House vacation rentals in Santa Maria Capua Vetere

Carolina's house was a great place to stay for a week! We were three couples traveling together, and the house was perfect for us - great location next to a cozy town, and not far from Napoli. The pool was wonderful, especially during hot days, the kitchen was well equipped and the BBQ and outdoors areas were really cosy. We came during a hot week, and were grateful for the fans during the night. Only one bedroom has aircondition, so the others can get a little hot at night (we were told beforehand though, so it wasn't a surprise!), but overall we had a wonderful stay, and would gladly come back again!

We were looking for a place to recharge and found it.

Al Vecchio Casale is the Italian farmhouse you've been dreaming about with many modern amenities thoughtfully included. Beautiful surroundings. Communication was great with many recommendations. Halfway through our stay our fridge stopped working and they arrived with a replacement the same day.

Everything was fantastic. Giuseppe and his family were a wonderful hosts.

The place is simply wonderful, very comfortable really and with a dream environment. The hosts are one more kind than the other, all cousins as they told us, always attentive and ready to solve any questions, in these 6 days we were staying we had a great time, although at this time of year time does not accompany us. In principle, highly recommended, do not stop visiting and recommend this excellent property, happiness and successes with this wonderful venture, next time we will stay longer as it is well worth it.

This house is fantastic, the views are absolutely spectacular! The photos don’t do it justice. A very relaxing place to stay, wish we could have stayed longer. A car is a must to reach the house, you wouldn’t want to walk up the hills with luggage. Pasquale was always responsive and made for a great host. We will definitely return if we’re in the area

My wife and I have stayed at quite a few AirBnB's, but this was by far the very BEST experience we have ever had. The place was wonderfully well thought out with care and attention to detail. Alessio and his family greeted us warmly and showed us our apartment. The family lives in the attached house, but our area was very nice and private. The garden views of the mountains are stunning and beautiful! The pool was immaculately maintained and was very refreshing after a long day in Pompeii. Alessio also provided breakfast baked goods and was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. He and his family were a huge blessing to us and the place gave us some much needed refreshment away from the hustle and bustle. The country setting was perfect! Thank you so much Alessio and your family for your generous hospitality! The kittens on the premises were an added bonus and enhanced our experience on the property.

we stayed in 4 people at this property and were greeted by the host impeccably, Silvio was very helpful and attentive. the property has a beautiful garden with pool and relaxation air,a barbecue area and an area for the little ones. the apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. i recommend this property and if I go there we will return.

I am a 78 year old solo traveller and the location is very Neapolitan but perfectly friendly. I loved the atmosphere and how close things were after a few wrong turns, could be just an age thing. Very photogenic area and I did quite a few sketches as everywhere is worth a look. Thank you

Had a fantastic stay, perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Very nice place to stay for a trip to Naples. However, the parking is only free for small cars. You can hear the outside noise from the street very strongly in the room. Due to the fact that it is a one-way street, the background noise is manageable. Otherwise super clean and all necessary amenities available.

We had a very pleasant stay at Stefano's apartment. Very clean and functional, everything as described. I also like it that they didn't use single use/small bottles with shower gel etc instead they provided eco friendly toiletries. Very close to the old town by walk but also to the metro station. I would highly recommend this place.

I stayed in Carmen's house for a week during New Year's Eve. The house was located in a quiet area and at the same time convenient to reach the main tourist areas allowing you to take a nice walk. The house was clean and we were offered two sets of towels and sheets as we would have been there for more than a week which was highly appreciated. In addition, the house offered a washing machine, a coffee maker, and all the cooking utensils at home if you wanted to. Since we had the plane in the late afternoon, Carmen was kind enough to allow us to check in in the afternoon and in general was always available and super responsive via messages. Surely if we go back to Naples, we'll come back here.

I took advantage of two apartments of Caterina, which are in a quiet area, controlled by a guard, near the metro station and equipped with a very comfortable parking lot. What more could you want?

We had a fantastic stay at Pina‘s place. We explored the area of Naples by car and the spot of the Airbnb was perfect for day trips to Sorrento, Pompei and Naples itself, while staying in a more quiet area away from any city traffic and troubles. We brought our 1 year old baby, what worked out in the Airbnb as well. Pina even went out of her way to organize a high chair, which wo did not mention as required in advance. Pina was always very responsive and good with her communication, giving us sophisticated answers to any local questions which was of great help. If we were to come back to the area, we‘d be happy to stay at this place again, thank you Pina!

Ilaria's farm is the perfect place if you are in the area. The house is spacious, very comfortable, super clean, quiet and cheerful. Our stay was very pleasant and absolutely free of problems. The fact that the property accepted a dog was an important plus. Ilaria is a delight who made us feel immediately at home and gave us directions to the area and the side activities at the BnB. Thank you Ilaria!

Super easy communication and very lovely host, very new, spacious and clean apartment, really nice kitchen to cook with great produce from near markets and fish monger. Super nice neighborhood, not too touristy, still feels authentic. Would certainly stay here again:)

The stay at Maria's was perfect and made our vacation unforgettable! The host and his staff were extremely kind, collaborative and helpful in many ways. We will definitely return to Naples to their place with friends, given the practicality, strategic location, ample space and hospitality of this beautiful apartment.

We came to town to eat at Pepe in Grani - this gave us a place to stay that was just a short walk away. Please give yourself time to have a cocktail on the side street before you head to dinner! The place was super clean and charming!
