It was hard to leave this place, we loved the location and the views, always something to watch and see. Just perfect. House is exactly as described with everything you could need. Highly recommended.

A happy annual reunion weekend with friends. This was a great spot that was comfortable and clean and had all the conveniences we needed. We even got so lucky with the weather to be able to use the deck looking out onto the water. Good times.

We spent 2 weeks at this adorable house while having work done in our own house a few minutes away. Plenty of room for our family of 5 and pets, well appointed kitchen and bathroom, and a lovely neighborhood for walking and dining.

Joseph was a wonderful host . Very responsive and friendly, helpful. The house was in a very quiet neighborhood overlooking the water with a beautiful reflection of the sunrise and a beautiful sunset. Small private beach . Nice coffee and cheese shop two miles away with a few fabulous shops. We were there to relax and that's exactly what we did !! Thank you Joseph

Susan's beautiful beachfront home is in a secluded cul-de-sac, with the back garden opening towards the large lawned spaces of Seaside park. It's the perfect weekend retreat from the city buzz: one morning, we were greeted by a deer grazing in the backyard. The house itself is roomy and comfortable, beautifully maintained with classical elegance (as denizens of a historic wood-paneled home ourselves, we loved the matching hues of the hardwood floors and wall panels!) Greatly recommended!

The location of the home is beautiful. The views from the patio and rooftop patio are stunning. The area is so calm and peaceful. The home is unique and beautiful. My wife thoroughly enjoyed our time there and are already planning a return trip!

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

Absolutely beautiful home with every amenity and comfort. You can tell how much love and care went into this place- every piece of furniture and detail is the highest quality. It’s even more spacious and beautiful than it looks in the photos. It was perfect for our group with young kids and it was great they provided a pack and play so we didn’t have to pack one. The hosts were easy to communicate with and flexible. They even let us check out late on our final day. We opted to enjoy the beautiful yard and home longer rather than venture out because we were so comfortable. We cannot wait to come back in the summer as the pool and yard set up is incredible. We rented this house for our family of 6 to attend a wedding at Ocean House. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect for us. Loved the quiet wooded back yard. Even saw a deer one morning! Would definitely rent again!!

We had an amazing stay at Alissa and Danny’s house! The location is perfect—convenient to everything we needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The house is carefully designed with families in mind, especially with kids. It has everything you could possibly need for young children, from toys to safety features, making it so easy to enjoy our time there. Carlos and Sara are wonderful hosts and communicators. Their family friendly home was perfect for our needs. The beds are super comfy and linens and quilts extra clean. We didn’t cook in but if we did the kitchen was well stocked. The waiting basket of treats was a big hit with the kiddos. Thank you Carlos and Sara!

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

I don’t say this often but the house was even more perfect in person. So cute with great amenities. The hosts were amazing. The area has so much to do and all so close ! Can’t say enough good things!

Meg's place felt relaxing and spacious. It is a short walk to a private beach, which we enjoyed even though it's winter. You can see the lighthouse in the distance from the main bedroom upstairs. The beds all have memory foam mattresses so if you like that, it's good to know. I'm not a fan of memory foam but that's a personal preference and nothing against the home at all. The house felt like it had been taken care of and maintained well, with some apparently recent updates to paint and such. We did find the place to be a little dusty, especially the floors, and my husband and I were a bit sneezy due to the dust and/or pet dander present in the home. Easy to find, easy entrance (keypad on door). In a nice quiet area of Point Judith but an easy drive to Narragansett. We recommend On Point pizza for amazing slices (4 minutes' drive from Meg's place), and Celeste for a more upscale dining experience (10 minutes' drive).

Karen and Rob were so helpful and friendly, from initial outreach, to check in instructions and local recommendations. The house was easy to find, easy to access, and so peaceful! We loved our stay and would happily recommend it to others looking for a visit to Montauk.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy and warm considering the freezing temperatures outside. She left plenty of towels, toiletries, and basic supplies in the house. Also, there was plenty of coffee and a few snacks which was a nice touch. The home was very comfortable and the street was quiet. I would love to come back in warmer temps next time.

This is like the 4th time we have stayed in this house ass we do quite a bit of work in the area. We love this place and this has been and will always be our 1st pick of the area Thank you Ciara for a Fantastic house and for being a wonderful Host

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

The location was great. The beach was just a mile and a nice walk. The house was spacious and clean. We didn’t spend much time at the house and never cooked a meal but it seemed to be well stocked with supplies. Although there were no lobster crackers so we had to go out for lobster!
