Great spot for a ski weekend at Sunday River! Lovely home with nice attention to detail and amenities!

We love staying at the Brownie. It’s a great home for any active family that appreciates a quiet surrounding. Great home and so close to SR. It can’t be beat.

The house is exactly as described, comfy and cheerful with sun streaming through the stained glass windows. As a bonus it’s on a very quiet dead end street in a little town with restaurants near lots of downhill and cross country skiing. Jamie was quick to respond and eager to help make our stay wonderful which it was! Note it’s a charming old house with 1 1/2 baths. We had to stagger showers.

The scenery was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was fantastic and the living room was very cozy with a nice fire place. The kids had plenty to do, we were able to spread out, and Susan was very nice to talk to and very responsive.

Great spot! Wicked close to Sunday and the space itself is awesome! The hot tub and game room were the best by far. Totally staying here again my next time up there.

My family and I had a great ski weekend! Bonus I got to bring the pups along to enjoy the weekend. It was cozy and the hot tub was a great bonus after a long ski day. The rental company was very responsive, even on a weekend night which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely book again

I stayed here with a friend of mine and her dog, and this place was excellent. Perfect for a getaway weekend: very comfy couch, multiple bathrooms, hot tub. Place was clean and welcoming, Renee was very accommodating and responsive, and it was appreciated! Totally worth it and I’d love to stay again in future!

Amy and Ken’s Kingfield home is stunning and great for a large group getaway. The location is perfect for those visiting Sugarloaf and has the added benefit of being walkable to great restaurants and shops in Kingfield. The hosts are very friendly and responsive and the surrounding are beautiful. We are already looking to book again next year!

Nice place to stay. There is road noise but gets better at night. We always use a white noise machine so wasn’t an issue for us.

Great stay. Just as advertised. Kids loved the bunk beds and being able to ski to the lift right out the back door. Added bonus that the pool was in the same building. Overall just what we expected.

The apartment was perfect while we were in Maine for a sporting event at Colby College. It was about a 25 mins drive with different routes we could take. There were several good restaurants within walking distance.

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.

Great location and loved enjoying the peaceful surroundings from the hot tub. Brett was very proactive about making sure we knew the approach to the property can be difficult in the winter and left clear instructions for everything.

Patty's apartment was lovely to stay in. We had everything we needed there, with many extra touches to make us feel right at home. We loved having the cat Lucy Liu as our host as well. She is very relaxed and adaptable. The apartment was warm and had all the linens and blankets we needed, even in the very cold weather conditions. Patty is a very responsive and communicative host.

Modern, comfortable and great location....Mark and team were easy to work with. Would definitely stay again! 5 Stars
