Lovely Villa, well located... 5 mins walk to the beach, 15 mins walk to the Strip, 20 mins walk along the beach to the old town. Clean, well stocked with kitchen equipment etc.. pool (albeit a little cold) and surrounding were well maintained. Transport company arranged by Jay, was seconded to none, lovely people very kind. Communication at the villa to the representative that checked us in was brilliant, any queries were sort and responded to immediately. We would definitively return :)

Very nice house surrounded by orange trees. In winter also quite comfortable with the heating of the airco. Lovely morning sun on the terrace! We missed a bit a view on the countryside as the garden is enclosed. Well equiped kitchen, tasty oranges and great bottle of wine! Bed will be great with a ‘topper’ matress.

Fabulous house to spend a few days with the family. Great outside space. Super-equipped kitchen. Super considerate host and always available.

Very quiet surroundings, the house is located very close to the beaches, supermarkets, and even a short drive from the most tourist sites. - Very well equipped house, kitchen with various appliances and utensils, all rooms are very spacious, with air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and a very welcoming room and environment. Spacious and very pleasant garden area, with swimming pool and barbecue area. There is also parking space inside the property! - Extremely friendly and available neighbors, we respected the hours of silence (as requested by Kathleen) and did not have any kind of problems! - By personal preference, we suggest the addition of blackout curtains, as the porches let all the light pass (this for people who prefer dark to sleep) - Super friendly host, always available and responds very quickly! As our stay was a 1 week still exchanged the towels in the middle of the stay at the suggestion of the hostess herself ☺️

We loved the house! Excellent location, every room has its own bathroom. Everything was clean. Camilla was always happy to help and very responsive. Nothing to complain Just in winter bear in mind that there is no central heating in Portugal and it might be cold inside. There were radiators in each bedroom so it was alright.

Recommended accommodation without hesitation. As soon as we arrived, Mickaël was there to welcome us. He is very friendly. The house when it is impeccable, the whole private ground floor with private pool a tenant lives upstairs but has its own access to the outside so no panic,it is a discretion that if you see it once is fine . The pool is bigger than in the photos so really interesting with barbecue and terrace . We loved the stay at Mickaël's place and will be back without hesitation. As for the dog mentioned on several reviews, yes the neighbors have dogs ,they are behind the wall on the barbecue side in kennels but during the day they are not there...we hear the barking a little in the evening and at night but it's really not all night or other in any case it can't spoil your stay I think unless a bark bothers you. House really lived up to our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay in this stunning villa in Gale. It was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of eight plus three small dogs, and we all had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, with Gale Beach just a short walk or bike ride away, and shops and restaurants only a few minutes from the villa. The property had everything we needed for our Christmas gathering, and Rob kindly provided logs for the cozy fireplace. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we especially enjoyed making use of the bar area during our stay. The back terrace was a real highlight: it’s a lovely sun trap, perfect for soaking up some December sunshine after leaving the UK! Rob and Jane were exceptional hosts—very responsive and quick to answer any questions. All in all, it was a great Christmas break in a beautiful villa. Perfect!

This house was 10/10 - We lived here a group of 7 friends for a week. The view from the house is so beautiful, and there is an amazing pool area and tennis court! We borrowed rackets from the house and played every day. The rooms were beautiful and also the bathrooms. The hosts were easy to get in contact with and very kind. We are definitely coming back!

Daniel is an incredible host (it is our second year using one of the properties in the Loule area that he looks after) who was always willing to go out of his way to help if needed. The property was amazing, the best place we have stayed in by far, with incredible facilities in great surroundings and wonderful space inside and outside. We would not hesitate to stay again and highly recommend.

Stayed at the property for 10 days at the start of September - had an absolutely lovely holidays! Although pool was shared - there was nobody at the pool during our whole stay and it felt like our private pool!Linda was super helpful - organised two cots, the transfer to property as well as droped us to the shop to get some food late in the evening. The house is within 10-15min walk from the beach as well as 10-15min walk from big supermarkets/shops.The taxi costs only 3-4e to get to the supermarkets so there is no need to rent a car unless you plan to travel a lot. Super quiet location so very suitable for families.

I had a fantastic stay at Ana’s. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, and the internet was very fast - that was important to me as I was working from there. Communication was also great. Ana has the most gorgeous dog, Kiko - so friendly and always happy to see me!! I would definitely stay there again 😊

Idyllic setting, wonderful feel of space avd seclusion. Multiple terraces from which to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the beach and town surrounds. Loved this place.

We had a brilliant time at Bruno's place. we made use of the pool, BBQ and jacuzzi. Everything was included and we wanted for nothing. We hope to stay again soon!

This villa is absolutely stunning! The best we have ever stayed in. It has everything you need and more. It's extremely spacious, and the pool is a great size. It was all immaculately clean and everything had been finished to a very high standard. Susana was super responsive, friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely time in this house. Lots of privacy amid orange trees. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the bbq and the fireplace. Jorge was super quick to respond to questions and he really wants his guests to have a good time. The house is clean, tidy and cared for, the double bed is lovely. A car is a must though as the house is a bit remote. We would love to come back again.

Family of 4 adults, 3 kids (7, 3, 1) stayed 6 nights in Aug 2024. Late check-in accommodated with clear instructions. Hosts did pre-arrival shopping - much appreciated. Great location: 5-min walk to town center (restaurants, grocery), overlooking Med with cool breezes. Next to popular beach parking lot (daytime campers). A/C worked well; ground floor cooler than upstairs. WiFi limited to 5 devices, didn't reach 2nd-floor bedrooms. Pros: Convenient location - Accommodating hosts - Beautiful views - Effective A/C Cons: - Limited WiFi coverage - Beach parking lot crowding and beachgoers parking in front of the property - Access to the beach is difficult for those with mobility issues (stairs and steep hill) Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return. Ideal for families wanting a mix of beach and town accessibility. Recommend for groups comfortable with basic amenities and prioritizing location over luxury.

Great spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, quiet respite close to all the sights in the Algarve! This place is great for those who want to self-cater and is just steps from neighbourhood parks, shops and cafes. The host is gracious, friendly and accommodating to families with young children. We enjoyed our week here and would recommend highly!

Lovely and peaceful stay and a perfect location to explore the amazing area in and around Tavira, a truly underrated part of the Algarve. The house is perfect for a small family. Very chilled, off the beaten path. Great stay and super easy!

100% recommendable! We had such a wonderful time at Sian’s place and would love to come back at some point. House is secluded but not too far away from Faro, Loulé, shops and other amenities. It is equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. Although there were some works done on the neighboring house, it didn’t bother us too much as it was mostly at the front of the house. We didn’t meet Sian or Anna in person but they were very responsive and their instructions were clear. Big plus: The beds were one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in while traveling!

From dropping over to light a fire for us on a rainy day to fully stocking the kitchen so arrival was stress-free, Nina took care of every detail at her beautiful home. She responded immediately to questions and had many helpful suggestions during our (too short) stay. We would heartily recommend choosing this spot! Note: having a car is almost a necessity, unless you walk A LOT. And Maps will lead you astray the first time you drive in! Nina will walk you through it.
