Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sansepolcro

I just struggled to find the right road because it's in the historic center and, despite the precise directions, I had difficulty finding the right crossbar. Then a phone call to Giulia resolved everything. Once we found the house and parking, we immediately settled with self check-in. She made us find tidiness, cleanliness, and towels so we didn't have to do anything to “settle in.” Although it is in an old building, the house is very warm in winter and modern given the clearly visible renovations. Then he gave us directions on what we could do in the evening around. The thing that impressed us the most was the tranquility and its proximity to the center. This way we maximized our travels by being able to visit the beautiful Perugia....and the chocolate party!

Alessandro's place was a great location that was accessible to the square and lots of option. He was also one of the most responsive hosts I've ever stayed with. I loved his suggestions of where to go in the area each morning! The apartment was also just as shown on the site. I would definitely stay here if I come to Perugia again. Excellent value!

Fabrizio's place is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the center of Perugia. It's close enough to walk to the university and the central piazza, but far enough away that you get a great night's sleep. Right across the street is an amazing pizza place - I highly recommend it. I would definitely stay there again. Fabrizio was a great communicator and gave clear instructions on finding his place and getting inside. The only slight downside was the towels were old and mismatched and there was no soap or shampoo for the shower. I'd still recommend staying here if you're looking for a clean, modern space convenient to the central areas of Perugia. We had a great time! Thanks Fabrizio!

Cute house and just outside the historic center reachable in 10 minutes on foot, convenient to covered parking. Cozy owners.

We had a great stay - the property has lots of charm and character and was really clean and well equipped. Giuditta was a very helpful host, assisted us with excellent restaurant recommendations and information for the area. She was very responsive and gave us an excellent stay. Would highly recommend!

An Airbnb experience like no other We were fortunate enough to book our holiday at Villa Cellaia and what a delightful surprise. The accommodation is designed and finished to a very high standard and so are all the facilities on site. Stefano, Lisa and their lovely boys treated us like us like friends. They were very helpful, informative and went out of their way to advise and suggest about where to go and what to do. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts. Don't you love it when something exceeds your expectations? La Delizia is the perfect combination of great location, privacy, beautiful grounds, and responsive and super nice host. Giulia and her sister Camilla rolled out the red carpet for me and my wife as we spent our 20th wedding anniversary at this home. The amenities are plentiful and the home is decorated beautifully and well thought out. Highly recommended and we will be stopping by again soon.

Great apartment, 10 min walk to downtown Arezzo. We used the house as a group (4 people) for 4 days, and we had a very good time. The spaces of the house are excellent, we had a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed and a single bed. We had everything we needed for the stay in the house. Marzia is a great host, she responds immediately and is very helpful. The only downside: we visited Arezzo in the winter, and unfortunately the house was a little cold despite the heaters on (nothing too problematic, however)

Nella's place is great for a group of 8 - 10. It's in a fabulous location above Cortona. Great to be able to walk in for coffee and meals, it is quite a walk uphill home, but an excellent way to walk off your meal. The pool and surrounds are lovely. Having 3 separate houses on the property means that no one is on top of each other, which was nice when we had 8 staying.

I had an unforgettable stay at Casa Elisa, located at the foot of the beautiful Cortona. The atmosphere is magical: a perfect fusion of Tuscan tradition and modern comfort. The rooms are elegant and quite spacious, tastefully furnished and equipped with all the necessary comforts. The garden with pool is an oasis of tranquility, ideal to relax with a good book or to enjoy an aperitif at sunset. But it's the warmth and hospitality of Elisa's family that makes the stay really special. Their availability in providing information about places to visit and recommended restaurants makes all the difference. I highly recommend Casa Elisa to anyone who wants to discover the beauty of Tuscany, living an authentic and unforgettable experience.

Rossella's place is comfortable, spacious, well-structured and with everything you need. There were 6 of us and we had a great time, the rooms are very spacious, a nice well-kept garden, as well as the fireplace and barbecue. We definitely can only recommend Rossella's place.

The apartment was perfect for our visit to Perugia. Well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay here and would certainly recommend it. Daniele and his co-hosts were great - very responsive and welcoming. Location wise, there's a bus stop right outside, or it's a just a c.25 minute walk to the centre. And it was very easy to visit other local towns and sights by car from the apartment too. A fantastic stay!

I can brag forever about this place. Cortona town is a very small place within walls and this place is at the top of it, and walking distance to all the places inside the city walls. Outstanding restaurants, great shopping, very friendly locals. The house was perfect and made our time in Cortona memorable. I would definitely seek out this place and even change my dates if the place is not available;that is how much we enjoyed staying here. The view is astonishing. We would make our own coffee in the morning and take it a few steps up the hill so that we could enjoy the view of the valley below. Very clean with all the amenities we needed. Ashleigh is the Perfect Super Host!!!!

The place was great. Such a peaceful place with amazing views of the countryside. The road is a little rough, so drive carefully, but the place itself was amazing. Bryan and his wife were super kind and helpful. They make you feel at home. The property was so beautiful and great to explore. Definitely recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The apartment is very clean, modern, very well equipped and comfortable. It's better than in the pictures I'd say. The location is excellent as you're a short walk into town and shops and supermarkets are within minutes. The area is very peaceful and quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped so it was easy for me to cook. Giacomo is a nice host who greeted me and took time to explain the apartment and make sure I was set for my stay. I'd happily stay here again.

Paolo was a great and responsive host. He recommended a lot to do based on what we said we were interested in. The house is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding landscapes and it had a lot of space inside with a great kitchen and everything was very clean and organized. It was close to countless restaurants and cafes as well.

Where do I begin? This place is just lovely. My husband, two young kids and I stayed here for a week and we loved it so much. We felt right at home. Andrea and Antonella hosted us with so much care and love. We felt like family, and they were so kind and thoughtful with our young children. They allowed us for a flexible check in and check out and provided baby gear needed. Antonella helped us with a tricky parking situation and dedicated time to helping us move our car and bring out suitcases. Our kids loved her so much and she even gave them cute gifts. The location is perfect, right by the restaurants and main plaza. The view is incredible. We felt so lucky to have found this place and will definitely be back!! ❤️

We had a very good stay. The house is very warm & welcoming. The linen in the bedrooms was super comfy. House is decorated with attention to detail. House has a good energy/vibe. There was a restaurant/wine bar The Beach Club, which is a must visit within walking distance of the house. Francesco is very helpful & responded quickly. He gave some good suggestions for places to eat & see. It was our 3rd year wedding anniversary & we couldn’t have spent it in a better place, we had a very special weekend at Francesco place.
