Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Santa Maria a Monte

My friends and I celebrated New Year's Eve in this farmhouse surrounded by Tuscan nature. The house and garden are beautiful! The hosts were impeccable and responsive to our every request. I would recommend it for a quiet stay with friends. We found some bugs but the hosts were very kind and made us have an insecticide spray.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

I stayed for 3 nights in this place, it's cozy and clean. In addition to the coffee machine, for free use, there are bottles of wine and beer in the house, which have been made to us already in the fridge, and some snacks (cookies, taralli), which can be consumed with a small surcharge. I found it a very nice idea! The house is in a strategic position to visit both La Spezia and Massa and surroundings both in Liguria and Tuscany. Communication has always been easy and everything was as described. Very flexible check-in and check-out, Giovanni is really kind! Simple but functional house, I recommend it!

Romantic cottage just a stone's throw from the city center but with the benefits of a quiet and secluded country house. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Absolutely beautiful location. Accomodation is lovely. Lorenzo was very kind and very responsive. Easy to get to, away from hustle and bustle of the city, we would definitely recommend staying here

Wonderful retreat in the Tuscan mountains. The view of the valley is magnificent and invites you to dream. Enjoy the stars in the jacuzzi and the lights in the valley, wonderful. Very quiet and secluded, far from the Remmidemmi of the tourist towns. If you like it quiet, you'll find it there. The place itself is rustic and beautiful, everything you really need is there. For my two daughters and me it was a nice first stop on our Giro d'Italia, we would come back:-)

I had an amazing stay here. Alessandro was an extremely good host, checking in almost daily making sure everything was going smoothly. The place was so clean and smelt fantastic. Everything needed was within walking distance and the area felt very safe, even late at night. Definitely would recommend

Cozy, clean, and super equipped house. Mrs. Paola was super helpful and gave us clear directions. The area is very nice, close to the bourgeois and with a beautiful view.

Andrea was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Florence. We had a wonderful time and hope to return someday!

Our family of four was in love with this place. Perfect location in the center of Florence yet very quiet. Beautiful clean and comfortable rooms with nice furnishings. As was mentioned the Master ceiling is incredible! Excellent communication from Francesco and the rest of the staff. Would definitely stay again!

Lapo’s apartment is beautifully renovated and well equipped. The terrace and the view are fantastic. The bed is firm which is perfect for us or anyone with back problems. We like to walk and we didn’t have a car and really enjoyed walking down to the town square and cafes and restaurants in 15 minutes - going back up the hill about 20 minutes. If you are not fit you may need a car but also taxis and Uber are available. We recommend walking and hiking around Fiesole with beautiful views to see everywhere.

The view was incredible!! just like the pictures. The apartment was immaculate with everything you could possibly need. This was part of our honeymoon tour of Italy and we will never forget it! I highly recommend this place for everyone. The only thing I could add is to have earplugs as it is directly in the heart of Florence.

Our stay at the villa felt like living in a postcard- breathtaking surroundings! The historic villa was charming and comfortable for our group of 5. The area is idyllic and the onsite winery is a fantastic plus. We enjoyed the fireplace and the outdoor areas. Great laundry facilities as well . Vicky was very helpful and gave us great advice on local sites. We would definitely return !

We had an amazing time staying at La Fonticina. Such a beautiful house and location, which came with everything that we needed. Cesare was a fantastic host and made our stay even better. He couldn't have been more responsive, accomodating and friendly. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Villa Bellavista is a true gem in the heart of Chianti Classico. Its location, overlooking the beautiful "Conca d'oro" valley, offers stunning views and unforgettable sunsets. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, the villa provides complete privacy and peace. The spacious interior, with a large kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a fully equipped bathroom, ensures a relaxing stay. The host was very helpful and always available. He provided a secure space to store our bikes, which was very convenient. The outdoor area, with a pool and relaxation space, is perfect for enjoying the Tuscan sun. The property is well-secured, making it ideal for guests with pets. The walk to Panzano in Chianti takes just a few minutes. Overall, this place is a perfect getaway with breathtaking scenery and a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in october, large spacious villa, with lots of space. Marvelous location with good restaurants reasonably close. Road up to villa not suitable for large cars, but can be solved with a bit of careful slow driving.

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Exceptional villa just outside of Florence! Our family of 6 spent 5 blissful nights in this amazing home and loved every minute! The property/view is breathtaking! The villa is filled with comfortable furnishings/linens/beds! The tennis court, hot tub and outside kitchen made for extra-special fun! We visited late November but could still take advantage of all of the amazing outdoor spaces/activities and views!! We used the villa as a home-base for exploring Florence and Tuscany and it was absolutely PERFECT for us in every way!!! And the icing on the cake: Cinzia and Chef Patrizia are both INCREDIBLE!!! Cinzia’s hospitality was exceptional and Chef Patrizia wowed us with her incredible cooking skills and warm and positive presence. We booked her for 3 memorable meals (one of which was a cooking lesson that thrilled all ages!)! She is our new best friend and we can’t wait to go back to visit the beautiful villa and lovely people that captured our hearts!!!
