It's a very good house with a breathtaking view, everything is there and the beds are very comfortable, I really liked it, I'm sure you'll stay here again

Beautiful views of the channel from the private balcony, saw dolphins, and many varieties of birds from the balcony. Beds were very comfortable, even the sofa bed was super nice. Quieter location, but had activities at the condo available including pickles all, tennis, pool/ hot tub, and shuffleboard. short walk to the oceanside beach. She had beach chairs and a wagon to half them, which was awesome! Agnes very responsive to questions.

Hidden Gem that is worth every penny! Beautiful place, so much more then we expected and better then pictures! Super close to beach, food, shops, walking paths, and perfect spot to everything you’d want to see in this whole area. Gated and office workers super nice, but our host had us prepared for all and was the most amazing person, helpful instantly even when we had to call. Top Notch, will be back again

GREAT LOCATION! It's not a night life spot. Beautiful views, Great neighborhood. Dolphins swimming off the back patio and AMAZING sunset out front. I highly recommend this BnB

I have stayed in BSY&T many times. This unit is perfect . The patio furniture is ample . They supplied everything and we used almost all of it . Beach chairs,beach towels,shuffle board,board games. They let us check in early which was extremely helpful. We were here for Christmas and our 2 adult kids and their significant others came for Christmas. Plenty of activities ,and room for all to have dinner. We needed a better carving knife for our rib roast but it didn’t stop us from eating . It seems this place is more active than in the past . It was nice seeing people using the pickle ball courts and fishing dock . People enjoy this condo. Just a few doors from the laundry which takes cc and is reasonable . The only thing I was missing were some throw blankets at night . Wish this unit was available when I come back in March .

We spent a week at the Suzanne apartment. It has a great location, close to the beach, grocery, and pharmacy stores. The cosy apartment is well equipped and has a great view on the canal. Thank you for sharing it with us!

Matthew was wonderful. He answered all of my questions. The condo was perfect; it was within walking distance to everything - most importantly the beach. Highly recommend.

Tulih’s place was clean, comfortable and walking distance to everything you need and more. Marina view was such a bonus and my favourite part was eating breakfast out on the balcony with my kids. We soaked up the sunshine while watching the boats come and saw some dolphins too! Also, could watch my son from our balcony fish from the fishing pier and catch redfish, catfish, bluefish and ladyfish!! He spent so much time out there. It was such a highlight to his trip! My daughter really enjoyed the heated pool and beach toys provided. The beds were so comfortable and I slept so well since the unit is so quiet!! Tulih provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were very happy with this location and very comfortable unit! Frabotta’s pizza is the best I ever had! Saltwater Hippie nice place to look around. Archibald park beach beautiful,quiet and accessible. Clearwater aquarium (45 min drive) PHENOMENAL! Great spot for family trip with lots to do!

The best apartment I have ever stayed in. It has everything you need for life and a beach holiday. Umbrellas, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella from the rain, tennis rackets, golf clubs, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc. Perfect cleanliness, the best location and magnificent views from the balcony to the bay. Very quiet. Great beach. The hostess is very friendly and helpful. During my holiday I felt like home. I would definitely like to go back there again, and I also recommend this apartment to everyone.

My family has visited the Indian Shores area several times and Megan’s place was the absolute best hands down. Great location, beach is a 5 minute walk if not. She has EVERYTHING you need for your family to head your the beach - umbrellas, chairs, beach towels, beach cart, boogie boards, cooler etc. - we felt right at home. Lots of space in this condo and was extremely clean. Pool and hot tub in rear of condo were perfect. We had such a wonderful time. Looking forward to the next time already!

100% recommend staying here! It is exactly as advertised. We had such a nice trip. No damage from the recent hurricane. The condo unit and entire complex is very nice, clean and quiet. The owner hosts the unit directly, and he is VERY responsive, unlike with a management company. The pool is warm with lots of chairs. The beach is lovely and the owner includes beach chairs and towels. The unit is baby friendly, with a pack n play, high chair, and dark bedrooms! Also good for seniors, as there is an elevator. We hope to return next year!!

The house is very spacious and laid out nicely - and great location. Very close to the grocery store and restaurants. Very relaxing home. Loved the hot tub and pool. Also utilized the grill, which was nice. I will book here again if traveling to the area, or recommend to others!

We stayed for a month and our host was very friendly and responsive. The pool and yard were lovely and allowed us to spend time with local family & friends. We paid for the pool to be heated and it was worth every penny. The location was close to the beaches and bays and it was easy for us to travel around the area. The block was peaceful & quiet and we felt safe walking around the neighborhood. The kitchen had more cooking pots/pans, spices, etc than most home rentals, but I didn't appreciate that staying for a month without my fully stocked kitchen would make cooking bit of a challenge. Overall, we had a great stay and are sending a big thank you to our host!

My daughter and I loved the place. We are already talking about how we want to stay here when we come in the area again.

We have been to Janet's before and will come back again, if we can. She keeps a really nice place and addresses any issues immediately. Janet is a wonderful host.

We can’t say enough about this home. Chelsie was amazing and her home felt like ours. The pool was so beautiful and well kept. Her home is beautiful as well and sits on plenty of land for you to enjoy your family in private. She has pristine landscaping and a place for you to bbq and relax. The hot tub was the best part!!! We book an Airbnb once a month to come together as a family and visit we definitely will be back and appreciate the hospitality Chelsie showed us and prompt response to any and all of our needs. THANK YOU AGAIN

Nice big house with Manu rooms and big open space. perfect for group or big family. Well equip for cooking. Close to the beach ans restaurants.

It’s a great place for families! The house nicely decorated and well maintained. We truly recommend it!
