Family-friendly vacation rentals in Santa Branca

Our stay was simply delightful! The condominium is a true haven of peace, quiet and peaceful. Waking up to the lake view every day is priceless! The house is super spacious and comfortable, with four great en-suites. It is worth noting that the extra room is small, ideal for those traveling with a helper. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The outdoor area is simply fantastic, with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and barbecue... we spent most of our time there! I highly recommend it for those looking for rest and contact with nature.

I had a great experience, host is very friendly and responsive, plus it's extremely easy to communicate with them Very tidy and clean place, very nice building reception as well.

Amazing weekend, wonderful,the place is beautiful, we were very well received by( homemade), Zezinho who gave us all the support during our stay, Janaína ( owner) very friendly and responded to us quickly, when we need it. Super recommend.

The Flavio villa is very good, accommodates people super well, very spacious and with plenty of mattress, some are fine, but you can sleep. unfortunately the freezers were broken and then we had to keep buying ice bags, but it wasn't a big problem.

House is exactly like in the pictures, quiet and very quiet place. Andre always responding quickly and always ready to solve whatever was necessary. We very much like the stay, but some points may improve. Points to improve: When we arrived at the laser (barbecue) part was dirty and with scraps of food left by the people who rented previously, the room at the bottom was with the curtains filled with white powder (I believe it is a make-up plaster). In general we liked it very much, had everything we needed to cook, the rooms very comfortable. As I said are points of improvement, André quickly resolved and set out to send someone to clean.

I don't know how to explain it. What a place!!! Amazingly clean, organized, spotless. Everything you need is in the house. Chácara is wonderful, flowers, fruit feet. A lot of privacy. I went with my family with children, it was an unforgettable "carnival". A Caseira Silene very helpful. A Ivete very nice. We will definitely come back another time.

We spent a very delicious weekend, a quiet place with a beautiful view. The house is very complete, we do not miss anything, the homemade Tiago extremely helpful and helped us a lot. Augusto also very kind, easy to communicate, surprised us with the delivery of a cake for the afternoon coffee, small gestures make a lot of difference.

I had an amazing experience at this place and will definitely be back! The place is perfect for those looking for a quiet retreat, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The outdoor space is a highlight apart, with a perfect environment to relax, have a barbecue, enjoy the pool or even go fishing in the Lake, there is trout, carp, carp. The location is also excellent! It is in a very quiet area, with easy access. In addition, the host was extremely attentive, always available to answer questions and give great tips about the region. The caretakers Joel and Andressa were very nice people, whenever we needed them they were available.

I went with my family at this carnival , Laura's space has a sensational view, although the pool is far from the house , going down a ramp , a suggestion was to have a stove downstairs , it would help a lot , but nothing I may have disturbed our wonderful stay, the hostess is sensational , resolves everything very quickly and is always attentive only gratitude For this wonderful weekend!I'll be back

Great place to spend as a family. Clean, airy area with a large useful area, generating a greater feeling of comfort. I liked the location to move to different points of the city. Very calm neighborhood. Strongly recommend for those who want to spend time in São José dos Campos for a great price.

Adriano's estate is amazing. Wide green space with good walking options, a beautiful lichia plantation and a nearby creek. The house is large, ventilated and well equipped with everything you need. The cleaning was impeccable, without a spider's web, even with all the woods around. The atmosphere of the barbecue is super nice to spend an afternoon in a group. The only point of attention is the internet, in case you are doing home office. Sometimes the signal goes down or it gets too slow. But since me and my family were off, it was even better this way! I recommend and hope to come back more often!

Apartment well located and compatible with photos. It is an old apartment, which would be possible some small adjustments, but it already has improved points. Host request and responded quickly when I needed it. The cleaning offered by the building itself leaves a little to be desired. It has a large indoor garage included.

Very good place, view of the 18 floor is wonderful, the elevator is glass with almost panoramic view of the city, it rises in an open space up to the 18th floor which generates a very different experience than the other places offer, good service, comfortable place, air conditioning freezing well, tv with plenty of content, close to the mall that you can walk, we will certainly be more often! The flat is perfect, close to everything, just like what's on the listing. The hotel is well located, it is very clean, the service is great and when I return to the city, I hope to be able to stay in it again

I really like the apartment! It is wide, it was clean, had two TVs, air conditioning, Java bed and bath linen, etc. I had to spend a week in São José working and studying and the apt served my needs very well. I highly recommend it.
