We had an incredible stay at this property! The location is fantastic, with the beach and numerous restaurants just a short walk away. The house itself is amazing, featuring a lovely swimming pool that our kids absolutely adored. Everything was clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. We highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. 10 out of 10! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Santiago’s place. The house is more beautiful in person than in the pictures, tons of space. It slept 5 adults and 4 kids more than comfortably. Very close to the beach and restaurants and it has a great outdoor space to enjoy swimming/hanging out with friends and family. Santiago was very friendly and responsive. It was a perfect long weekend. :)

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa in Sagunto just a 5 minute walk to the quiet Almarda Beach. The villa had all the amenities for the adults and children. The kids loved the trampoline and running around the big garden. The pool was lovely too however didn’t get in it much as it’s too cold this time of year. Maribel was so accommodating and met us upon arrival to go through everything about the accommodation. She was available on the phone if ever we had a question. The villa is really pretty with lovely big bedrooms. The host is very organised with every piece of kitchen equipment you could think of which made evenings really helpful. Overall we were over the moon with our stay and hope to come again. Becky & family xx

Nadine was an absolutely fabulous host. I could not recommend her or her properties enough. She was very proactive to offer help and always wanted to make sure we were having a good time. The house itself was absolutely perfect and I think slightly undersold by Nadine, we were a party of 9 with 3 young children, aged 1/3/5 and it was fabulous. What really stood out as parents of young children was the accessibility of everything and the owners of the property letting us use their things. Toys for the children, plastic plates, pool items. All the things, you buy on a holiday, but know you will likely not take home was all there straight away which is very understated but absolutely necessary as parents. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the property again or visit another of Nadine’s properties.

Nice big house with nice outdoor space and lots of privacy. Walking distance to the woods with beautiful hiking trails, a monastery and a small restaurant. A city is a 30-minute drive from Valencia airport. Perfect location for nature and culture lovers. Good value for money. There was no heating in the house to our scare, but there was a fireplace and we could use all the wood we needed.

A spectacular stay in the mountains. The house is cozy, with all the necessary amenities for a perfect getaway. The views are breathtaking and the quiet surroundings make the experience even more special. Everything was in perfect condition and well equipped. Definitely an ideal place to disconnect and enjoy nature. ¡Highly recommend!

We have greatly enjoyed our stay! The accommodation is spacious and exudes a real home feeling. The modern kitchen has all the comforts, which made cooking very pleasant. It was wonderful to have two bathrooms at our disposal, and the presence of a dryer was a nice extra. The spacious garden felt like an oasis in the middle of the city – perfect for relaxing. The ground floor was ideal with our stroller, and for the children there were plenty of toys and space to play. In addition, tram, metro, bus and a supermarket were within walking distance, which made it extra comfortable. In short, a great place where we felt right at home. Highly recommended! The host is great and nice communication and lots of nice tips for the area. We would love to come back.

Choosing this home has been a hit. it was well located for the activities we were going to do and a quiet area to rest. the house was spotless and very nice. Definitely if I go around the area this will be my first choice.

We have made the reservation with Carlos and we can't be happier. It is true that we knew him from a previous stay, but this time the stay was quite lengthy. The apartment is in good condition and Carlos is always attentive and available to any need that the visitor has; in addition, we arrived in a time of party and bulls in the village and was attentive at all times to let us know when you could go out on the street and when not. She also advised us places to visit. Very happy with this host!!! Definitely.

A stunning home in a spectacular location to unwind and unwind, the views of the sea and the mountain do not disappoint and leave some amazing sunrises and sunsets. The house is prepared with everything necessary for a perfect getaway. It has a living room with a large TV with various movie platforms, private pool ( a conditioned and perfectly manicured antique raft). Very important that our four-legged companion is welcomed in the house ( Petfriendly). The house is quite self-sustainable (solar panel light ready to consume little water) Laura, the hostess, is a charm, very attentive in showing us the house and welcoming you with great sympathy, they make you feel at home.

The house was great, everything was very clean, a very quiet area, a house to go back to!!!

Incredibly cozy place. It felt like we were visiting with old friends. The manager was very welcoming and always helpful. Everything we needed was there. We were afraid how it would be in July without air conditioning, but the place had a lot of fans that we barely used. The breeze blows beautifully and refreshingly on the veranda. The sea is not far away. The beach and the water are clean. The pool is deep but small, small children only in the arms of adults can be. We separately bought a children's one. The water in the pool is warmed up and quite warm, every 2 days it was checked for quality. We were a little lacking in the opportunity to create some shade over the pool

Friendly host, well-located accommodation near the beaches and not too far away from the city center. Pleasant stay, I would recommend it. Only downside, the mattresses on the beds are not very comfortable, all the rest of the place is good.

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

We enjoyed spending a week at "La Casita del Sol". During the booking, we had contact with Carlos and Mar. Great and friendly hosts! Upon arrival we were met by Mar. She explained everything to us well and gave good tips about the area (beach, restaurants, etc.). The accommodation was great. The cottage is cozy and cozy with especially a nice garden with plenty of sun, shade and privacy. We will definitely be back! Greetings, Ingeborg and Marc

We spent eight days at Annete and Jose's place. The house is much better than the photos. It has two full bathrooms and one more toilet on the pool. The bathing area is perfect and sunsets all day long. In the heatwave, we did not need to turn on the air conditioning since you can run out and there are ceiling fans all around the house. The front terrace is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner overlooking the sea. The only drawback that can be addressed is that to go to the village or the beach is mandatory, the car and park in August is not easy. Otherwise, the house is ideal for spending quiet days. It should be noted that if you go with children, the stairs and pool are protected with doors, which makes the environment very safe for them. The hosts couldn't be nicer to us, if we can, we'll do it again.

It's a dream spot. So beautiful! The area is beautiful, you can enjoy hiking there and the view is breathtakingly beautiful at all times of the day. The cottage is very tastefully and comfortably furnished. The bed is so spacious and comfortable! Pablo is a great host. Always available if you have any questions. Always friendly and helpful. We picked this place because of the description and glowing reviews. We are not disappointed in anything. If you like peace and quiet and hiking, this is really recommended!

Marina's house is really lovely, very well and beautifully equipped, with a gorgeous outdoor garden area. Very easy to get in & out of Valencia city using the regular metro service. For a beach swim I loved Port Saplaya - make sure you see the very pretty marina there. Its about 15 mins away by car. I tried, but it is not a nice cycle! A note of caution when pasting Marina's directions into google maps - make sure you specify Foios because there are multiple addresses the same and we ended up 26k away in the national park. We had a lovely time and it really felt like home. Thanks
