We enjoyed our stay at Lincoln's place! The view was amazing and the place had everything we needed to cook at home and feel comfortable. It was so cool to wake up and be able to walk right out to the ocean almost like it was a private beach. Lincoln was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Definitely hoping to stay here again!

Everything was clean and orderly. A/C works perfectly in the house and throughout the bedrooms. House is super close to restaurants and the beach! Would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Mike & Norma’s! The house is huge and comfortable and the patio is so nice to hang out on during the day. It’s walking distance to the beach and Manny’s, and close to Al Capone’s Pizza. Place was very clean with lots of water provided. Thank you! We hope to stay here again!

Great home right on the beach. Paddleboards were lots of fun because there are hardly any waves. Amazing sunsets and relaxing long walks right out the back door. So much room with multiple decks. Casita was perfect for our married son with their little baby. Very quiet area which is great, but sometimes we wished it were closer to town.

Great stay! It is in a great location near the front of Las Conchas and there is a tienda and restaurant a 2 minute walk away. It is also a really short walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again!

5 stars is not enough. Carlos was an amazing host. The home is designed with guest in mind to relax and enjoy. Any questions we had were answered quickly. The home was beautiful and was a great way to celebrate the holidays.

Location is amazing and literally right next to the beach. The host was accommodating and quick to respond when several concerns arose and were remedied quickly. The house is beautiful and spacious. We not only enjoyed our stay but also felt assured with safety as there were 24 hr security on site. Would definitely recommend and look to rebook in the future. A++++

10/10 would come here again. Definitely felt right at home. The house was clean and nothing was dirty. The king size mattress was a little uncomfortable but that is about it. I would definitely book again with this house!

This house was gorgeous, the pictures do not do it justice. One of the hosts, Luis, who met us there was incredible and helpful with everything. Karla responded to all messages and was great; their team was just wonderful. The house was comfortable and spacious and everything we needed for a fun weekend. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The pool was incredible and just everything. Thank you so much!

This was definitely one of our favorite homes so far. Very private and safe for our big family and the house had plenty of room for all of us.

Awesome stay in an awesome part of town. Vendors still walk up the beach in the off season it’s that good. The lot has two houses perfect for privacy between different families. Everything was perfect and we will be back! Very nice that the vehicles can be parked and the gate closed.

10 ⭐️ if possible 🤩 Perfect place for a big family fit 14 perfectly. Also brand new home. Very modern. Huge kitchen and plenty of seating at bar and dining room. Had everything you need to stay as if you were at home. Felt very safe with 2 car garage and semi private lot. Neighbors were great. Has all the amenities you would need. Beachfront. Also restaurants and bars, club within 1 block. Neighborhood stores. If anything is needed. Clean home, ac was cold 🥶 perfect. Clean bedding and towels. Shower outside to clean up before heading in. I can go on and on. Recommend 💯. No issues to mention. Will be back hopefully in near future.

This was a great space for six of us plus three dogs! Everyone has their own bathroom and was able to have their own private space. The air conditioner was great. The house has everything we needed for towels, beach towels, dish soap, hand soap in the bathrooms, bottled water, dog bowls and more. We love the patio and it was a great space for the dogs to be able to run around and feel free. The beach is a short walk in front of the house. The house is in the second row of homes from the beach which is actually great so you don’t hear the beach visitors. They also had loungers which were great to lay out on the patio if you didn’t want to go to the beach. Very comfortable living room. Very comfortable beds. Lots of clean linens. Karo, the local property manager was quick to respond to any concerns. The carport fits one car, but a second also fits in the drive way. Never had an issue.

This beautiful house is in an excellent location with the beach right outside the patio doors. The beds are soft, the bathrooms pristine, the water pressure is good, even the living room furniture is plentiful and comfortable. The air conditioner worked perfectly and so did the television and WiFi. The only problem that was noticeable was the lack of hot water in the kitchen sink. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Casa Semana and we look forward to coming back again someday.

perfect place to stay for getaway. located right up at the beach, with tide pools when the tide went out and some great bathing when the tide came in. great neighborhood, great people and a lovely home. highly recommend.

Loved our stay! The view itself is worth the stay here. Alana was extremely responsive and helpful the entire time before during and after our stay. Being able to have direct access to a private beach like that was top notch! The place is stocked with all the necessities and tons of games too!

We were right on the beach, where we spent most of our time. We felt very safe and comfortable. Found it hard to leave this perfect location, so we ate on the patio most often. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.
