Great place and great hosts!

Jim and Co-hosts are very friendly. They arranged upon request portacrib and high chair for our son and sent over a technician to fix AC ASAP when needed. View from the terrace was amazing. We saw beautiful sunrises and dolphins swimming at the bay. There is good gym available with plenty of equipment and 2 different swimming pools with sunbeds. Highly recommended hosts and location.

Great views of the bay and ocean from the condo. Quick walk to the beach and other attractions. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Fully stocked kitchen. Agnes was very prompt with any questions that we had. Would totally stay here again! One of my favorite places to stay!

Hidden Gem that is worth every penny! Beautiful place, so much more then we expected and better then pictures! Super close to beach, food, shops, walking paths, and perfect spot to everything you’d want to see in this whole area. Gated and office workers super nice, but our host had us prepared for all and was the most amazing person, helpful instantly even when we had to call. Top Notch, will be back again

I have stayed in BSY&T many times. This unit is perfect . The patio furniture is ample . They supplied everything and we used almost all of it . Beach chairs,beach towels,shuffle board,board games. They let us check in early which was extremely helpful. We were here for Christmas and our 2 adult kids and their significant others came for Christmas. Plenty of activities ,and room for all to have dinner. We needed a better carving knife for our rib roast but it didn’t stop us from eating . It seems this place is more active than in the past . It was nice seeing people using the pickle ball courts and fishing dock . People enjoy this condo. Just a few doors from the laundry which takes cc and is reasonable . The only thing I was missing were some throw blankets at night . Wish this unit was available when I come back in March .

We spent a week at the Suzanne apartment. It has a great location, close to the beach, grocery, and pharmacy stores. The cosy apartment is well equipped and has a great view on the canal. Thank you for sharing it with us!

This Airbnb has a great location, close to everything, and is well maintained. Our host, Matthew was readily available and responsive to all questions and needs. This condo is located across the street from pickleball, tennis and basketball courts, grocery and drug stores, restaurants and night spots. Not to mention Madeira Beach. I would recommend a stay at this place anytime and will look forward to visiting again.

We absolutely loved this airbnb. The place was really clean and well located. At less than 10min walk you have the beach and there’s a windixie at less than 5min. The condo pool was superclean and quiet, we had no trouble checking in and the condo walls and floor are thick enough to to hear the neiborghs Tulih was responsive and proactive when we had questions. He came by to help with something and was very nice and helpful. The used the beach gears and fishing rod and it was good. If we ever come back to the tampa/madeira beach area we’ll be sure to check if the place is available. Thanks for the great time!

The best apartment I have ever stayed in. It has everything you need for life and a beach holiday. Umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella from the rain, tennis rackets, golf clubs, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. Perfect cleanliness, the best location and magnificent views from the balcony to the bay. Very quiet. Great beach. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. During my holiday I felt like home. I would definitely like to go back there again, and I also recommend this apartment to everyone.

My family has visited the Indian Shores area several times and Megan’s place was the absolute best hands down. Great location, beach is a 5 minute walk if not. She has EVERYTHING you need for your family to head your the beach - umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, beach cart, boogie boards, cooler etc. - we felt right at home. Lots of space in this condo and was extremely clean. Pool and hot tub in rear of condo were perfect. We had such a wonderful time. Looking forward to the next time already!

My group and I had an amazing time staying at the condo. Jon provided everything we needed and more, the location couldn’t get any better. We spent everyday at the beach only an elevator ride down from the unit. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely enjoy to have another stay.

This was a great place and we definitely recommend it. The kitchen had everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were many condiments and spices left, which can be helpful if you’re doing some cooking. We had minor issues with heating pool/hot tub, but the host was extremely responsive and answered us right away. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. The location was great and only minutes to the beach. There were several beach chairs, which were very much enjoyed at our lovely beach day. The main room was comfortable with a large TV. Very convenient to have washer/dryer. Several delicious restaurants nearby, one of which was a Thai place which we highly recommend. Very convenient to get to St. Petersburg Beach, Clearwater Beach and downtown Tampa. Overall, it was a great place and the hosts were extremely responsive.

The house is fantastic…wish we had more time there! Master bedroom/bath on one side, other 3 bedrooms/bath on the other. Awesome living space that is open and can accommodate a larger group. We weren’t there long enough to use the pool, sauna, or backyard amenities. Neighborhood is quiet and easy accessible. Very responsive and ensures everything is just the way you want it!

My daughter and I loved the place. We are already talking about how we want to stay here when we come in the area again.

Janet works very hard to make her place nice for you. She and her son do the very best for you. It was very clean and well supplied. They were kind and nice to communicate with.

Nice big house with Manu rooms and big open space. perfect for group or big family. Well equip for cooking. Close to the beach ans restaurants.

It was lovely overall and pool was amazing. Kids loved the bunks w slide. Managing company was quick to address any concerns. I would consider adding a second fridge in the game room and a tv outside under the porch area. From a critical side, I would also consider it a stretch for 14 people as there are only 2 showers and one fridge and not enough seating at meals for that amount. Overall would absolutely recommend the property! Maintenance item: the guest bath upstairs had very low water pressure in the sink.

This was by far one of the best places I stayed! The location was prime seeing that I had to go to pinellas park or Tampa some days. It ended up being right in the middle and made my commute easier. The space- Beautifully decorated condo and matched the pictures. The place was thoroughly clean for my one month stay. It had everything that I can think of and more. I strongly believed this was the best unit in the area as it was private and had great views from the porch. It was so peaceful. Location- Staying here came with all the amenities. There’s resort style pools, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, car wash and vacuums, playground, and so much more. The beaches are less than 10 mins away and even more beaches if you want to drive an extra 20 mins. Highly recommend anyone staying here, you’ll feel like you’re right at home!
