Our stay was simply delicious! The condominium is a true haven of peace, quiet and quiet. Wake up to the lake view every day is priceless! The house is super spacious and comfortable with four great suites. Vale points out that the extra room is small, ideal for those traveling with a helper. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The outdoor area is simply fantastic, with swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbecue... we spend most of our time there! I highly recommend it for those seeking rest and contact with nature.

Amazing weekend, wonderful,the place is beautiful, we were very well received by( homemade), Zezinho who gave us all the support during our stay, Janaína ( owner) very friendly and responded to us quickly, when we need it. Super recommend.

The Flavio villa is very good, accommodates people super well, very spacious and with plenty of mattress, some are fine, but you can sleep. unfortunately the freezers were broken and then we had to keep buying ice bags, but it wasn't a big problem.

House is exactly like in the pictures, quiet and very quiet place. Andre always responding quickly and always ready to solve whatever was necessary. We very much like the stay, but some points may improve. Points to improve: When we arrived at the laser (barbecue) part was dirty and with scraps of food left by the people who rented previously, the room at the bottom was with the curtains filled with white powder (I believe it is a make-up plaster). In general we liked it very much, had everything we needed to cook, the rooms very comfortable. As I said are points of improvement, André quickly resolved and set out to send someone to clean.

We love to celebrate our son's birthday with friends in Chácara Sossego!! Everyone enjoyed the whole farm including swimming pool, soccer field, volleyball court, heated pool, pool table and the house infra. We spent an amazing weekend! The Chácara is wonderful and exactly as described! The infrastructure of the kitchen, accommodation and the barbecue area are wonderful! The Host was extremely receptive and attentive from the beginning to the care of our return!! We thank you for this memorable weekend and we will definitely repeat and recommend it to friends!!

Well, about the farm, the host is all the rest, we only have good things to talk about!! This is the second time I go with my family, and we have nothing to complain about, O Augusto is 100%, super considerate, kind, is always there responding quickly if we send msg with any questions, the homemade Tiago tbm is super considerate and helpful! I've had an amazing experience on this site and I'll definitely be back! The place is perfect for those looking for a quiet getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is super charming, with a rustic decoration. The outdoor space is a standout apart, with a perfect environment for relaxing, barbecue, enjoy the swimming pool or even fishing in the Lake, have a trairá, cará, carpa. The location is also excellent! It is located in a very quiet region with easy access. In addition, the host was extremely considerate, always available to answer questions and give great tips about the region. The householders Joel and Andressa were very good people, whenever we needed they were available.

I went with my family at this carnival , Laura's space has a sensational view, although the pool is far from the house , going down a ramp , a suggestion was to have a stove downstairs , it would help a lot , but nothing I may have disturbed our wonderful stay, the hostess is sensational , resolves everything very quickly and is always attentive only gratitude For this wonderful weekend!I'll be back

Great place to spend as a family. Clean, airy area with a large useful area, generating a greater feeling of comfort. I liked the location to move to different points of the city. Very calm neighborhood. Strongly recommend for those who want to spend time in São José dos Campos for a great price.

Adriano's estate is amazing. Wide green space with good walking options, a beautiful lichia plantation and a nearby creek. The house is large, ventilated and well equipped with everything you need. The cleaning was impeccable, without a spider's web, even with all the woods around. The atmosphere of the barbecue is super nice to spend an afternoon in a group. The only point of attention is the internet, in case you are doing home office. Sometimes the signal goes down or it gets too slow. But since me and my family were off, it was even better this way! I recommend and hope to come back more often!

Apartment well located and compatible with photos. It is an old apartment, which would be possible some small adjustments, but it already has improved points. Host request and responded quickly when I needed it. The cleaning offered by the building itself leaves a little to be desired. It has a large indoor garage included.
