Liz has thought of everything anyone could need for a home from home. Details, information and instructions were all to hand as well as Liz being responsive throughout our stay and since booking. The place has stunning views and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Inside and outside an incredibly nice house. We are spoiled travelers but were completely impressed. Everything was there, clean, sufficient, good beds, nice sofas, top kitchen, nice pool. Completely private. Beautiful art and other stuff. The people of Novasol that let us in were so friendly. And Rosalia was so helpful. Everything above expectations!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. A vacation overlooking beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to spacious spaces, with attention to detail. From the large windows light comes in from dawn to dusk and the livable kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only downside is the lack of light in the ones on the lower floor. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is an important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. BBQ grill, pool, pool tables and Ping Pong table are the icing on the cake, which have made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously highly recommended.

Carmela was a wonderful host. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious with a beautiful view. The place was spotless and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful. The pool was a huge bonus. We enjoyed walking through the village nightly and going to the market on Wednesday. The location was great to visit other towns in Molise. You will not regret booking a peaceful stay here.

Alessandra is very available for any need. The accommodation is a 5-minute drive from the sea, and is a good area to see points of interest on the Trabocchi coast. Comfortable, tidy accommodation and provides everything you need (kitchen/pots/coffee maker, etc.). There is free parking near the accommodation. Super satisfied!

Federico and his mother are very kind and helpful . Upon arrival we found everything you need for breakfast. The apartment is in a quiet area, has an equipped kitchen. Internal parking is available. I recommend it.

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Sonia and Nicolino are truly exceptional hosts, very kind, helpful and heartfelt. Great check-in as well as check-out. House with a very nice garden with two terraces overlooking the sea. Also a nice manicured lawn and also great parking. The car stays inside the fence safely and directly near the entrance door, so very convenient. We loved everything and will definitely be back. Franco, Mariangela and their entire extended family are wonderful people. They took such good care of use while we were staying in fara. The house is exactly as described and in a fantastic location. We stayed during winter and the house was very comfortable. As Franco says it is the warmest house in fara. Thankyou for helping to make this trip so wonderful, I am sure we will meet again soon.

This home was in the perfect spot with parking, beautiful views, comfortable furniture and cleanilness. Comfortable for 4 people with an awesome eat in kitchen. Palmoli is a welcoming village with stunning views, kid friendly (& cat-friendly!), and delicious cappuccino and croissants!! Manuela is a wonderful host, very accomodating, and responsive. She cares about your stay and will help with any questions! Recommend anytime.

everything is more than perfect

Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

The property is located in a very quiet area, suitable for those who want to find some peace in a cozy environment, and strategic to visit the Abruzzo hinterland in addition to the various beaches on the coast. The house is spacious and cozy, clean and equipped. Sandra was a perfect host, friendly and extremely helpful. Highly recommended

Domenico was immediately very kind and helpful, giving us directions on any information we needed. We took a hike to the Tremiti Islands under total advice from the host who was able to advise us right away how to get around. Perfect house matching the description, located in a characteristic central neighborhood, full of any service at any time. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time and the people in the town were very friendly.

This is the perfect location if you want peace and quiet but still close to a small town for restaurants, Marketing and shops. The house itself its beautiful and rustique not the newest highend beds but more than enough. The pool is located perfect for both sunbathing and being in the shade on the patio. You need to have rental car to get by. And that makes it drivning distance aproc 1 hour på Termoli and Vasto by the eastcoast and mediteranian ocean and 1,5 hour drive to pompeji and Naples on the westcoast. Also close by is waterfalls antingen foundaries the tonw of pietrabondante with old roman remains and the top of the Mountain is 1000 m above sealevel and quite easy to get to. our family ( 2 daughters and wife) enjoyed our stay. And its not impossible we might returnera one day. And at last the host Vittorio was the perfect host helped us with anything we asked for, answered fast and was really polite. I would recomend this place for everyone who wants to experience Italy.

This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!
