommend Paolo's house to anyone, who wants a nice and quiet place to enjoy Italian sun, heat and comfort – for both families or smaller groups of friends. PS: The area is nice and warm even in November!

Carlota is a great host, the her place is conveniently located, 20 min walk to the Colosseum. The apartment is tidy and comfortable. 100% recommendable. Thank you Carlota.

Both Federica and Mario are superb hosts. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they helped whilst we participated at an international sailing event in Tarquinia. I would whole heartedly recommend their little flat suitable for a young family or just a couple. The beach is next door and all facilities walking distances, with main supermarkets, such as COOP or Carrefour a short drive away. Tarquinia town itself is also a short drive away and well worth visiting. Great location and very friendly hosts.

Nedim's place was an excellent choice for a short city brake. The apartment is easy to reach by local train (Tuscolana station) and metro A line gets you everywhere. The best part of the apartment is definitely the roof terrace. It gives you a private outdoor space above the city traffic after spending the day around the city.

The apartment is very well located and communicated to reach any part of the city. The Vatican is 5 minutes walking distance. Without a doubt, if we return to Rome, we will return to this apartment. Thank you very much for everything Giuseppe!

We were 4 people staying in Sarah's apartment, it is close to Termini and easily accessible. The accommodation is cozy and the bedding is of good quality. His dad came to give us the keys and some explanations, he's adorable Thanks again, we had a great time!

The location was perfect for walking to local shops or restaurants. 15 min to the Coloseum and train station. A bit far from some other sights so we took a taxi quite often to areas closer to the Vatican or Pantheon. Overall, a still a great location and hosts are super friendly and responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! Fabia was a wonderful host, she met us at the bus stop and walked us to the location, offering local recommendations and transport instructions on the way. The apartment was just what we needed for the trip: clean, private, good wifi connection, and close to public transportation to the city center. Overall this was a great experience and would definitely recommend booking with Fabia!

Gabriella was a fantastic host and was very easy to get in touch with. The apartment was great for our family trip (6 adults) and had all the amenities we needed. The apartment is on the 1st floor and there is a small elevator which was a big help in getting our suitcases up when we arrived. Access to the city center was easy via metro or bus. The closest metro stop was about a 5 minute walk away. Gabriella was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the apartment in our last day which was a big help! Would definitely recommend this place as it is definitely worth the price.

Camilla is a very accomodating, responsive, flexible, and friendly host, and her place is absolutely perfect for a couple/solo traveller. Upon arrival, everything was clean, the apartment has all the listed amenities, and generally very well equipped eith all the small useful things you could want for a couple days’ stay. Camilla was also left some nice goodies for us in the kitchen to eat and drink, which felt like a nice welcome. The apartment is cozy, has an amazing atmosphere, great privacy, very comfy couch and bed, good heating for wintertime, there is no undue crazy noise from neighbors, etc. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, comfy, and clean place to stay close to the center, especially for couples for a romantic getaway.

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.

Eriselda is a great host, kind, helpful, and always responds to messages quickly. There was no problem with late check-in and leaving the apartment later. Quiet village, beautiful beach, sunset and lots of bars and two well-stocked grocery stores. An apartment as described, equipped with all necessary appliances, dishwasher, iron, dryer, towels, etc. Very comfortable large double beds and a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Great location, close to the airport but without the noise of planes, also easy access to Rome. I recommend this unit. 😊

Excellent apartment, very close to the coliseum and a couple of blocks from all the buses and subway. Alessandra gave us very useful recommendations for restaurants in the area. The place is spotless and has an elevator. I would definitely go back.

Everything is very clean, very well equipped kitchen, beds with a nice smell, air conditioning working perfectly, essential or necessary amenities in the bathroom and kitchen all excellent. Yes, I'd go back again.

Apartment totally matching the description, the host was always in touch and attentive to our arrival. The environment is quiet, for walking, the metro is 150 meters away and there is also a supermarket and other businesses to acquire basic necessities. Totally recommended.

Our stay at Luca's was excellent! The apartment is tastefully decorated, and it is very spacious. You can find all the kitchen essentials, and more. The library is well stocked, full of curiosities, and brings all its character to the apartment. The bed is comfortable and the building is very quiet. It was a pleasure to find this place every night. On the communication side, Luca and Sofia always respond. They are very responsive and warm, and we feel like they are here to help and advise us.
