There are seating on several sides of the cabin and a barbecue area with a fire pit. There is spacious living room and dining room, and 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with a bunk bed with a lower part of 120 cm, upper 90 cm. Sofa bed in living room # 2 (140 cm). Plenty of space for parking. Running water, power and internet. 4 bikes can be borrowed.

The house is a stone's throw from the fjord and jetty, and a boat is included in the rent. There is a short way to cozy cities like Sandnes and Stavanger. Charming old wooden house in a quiet area. Enjoy the great view over the fjord from the veranda, where you can see a beautiful sunset and enjoy the heat from the campfire. The house is well equipped in all rooms. The house is located only 7 km from the starting point of the Pulpit Rock trail. It is a 5 minutes drive from Jørpeland, wich is the town center in this area. From the house it is a 10 minutes drive to the ferrydock in Forsand, where there is ferry connection to Lysebotn.

Benedikte house on architect-designed Svindland farm

The Benedikte house is about 10 min drive from Egersund city center and about 5 min from E39. We have attempted to recreate the hospitality of Benedikte - the last one to stay in the old house - in this modern and completely newly built farmhouse on the outskirts of the courtyard of the Svindland farm. Here guests will find peace and idyll. On the farm there are horses, we have two dogs and a cozy peacock that runs freely. The house is very modern and well-equipped.

Gjestene kan låne robåt med flytevester om sommeren. Fra Gardsvågen er det 1 km til hurtigbåtkai. Herfra er det 20-50 min med hurtigbåt til Stavanger. Det er 35 minutt med bil til Stavanger sentrum. På Talgje er det muligheter for frisbeegolf, kajakkutleige m.m.
