Immersed in an oasis of tranquility, the villa offers unparalleled tranquility, ideal for those who want to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution has made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. I can't wait to go back!

We spent a beautiful time in this family home and wished we had booked longer. It is a place that naturally makes you feel calm, grounded and at home. Even during nights with heavy thunder and rain, the sunlight woke us up gently through the windows in the morning, accompanied by the sounds of birds and far cowbells. We hope to come back sometime!

We were very pleased with our choice to rent Ute's house. The garden and the pool area were almost even nicer than in the photos. Relax by the pool and enjoy the view over the garden to the sea, that alone would have been enough for us. The house and especially the kitchen is equipped with all you need. We would book Ute's house again if we come back to Sicily and can only recommend it to everyone. Thank you for the great time!

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

We had the best time here - Maurilio was so accommodating + friendly. He gave us great recommendations. About a 20minute walk to mondello beach, and about 20minutes in a taxi to Palermo centre - really easy to navigate. Villa was gorgeous - outdoor area was amazing with big pool, outdoor kitchen + dining area. Comfy beds, great shower! would recommend the villa to anyone. Thank you so much Maurilio!!

Michele picked us up well and gave us utilli information for the city. He immediately helped us resolve any issues . The holidays in her home were bright and very nice. We hope you still host us if we are in the area. 5 Stars throughout Stardust Home.

Great stay, the house fully matches the photos and description. Very clean house, very well equipped, very nice. We did not see Paola, but the communication by phone was very good and the instructions very clear. I really recommend this rental.

It was the best place I have ever stayed. Private, cozy yet fancy and spacious. We will be back any chance we get. Perfect way to experience Sicily.

I can’t say enough nice things. First of all, Daniela is such a gem! She offered rides for very reasonable prices, gave us brief tours of the areas we were in which were super helpful, and always responsive. Her place was just outside of the noisier areas, but walking distance to the restaurants and beaches. 15 minutes walk to the beach, or you can wait for the local buses if you prefer not to walk. The space was spacious and the bed was so comfortable!! After traveling for a couple weeks, the good nights of sleep were needed. Great trip & stay, and hope to return someday :)

Salvo was an amazing host, answered all our questions and helped us with so many things. The walk up to the apartment with bags is tough, but the location is impossible to beat in the middle of everything and great amenities. We had an amazing stay!

1st floor appartment with stunning views, private jacuzzi and a shared pool in the garden. It has all the necessary to be like at home. The host Anabella and his family live downstairs, but you will have full privacy. She is available all the time for everything you might need, even her children gave us some fruits and vegetables from their cottage. We would recommend it 100%!!

This was one of the most amazing places we have stayed in... it was so well done and modern but kept some the historical character - we loved learning about the building and the family. The outdoor space was amazing and we were happy for warm and sunny days in Nov - a little chilly for the pool though. The beds and all furniture were so comfortable. Angelo was so helpful and it was wonderful to have a few snacks and breakfast items in the kitchen. The location was perfect - everything was walkable but not too loud. We just wish we could have stayed longer.

We immediately found hospitality, kindness, availability and cordiality. The apartment is very clean, with everything you need inside. Easy access and also convenient access to indoor parking. Overall we are very satisfied and recommend it. Thanks
