Nice apartment, everything is new, close to the pool - a great choice for a modest price

Perfectly located, and even with parking, for us the perfect place to explore Straubing and the Bavarian Forest - Florian and his girlfriend were super nice and took wonderful care of us - definitely recommended 😊

Doris and Alex are very friendly hosts. The apartment is in a very quiet area, where you can experience a lot. Our guest cards gave us many advantages at attractions and local shops. If you want to have a quiet time close to nature, this is the place to be.

We stayed here for two days and felt very comfortable. For four adults and one baby, the size of the apartment was ideal. There was even a crib provided. Everything was clean and there was everything you could ever need in the kitchen and bathroom. Very convenient: an Edeka and bakery are right outside the door. Downtown is not right around the corner, for us the location was still great because our relatives stayed in the neighborhood. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and straightforward, all in all really recommended!

The listing is exactly as pictured and described. Check-in was quick and the house has everything you need for life. A large kitchen-living room, with appliances and utensils. We were with three children, we enjoyed our stay . There is a playroom for children near the house. We will come back again and recommend it to friends.

The place was clean and matched the description and photos. Access was through a drop box which works for us. The apartment house was quiet and modern, parking was in front of the house. Right next to the parking lot is a train stop, which runs frequently, so we unplanned use it for a trip - while the traffic is quiet and does not disturb. There is 1 restaurant nearby, about 2 in high season. It's lovely quiet at night. The facility is very nice, the apartment is very cozy. The only small minus for us was that there is only a curtain in the living room - so whoever sleeps on an extra bed in this room has a light. It's still possible in the winter, but in the summer it probably wouldn't be possible to sleep there like this. My son loved the smart TV with lots of apps that we connected through our house accounts. I recommend the stay and thank Olya for the opportunity to stay at her place.

Andrea is a very nice host and very helpful at all times. The apartment is conveniently located and easily accessible. It is very tastefully decorated with attention to the detail. There's nothing missing, just perfect. I felt very comfortable and would book the place again anytime.

Milan was great host. The instructions for check-in and the description of how to access the apartment were excellently described, so everything went smoothly. The apartment was clean and cozy - we really appreciated comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen.

nice place for an acceptable price

Cozy room under the roof with Herrgottswinkel, comfortable bed and beautiful floor recycled from a sports hall. Everything there as you need it, but unfortunately no shower - but that was also described. Infrared heating ensures pleasant radiant heat.

The place is super nice, we really enjoyed the time there. The sauna and steam room are really a highlight. But also the rest of the apartment is totally recommended. Everything is clean, very well equipped and you feel right at home. Communication with Angelina was great and check-in was also absolutely hassle-free. We will definitely be back 😊

Great place to stay for our winter vacation. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Wi-Fi is available throughout the building complex. Sauna and fitness area are in very good condition. The water temperature in the swimming pool (and in the baby pool) is a bit fresh, but it can still be well tolerated.
