David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

Cute bungalow indeed! Extremely well decorated and smelled clean as soon as you opened the door. We appreciated how stocked it was essentials and especially loved the games. Location is unbeatably close to downtown and the Pike for all your local excursions.

We had a wonderful time visiting Belmont Shores. The house was a perfect location for a walk to the beach or restaurants on second street. The house was very comfortable and roomy for the four of us. Would definitely come back.

This place is so beautiful! You have your space in a little community which is very close to your neighbors, but this place gave you space and it didn’t feel like we were close to the neighbors. It was nice and if Casey would sell the property I would buy it!

This location was great for visiting family in Naples Island. Plenty of coffee and dining options within walking distance. Beautiful morning walks along the canals and waterways and great to be able to have our dog with us. Bill was a very friendly and responsive host.

This place was everything we hoped for. It was a beautiful place in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and being able to walk so many places. The host was super proactive, responsive and kind. He really cares about his place and guests and making sure you have a wonderful experience.

The property was spacious, clean and quiet and just what we were looking for! We were please to see the bathrooms even had bidets. Would definitely stay here again.

Levy, place was very comfortable and felt like home. She was responsive and let us check out late at no cost. There were extras everything you could think of: towels, sheets, paper towel, tissue, condiments, shower gel, body wash… lord everything.!!! I will most definitely stay again!!!!

We had to leave our home due to the fires in LA. Keren’s guest house was perfect. It was clean, cozy and it smelled good! We were located in what felt like a centralized location in OC and was able to get to grocery stores, museums and local eateries fairly easily. I would 1000% recommend this location for a family visiting Orange County.

Trung rented us a great place to stay for a multigenerational group. It was convenient to get to, clean, spacious and very well-appointed with all the basic needs plus some thoughtful extras like ziplock bags and an air fryer. Trung was a great communicator and took care of any need. We’d book it again in a heart beat.

We had a great stay at Ryan and Rosie’s place! The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The bed was huge and exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights. Ryan and Rosie were fantastic hosts—very friendly and responsive to any questions or requests we had. The only downside was the pool area, which could have been cleaner. However, it didn’t detract too much from an otherwise wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb for a cozy and convenient stay!

Craig’s home was very spacious and clean but also felt very comfortable and homey. The response time from the owners was amazing and they were both so helpful and kind. We loved our stay and would definitely plan another trip to this air bnb again!

We had a nice 2 night day here with our 10 week old baby. We decided to walk from the ferry dock which was pretty easy. There is a decent up hill portion fyi. The golf cart was amazing to have. The place was clean and bed was very comfortable. Couch was terribly uncomfortable to sit on but not an issue as we just sat on the bed if we were in. I’d recommend and stay here again.

Fantastic! I have stayed here a few times now and it is perfect. The price is right for what you get, and the location is great. It is located on a steep hill, but Brain sent me information on local, cheap transportation to save my legs and get me around. A short walk or ride down the hill and you are on your way to a great dive site at Casino Point.

Place was as described. Ample space, private, quiet, walkable to the main street/dock/nearby grocery, and comfortable. Hot water can run low. Needs some time to re-heat in between users. Despite that I rate it 5 stars and would stay again.

We had an awesome time. The rental was perfect. We had enough space and all the comforts of home. Meghan was very responsive, clear and friendly! We will look up this rental for the 2025 Avalon 50 mile race next year.

This place is exactly as described. It is fully stocked to cut down on things you need to bring, clean and quiet. The decor is adorable and the host, Vickie is AMAZING. Very responsive and even went out of her way to get us an early check-in. Definitely recommend!!
