Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Santa Maria a Monte

My friends and I celebrated New Year's Eve in this farmhouse surrounded by Tuscan nature. The house and garden are beautiful! The hosts were impeccable and responsive to our every request. I would recommend it for a quiet stay with friends. We found some bugs but the hosts were very kind and made us have an insecticide spray.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Super nice area. Beautiful pool and super lovely hosts. The arrival was no problem, even the somewhat arduous road was no longer an issue after the 2 driveway. I would just not recommend it with a deep car😉. The hosts were already on site and the check-in was a dream and can also be reached at any time. Will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended. 🫶

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Absolutely beautiful location. Accomodation is lovely. Lorenzo was very kind and very responsive. Easy to get to, away from hustle and bustle of the city, we would definitely recommend staying here

It's hard not to love Tuscany and Mea Casa is in the middle of it all, has the most beautiful views, a lovely pool and nice, newly renovated and spacious apartments. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊

Great location and the house is beautiful

Perfect location, amazing apartment!

Lapo’s apartment is beautifully renovated and well equipped. The terrace and the view are fantastic. The bed is firm which is perfect for us or anyone with back problems. We like to walk and we didn’t have a car and really enjoyed walking down to the town square and cafes and restaurants in 15 minutes - going back up the hill about 20 minutes. If you are not fit you may need a car but also taxis and Uber are available. We recommend walking and hiking around Fiesole with beautiful views to see everywhere.

Luca was a great host! Easy check in and they provided everything we needed!The apartment was clean and beautiful! The location is great! In the heart of Florence! Wonderful stay! I highly recommend! I would most definitely stay there again!

The view was incredible!! just like the pictures. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. This was part of our honeymoon tour of Italy and we will never forget it! I highly recommend this place for everyone. The only thing I could add is to have earplugs as it is directly in the heart of Florence.

Marzia is a superb host! She accommodated to our earlier check in time. We could drop off our luggage earlier and jump right into the city to start exploring! She was helpful by suggesting local places to visit and to eat out. The rooms were clean and colorful. One of the rooms is on the main road, and although it is triple glazed, if you’re a light sleeper you might want to take earbuds with you. Thank you Marzia!

Our stay at the villa felt like living in a postcard- breathtaking surroundings! The historic villa was charming and comfortable for our group of 5. The area is idyllic and the onsite winery is a fantastic plus. We enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor areas. Great laundry facilities as well . Vicky was very helpful and gave us great advice on local sites. We would definitely return !

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

Villa Bellavista is a true gem in the heart of Chianti Classico. Its location, overlooking the beautiful "Conca d'oro" valley, offers stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, the villa provides complete privacy and peace. The spacious interior, with a large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom, ensures a relaxing stay. The host was very helpful and always available. He provided a secure space to store our bikes, which was very convenient. The outdoor area, with a pool and relaxation space, is perfect for enjoying the Tuscan sun. The property is well-secured, making it ideal for guests with pets. The walk to Panzano in Chianti takes just a few minutes. Overall, this place is a perfect getaway with breathtaking scenery and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in october, large spacious villa, with lots of space. Marvelous location with good restaurants reasonably close. Road up to villa not suitable for large cars, but can be solved with a bit of careful slow driving.

Thanks!! We enjoyed our vacation with 9 girlfriends! A little humidity due to the weather, but the place is ideal in summer and comforting by the fire when the good weather is not present!

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!
