It was a wonderful stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen had enough cookware to feel like home. One of the most comfortable Airbnbs I have stayed in.

Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more! Had the joy of meeting Victor and his father, as well as others in the building and everyone was so wonderfully sweet and welcoming. If we ever return to Palma, we would absolutely stay here again — perfect for our group of 4 and loved the easy access to the beach.

The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Very nice accomodation, everything was as stated in info. We were very satisfied for what was offered at the price (one of the cheaper accomodations on the island imo).

Best Spot in Portal Nous our Happy Place

Great place, beautiful view of the marina, and right in the mix of local restaurants, bars and clubs. Inside it was a nice and spacious living. Great for a family or two couples.

A well equipped apartment (especially the kitchen with supplies and spices can be highlighted). The apartment was super clean, could be heated sufficiently despite cold nights. If you run too many large electrical appliances at the same time, the fuse jumps out (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer). We were glad that we were so well equipped and could wash and dry. We were always able to communicate very well and easily with our hosts when we wanted to share or know something. A great time- we would come again!

We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

The house of Salva is beautiful and furnished in a nice and relaxed style. The little village is very calm, the beach is natural with not too many tourists. You will find everything in walking distance: food stores, bars and some good restaurants. We would happily return.

appartment was impeccable, clean, spacious with a nice garden and located at a great location close to the old city and a popular neighbourhood with nice bars and restaurants. Miguel is super helpful and friendly, responds within minutes.

A wonderful week at Can Coa. The villa was spotless throughout. apart from the shower drains that needed cleaning out as a couple of the showers flooded. The kitchen is well stocked but some items such as washing up liquid, dishwashers tablets and bin bags had to be bought. The terraces outside and the pool area are great. Fantastic views of the mountains and town. However there are a lot of steps so be mindful if you have mobility issues. A small table and chairs outside the kitchen door would be useful. Josep was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions and Emilio the taxi driver from Mallorcabs was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Great, very quiet place. Nice setting and very clean accommodation, I recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to recharge your batteries.

We are delighted to stay in Marga🥰's house This is a beautiful little villa that is fully furnished and has a lovely kitten, yaco, who accompanied us.Marga was very welcoming and prepared for us with all the necessities and always very happy to respond to my questions🥹🫶 in time to stay here!I hope I can come again in the warm season so I can go to the pool more haha ()

We loved the House for our stay - two couples and three small children. Everything was spacious and available. Quiet neighborhood!

Just came back from Oliver’s, the accommodation is wonderful! The view is spectacular everything we hoped for. The location is great, a few mins walk to a row of shops and restaurants and then a 10/15 min walk to the centre with lots more. The marina is a 20 min walk and well worth visiting. We used the bus 515 to the market in Santanyi on Saturday which was great not a tacky market and lots of nice shops also. We used the bus 428 to the Caves of Drach which is a must. We swam from the beach you can see from the accommodation and you can hire paddle boards there too. We also climbed down the ladder into the sea right opposite the accommodation too, which was fun. I would love to return as 5 days was not enough. We went at the end of October in the uk halfterm, shops and restaurants were beginning to close down so keep that in mind if you intend on travelling later than the 29th Oct. A beautiful apartment with high-quality furnishings that make you feel right at home. Everything is available and the technical equipment is top. We enjoyed the two terraces and the quietness in the complex very much. Thank you Ralf and Frank for putting so much love into the apartment and renting it out. We will be happy to come back.

I have had a good solo trip to Alcudia staying at Luis place. The apartment is in an area tucked away that is next to beautiful scenery. The supermarket nearby, Colber, is great by the way (coffee / pastries / service etc). But the apartment really was lovely - clean and had all the amenities described. Luis was a great host always keeping me informed and replying straight away if I had a query. Thank you for having me Luis and I will be back:)

We were very enthusiastic about the accommodation and the entire area. In a private and cozy atmosphere, we had a wonderful time. We can fully recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back! Very friendly staff, and thanks to the regular cleanings always a clean apartment as well as towels, etc.

Cozy and very clean apartment in the peaceful area just few minutes away from the promenade. The appartment had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, though having coffee and tea for the first day would be a nice bonus. The apartment was overall quiet as there are no neighbours above. As we visited Mallorca in December possibility to use AC as a heating was a real bonus, the apartment got warm quite fast. Xisco provided very clear instructions how to find a place, there was also a free private parking near the entrance, which was very convenient. We felt ourselves like at home, great experience, thanks!
