En nybyggd stuga med plats för många, i lugnt område med 3 km från Luleå centrum. Huset är barnvänligt och rymmer större sällskap kortare perioder och mindre sällskap längre perioder. Värmereglage på väggen med golvvärme i alla rum. God ventilation! Uteplats, tillgång till gård och friluftsområden. Närhet till affär och kiosk. säg till så guidar vi eller tipsar om platser! Ormbergets friluftsområde finns 10 minuters promenad från boendet likaså Skurholmsberget. lugnt, tyst med fin utsikt!

Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Fridfullt och mysigt boende vid vägs ände, havet nästa. Goda möjligheter till att se Norrsken, utebelysningen går att släcka ner helt om man inte vill få ljuskällor som stör utsikten mot himlen. Tillgång till vedeldad bastu. Kamin inomhus för mys. Skogen i direkt närhet för exempelvis skogskidturer eller vandring på hösten. Rikt djurliv med möjlighet att bland annat se vilda däggdjur och rovfåglar. Sommartid kan två kajaker hyras.
